Cookie dough was just cookie, hard and crunchy. Ice cream not whipped properly, very dissapointing

Food arrived at a reasonable time unfortunately was inedible as it had hair in it.

We drove past here and it looked really inviting, so we went inside. Amazing range of donuts and milkshakes. I’ve had the Ferrero and strawberry milkshake which was absolutely delicious, and my boyfriend had some lovely donuts. Will absolutely be returning. The chap who served us was so lovely too. I went to the grand opening of FUJI'S and wow. Great customer service, great value for money, fantastic range of desserts and drinks to choose from. I had the Lotus biscoff ice cream and it was yum. Would highly recommend.
