Chinese disgusting very unflavoring the chips were rockard hard under black beans pepper sauce it was unflavory notice what's over and there was no meat whatever about it it was very very fatty and nor flavory at all and noodles was dry and no flavor whatsoever and do not buy any food from this place you are best of going to asda and buying your Chinese much better from ASDA better money for your value and lease it tastes a lot nicer and I would rate this place the big fat zero and I would not give it a third start at all and shocking food and disgusting food to and shocking customer service too

Excellent food, nice and hot and quick delivery

I’m so sad at how awful this place has gotten. A year or two ago it was the best Chinese in Hartlepool and now nothing on the menu tastes right. Chips? Worse than awful. Noodles? Bland Prawn crackers are stale every time. It’s honestly just not worth it.

I have ordered from here for years, just ordered mixed grill and everything was half cooked. Phoned up to complain and asked them to send fresh food out, totally refused to replace food. Will deffinatly not be ordering from here again, you have lost a good customer

Honestly can’t praise this Chinese enough order the munch box cause I was proper craving some naughty scran right , I order it and within 20/30mins it had arrived absolutely beautiful everything cooked to perfection and such good pricing highly recommend! Best Chinese to get in Hartlepool, the daughter was very friendly on the phone :)))

I ordered , Chips , fried rice and chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce , was unreal , fast delivery also friendly service highly recommend food was gorgeous and such an affordable price deffo my favourite Chinese in Hartlepool !!!!

Absolutely awful. Chips underneath were well undercooked. Chips tasted salty as all hell. Chicken was extremely undercooked. Curry tasted OK though.

Haven’t ordered since they got my food wrong in November. Tried again, was quick delivery but totally wrong food for £16!! Called them, they denied it - fair enough. Listened to call back over and quite obviously it is what I’m saying (I DONT EVEN LIKE CURRY SO WOULDNT ORDER), so I’ve offered to send the call to email or on facebook, they’ve now put the phone down and blocked my calls. I could’ve even dropped the food back off for the right order but they don’t seem interested to help which is a shame.

Attitude was disgusting Asked for curry sauce and got sent sweet and sour sauce. Phoned up to request the curry sauce that i ordered to be told it was curry sauce that was sent although it was sweet and sour sauce. Women on the phone became very aggressive on the phone and hung up after i suggested they picked up the sweet and sour sauce

I'm not at all adventurous when it comes to Chinese food. Had the 'basics' here like: egg fried rice, curry and chips,etc... All I can say is the food I've eaten was great.

Full house serve great meals they do a range of dinner time specials if you don't want to wait till night time for a Chinese meal get yourself down to full house and take s look at there dinner time specials

Ordered kung pow chicken and vegi curry. Chicken meal had peanuts rather than cashew and was bit oily; vegi curry only had mushrooms and couple of carrot for vegis also sauce was quite watery.

Disgusting! Lady on the phone couldn't speak a word of English so got my order wrong and the one item she got right which was a special fried rice had almost 50% bean sprouts... so no so much special fried rice as special fried bean sprouts... will eat dog mess before ordering from them again

I have ordered from many takeaways in the town over the years and finding a great Chinese is sometimes a bit of a gamble. This place is very good and the food is very tasty. My only qualm is that on more than a few occasions they miss something that I've ordered Which can be a little frustrating when you have sat and waited in for the delivery. I think that's just down to the language barrier. Make sure you get her to confirm everything back to you to ensure that she has understood what you have ordered. Other than that.... a fantastic meal at a great price.

We have regular ordered from full house and the food is great and very reasonable fed four adults and two kids for 21 pound we all had plenty and everyone ate everything delivery lads very friendly and polite and the lady is great we order at least once a week and don't even have to tell the lady our addresses and the chips are great to,, my husband we for liver and onions one night and he said it was great,

I tried to place an order worth £20 on the phone as the woman was being very rude in that she was shouting at me because she could not understand what I was saying. She then put the phone down so I rang again, yet she put the phone down again and this continuously happened 4 times. I am so annoyed at the service I have received. I rang again to cancel and all she said was 'ok cancelled' and put the phone down again. You have lost 6 regular customers.

This is my favourite takeaway for Chinese food. Curry is a little bit spicy for some people's taste but I like it; not so hot that it takes away from the taste. Lovely people in there and if delivered it is prompt. Overall, good.

My partner ordered food from this takeaway for the 1st time this week. Portion size was generous and the curry sauce was hot! Spicy! Just how he likes it :)
