Domino's Pizza in Wandsworth

I was starving and ordered pizza for me and my family and asked for extra cheese and tomato sauce the pizza arrived but was not cooked well and they did not put extra cheese and I called them back they said that I have done your pizza for you with extra cheese and hang the phone on my face.

Food took way to long to get here and all the food was not hot, but warm to cold. Not happy at all. Tried to phone up about it but phone got put down on me. My pizza, fries and wings were all warm to cold and all my order took over 40 minutes to get to me, so all my order should be refunded.

Fast service, hot food and friendly staff.

Ordered food which never came, rang and they said the driver called us but we didn’t answer (which never happened); said they were going to re deliver, never came.

Good pizza and dessert. Can be chaotic at times and service can be slow.

Got order wrong and overcharged someone else's order , totally incompetent , rude , unprofessional in dealing with refund. Complaint to Dominoes received a reference number and nothing else. I suggest you all check your credit cards as they purposely don't give receipts.

Very dirty manager, ahe doesn’t use any tong or gloves to put toppings, I have seen her making many pizzas touching the vegetables and the meat. She didn’t washed her hand neither. I will never order from here again.

One best pizza places in balham

Received great customer service from staff members, when I went in for collection, they lady behind the counter offered her services with a smile went the extra mile to see how long my order will be. She had an amazing smile not to mention. Lastly the pizza was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this store to friends & family.

Driver Nathan, offered a great delivery service today

The drive is 3 mins long, the order took an hour and 15. Had to be redone when I called for some reason. Garlic bread was missing. The lovely driver went back, drivers don’t always have a way of contacting you which means you have to be on alert if it’s hard to get to your door. Driver was the best part!

Waiting for delivery, the app was saying the food was on its way. It promptly told me the food had been delivered which it hadn’t. Took another 20 minutes and a couple of phone calls to the store for the food to finally arrive. The driver didn’t have the chicken wings, said he would go and get them…surprise, they never turned up.

Delivery is usually exceptional but tonight it took 22 minutes for me to get my delivery from the time I got my text to say it was out for delivery. I am five mins away!!! Pizza was cold and I also got the wrong chicken side. Very disappointed tonight

I’ve had a lot of dominos in my life and I know not to expect a lot, but this was a new level. Firstly, my order took 2 hours from order to delivery, apparently due to a new driver. When he arrived he didn’t know which flat to deliver to. During this time I called the store 3 times to enquire and each time was told they’d call me back and let me know, and each time they didn’t. So, when the pizza did finally arrive after 2 hours, I phoned back and mentioned that the pizza was late and cold. This was met with “what do you like me to do about it”. Of course I asked for a refund which they weren’t able to process as “the manager isn’t in” and was assured I’d get a call from said manager the following day. And surprise surprise, no call back. It’s been a week, and frankly I’d rather they keep my £20 I paid for a cold pizza than have to attempt to talk to someone there again. Truly, utterly and exceptionally useless.

Clearly forgot the chicken and just threw it in afterwards. Double decadence was dry af too. Not worth the price these days.

I got my 2 large pizza today and the lady who served me was very quick, professional and polite with a smile. I will stop buying pizzas at Pizza hut

Since my last review of 1 star I must revise my review. There has been a renovation of this location and I must say these guys ga e sorted themselves. The piz is good. I celebrated my 27th birthday with one of these puppies and I watched My octopus teacher with one of them. This sailor is very happy.

I went to Domino's Balham this evening. I walked in, which is a rarity. I'd never seen them make the pizzas, and honestly, it was so clean, and so formulated. Everyone knew what they were doing, and all of the stations were spotless. They were constantly cleaning. Great outfit they've got there. Cudos. Thank you.

I got a takeaway from this place. Nearly £20 a pizza which I couldn't believe & after eating less than half of it the both of us felt ill was sick all night! They are horrible! Full of grease! The £3 pizza's from Sainsbury's are far better! I wouldn't eat this disgusting food again if you paid me!

I ordered a pizza on Valentines day with my partner and my son . We waited over 1 hour I called the store the store manger told me they only recived my order 5min . ago , then he told me I have to wait another 30min . I said it is ok cancell it he said ok he will refund my money . Then 2min. later I called back becouse my son was not happy I cancelled it ,The manger to reoreder new one again and I need to wait another 1 hour I explained my child was not happy he said he does not have time to listen he is really busy , I am very disappointed I always order my pizza from there never again .

I ordered a pizza for myself and my daughter online and when it arrived it was practically burnt and crunchy no stretch in the cheese what so ever. When I called the store to let them know I was unhappy the woman on the phone was dumb founded and said 'well we will need to take the pizza back if I was to make you a fresh one' as if I was lying or trying to gain free pizzas. Finally after waiting almost 2 hours the second pizza arrived and was again crunchy with no stretch in the cheese so frustrated and hungry I called again to explain that the pizza is nothing like what they advertise or like what I had at the new madden branch early this week, the lady then put me on hold and came back to explain her manager said to issue a refund and that as I am unhappy with their service I should not order from them again ( this being my first and only time ordering from them) then she told me she has to tend to other customers and hung up the phone on me. Now not only did the pizza taste like crap the customer service was astonishingly terrible I almost wanted to snatch her three the phone. If you like crunchy pizza go for it but I think I will stick to Pizza Hut and Pizza Express.

I have tried all of the major brands and varieties of pizza in the land and Domino's are the best. They are the tastiest and the most satisfying. Look out for special deals of you want value for money. My overall favorite is Texas barbecue. Nice sauce.
