Normally I'm very happy with the service and food ,but this time I basically got told that I should of been quicker answering the door cause they are busy

Ordered this on Uber eats and had to wait 2 and a half hours. I understand it is a Saturday but I didn’t order that much and 2 and a half hours is an absurd amount of time to wait for anything like this.

Food was hot but found it quite salty tonight, chow mein and ribs too salty.

We order from here often , we order on line and spend at least £30-£40 each time , 3 times we’ve had things missing from our order , one was a £10 box we ordered 3 but only 2 turned up , the next two time was supposed to be order a curry and chose chips or rice , we’ve chosen chips and not got them on both orders, this is get quite frequent with them now, and it’s such a shame because we’ve always ordered from here but if they keep doing this we will be looking at ordering somewhere else . 😢 I wander if this happens to anyone else 🤔

This has to be the very worst chicken curry and boiled rice i have ever had in my life....The chicken was Bullit proof....the rice on the hard side and the chips un real...no flavour. .no taste...o out of 10... Very bad and poor quality which hit the bin.... Do not go to this Chinese in my opinion, and they are not exactly cheap.

have had many good food before from this place sadly tonight very por chicken and ribs well overcooked and satay sauce like runny dish water and over charged for delivery telephoned to tell my complaint did not take on board then hung up on medo not go too rude!

The Victory on Bursledon Rd was closed. So we decided to try this takeaway, the food was decent it's just a shame about the service. Ordered over the counter and still couldn't get it right. Got home and found two dishes missing, when the wife rang to enquire, she was basically called a liar. Next time back to the Victory.

Just found a prawn in my fiancés sweet and sour chicken. What if I told you she’s allergic to shellfish and I hadn’t spotted it? Make it worst, fried rice was greasy, no tatse and the batter across chicken was soggy. Only ordered cause our favourite is shut. Stuik to what you know. Be expecting a full refund based on the top paragraph

Ordered from here the food is not what people make out they should try china wok the food there is so much better very disappointed in full house

Delicious as always. Tried ringing and ringing for 40 odd minutes. No answer. Yes it's a Friday evening but maybe consider taking on another member of staff. I arrived to order in person and the poor lady was frazzled with a phone order where the card wouldn't go through so I ended up waiting even longer to order. Thankfully, once my order went through, I had a relatively short wait.

Good delivery time and fantastic food compared to alot of other Chinese takeaways, defo b bk for more yummy yummy fit for my tummy

Had food from these guys a few times. Each time we had multiple meals. Every single one has been great. Delivery time has been excellent each time. This is easily our new favourite Chinese.

We found this Chinese only back in May but we order quite often, the meals have always been very nice and delivery is very quick, never had any issues and quick and easy to order online. Highly recommended

Appears to be mixed reviews for this takeaway. We must have been a lucky customer as our food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was fresh, delicious and piping hot. I would definitely recommend ordering from here!

Unbelievable. Delivery time 2 hours

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered on Uber eats and then was given an ETA within an hour. Nothing came. I rang over an hour later to be told that they were "busy" and that it would be another teeny minutes. Twenty minutes came and went and still nothing. They've now conveniently closed. They've taken our money and no food. Try and call them now and unable to get through... funny that. We ordered through Uber so we will be complaining and demand that they stop using their services as well as demanding we get out money back too. Terrible.

We have ordered from this restaurant many times & had good food & service. However on Saturday we ordered shedded chicken in Sweet chilli sauce which was good but the BBQ pork dish was bland, chewy & in a watery sauce which was totally inedible. We also had a special fried rice which contained nothing but rice & definately not special! When we phoned to give our feedback the lady on the phone did not apologise or ask what dishes we had or our address & actually laughed at us, she offered offered a 10% discount on our next order which we will not be taking up.

Have tried various dishes from here they have all been fantastic. Quick delivery, tasty food and great portions. What's not to like? Definitely recommend.

Reheated chips, water cashews too soggy instead of the fresh look and taste, onions showing sign of being stained from left in sauce too long The half Peking duck was great and fresh, nothing else was

Fantastic service and delicious food with great portion size. I particularly recommend the Singapore Spicy Rice Noodles.

Had the special curry extra hot, chow mein, king prawns and vegetables and prawn crackers. All superb and delivered for £15. Absolute bargain, will definitely be using on a regular basis.

Best chinese we have ever had! Everything was steaming hot and delicious!

Since new owners have taken over this week you have to spend a certain amount to pay by card you.never use to have to do this won't be using again

Please advertise when you are open as we had to find out from another customer that you are only open Thursday Friday Saturday instead of Tuesday until Sunday and you will gain your customers back again !
