We arrived in Goole just after 2.30pm, we went in one establishment and my partner needed the loo, what a good job, I took a look around, we only wanted coffee and cake, but not a cake in sight, can't do a review of it as I didn't get its name, went further up the street and came across another selling itself as a coffee house, yet again inside the same greasy smell, what is wrong with Goole?. We went under the railway line and came across Fullers, looked nice from the outside so went in, we were greeted by "we close at 3", my reply "we have time for a coffee then". What on earth are Fullers playing at, in the fifteen minutes we were sat in the cafe, we had coffee and cake, a young guy had burger and a bun, a lady with a child bought a selection of cakes and a man bought some biscuits, so why on earth are they closing at 3 on a Saturday Afternoon. To make things worse for our visit, one of the young lasses mopped the floor round us, we took the hint, drunk up and left. To be fair the coffee was good and the cakes were fresh.

Fresh bread, good filling portions and lots of options. It is more expensive than a meal deal from Tesco over the road but much fresher and in my opinion tastier

i concurI regularly order two hot sandwiches from the Goole shop. Standards have dipped to an all time low. I concur with a past reviewer that the bacon is inedible - not well done and crisp but has obviously been cooked and kept for a long while, steadily drying out and stiff /solid and inedible.Furthermore the eggs are done to varying degrees too, presumably not always done to order and sandwiches with tomato are sometimes almost liquid including the bread. I guess the situation could be easily resolved with a little more attention to detail. This is my personal experience and despite my long term patronage, with better offerings available locally I am discouraged from continuing to use this bakery until things improve

This has been my favourite bakery for over 12 years, better even than the likes of Gregs and Thomas the Baker. All the food is fresh and hand made to an excellent standard. My particular favourites are the pastries especially the cheese and onion pastie, yum yum!

I bought a bacon sandwich from here and being a bakery shop I expected it to be of a high standard, and with fresh bread cakes. What a let down. The bacon was so hard it was impossible to bite into it. In fact a piece fell of the sandwich and actually broke in half as it hit the floor. My little dog who loves a treat looked at it and turned away. i have to say it was about 1230 when I bought this so it had probably been hanging around a while. However it was so hard it should never have been on sale. Perhaps the worst thing being that this is a bakery is that the bread cake was dry and quite stale. Not the best advertisement for a bakers shop.

This cafe has just changed hands, is been renovated by new owners, also allows dogs inside, and a new menu starts next week

Esto se anuncia como dog friendly. Sólo una mesa en la entrada. No es mi idea de un pub que acepta perros o sentarse afuera en la zona de fumadores

Delicious Sunday Calvary at such a reasonable price. The gammon was cooked to perfection and not too salty. Good variety of veg and lovely gravy too! I’ll definitely re-visit another Sunday.

We popped in for Sunday lunch at 4 PM and were gutted to find the turkey had sold out. But the chef was brilliant—he came over three times with different alternatives to make sure we were happy. Top-notch service! We went for the beef and gammon, and when the food arrived, it was absolutely spot on—plenty of it, full of flavour, and seriously hit the spot. Washed it down with a pint of Blonde Bombshell, and by the end, we were absolutely stuffed! The pub had a nice, chilled vibe, not too busy at that time. Kids and dogs were both welcome, which was great. We would’ve loved to squeeze in dessert, but there was just no chance! Definitely recommend if you’re after a cracking Sunday roast with great service
