Annoying again to see delivery time moving back and back 4 times.

We ordered a dish but then it wasn’t till the food arrived that we realised the dish wasn’t in the bag. After checking the receipt, Just Eat took it off the order after we added it to the basket cus it wasn’t being served. We didn’t realise and were a meal down. The food was great and we all enjoyed it but that mishap with the app whilst ordering was unfortunate.

I've ordered food from FBG a few times now. I'm not very adventurous with my order because I just love getting the same items. It was absolutely delicious once again.

Foods amazing buy recently changed there menu for the worst. Taken the regular portion size off so only large which is way too big for one person so always waste. They have also taken the option to mix and match toppings and base and apparently can't do that option anymore which is absolutely ridiculous. Doubt I will go back again now

I used to really enjoy ordering food from here. Even more so when nachos were added to the menu and the fries came in two different portion sizes. However, the menu has recently changed and my regular order of bacon cheese nachos is no longer available, despite bacon cheese fries still being on offer as well as nachos with other toppings. They won't offer bacon cheese nachos despite having the toppings available. The new menu has removed the smaller size of loaded fries. I can't finish a whole large portion so it is wasteful of me to order it. The staff and kitchen staff are all lovely but the menu changes and lack of flexibility with toppings is a huge step back.

Nice, but £30 for 2 portions of chips with a bit of beef and cheese is way too expensive

really good food! we rarely try new places as we're often disappointed and annoyed to have wasted money.. but this definitely didn't disappoint! And it arrived blazing hot so well done to the delivery driver! Really yummy food, and perfect for a small dinner if you're not too hungry.

Absolutely stunning! no need to get plates out! As it came in cardboard paper boxes! House slaw was beautiful! Chicken Caesar was lush and bacon and cheese also beautiful! Such a good idea! Will be coming here again!

The food was absolutely incredible! Brisket Fries were amazing, but the Sticky Korean Chicken Bite were out of this world. So happy to know that this is on my doorstep. Highly recommended.

The food was awful, not because of the restaurant but because the delivery rider took over 40 minutes to deliver it! You need to sort your riders/drivers out, they're delivering cold food and making takeaways look substandard, disgraceful!

Food is amazing as always, however the customer service tonight was not the best, first of all we phoned up the restraunt (which we do every time we order) to be answered with “yeah hello?” And the lady on the phone snickering and giggling in the background, to which we were then told very abruptly that “yeah we don’t do orders over the phone, you have to come in person” and was hung up on, this is not a problem, we presumed they must of been busy, so we drove over and went in to order, however when we got there it was completely empty, no customers, and the staff where sat on their phones behind the counter watching tik toks and the lady behind the desk had her back facing me and had no idea I was stood there, until her colleague tapped her to let her know I was stood there, I will give credit to her she was lovely and polite, however I just think the service and attitude was slightly rude

We ate in and it was absolutely empty at a lunch time, this speaks volumes. Place at least was clean. £35 for 2 fries, 2 sides and 2 drinks is quite pricey. The fries were barely luke warm, despite us literally being the only ones in there. Beef brisket was cold and the 'cheese' not even melted, it was that cheap pre-shredded stuff. Despite the numerous sauces stated, the food didn't taste of much. The chicken tikka was so overcooked and again barely warm. Chicken nuggets were hot, but 4 nuggets for £5 is a bit ridiculous and were again overcooked. This place could have been great, it's simple food which should be easy to nail, but frankly I can do in better myself. They are using the cheapest ingredients possible and yet charging an arm and a leg for what you would expect was something made in-house. Such a shame. If this was a

Pros - Delivered bang on time, presented nicely, delicious, there's a wide variety of choices (the quorn strips were delicious, and definitely order them with mozzarella and the chillies were lovely and sweet), the jalapeño poppers were the best bit (they definitely have a kick) Cons - Imo there wasn't enough seasoning on the chips, too many chillies and not enough sauce, they arrived tepid and soft (not soggy), and the toppings need to be more spread out. Otherwise, we'll definitely buy again

Customer services is shocking . Need to bump up there game . Said they closed at 10 pm but the staff said when I got in at 9:30 that they were closed .

Quite expensive fries for such a small quantity. Food hygiene questioned. The lady behind the counter, although very nice and helpful, picked her nose, squeezed pimples, and then served food. At least she washed her hands when I asked to do it, but such habits speak for themselves. I would give 3 for food and hygiene, but they got 4 for being nice.

Original delivery time kept getting pushed back. Then when the food arrived the extra brisket I’d ordered was missing. Food is good and really tasty. Just a shame an item that cost £3 to add was missing.

My wife and I just had loaded fries from Deliveroo. My wife had Hoisin Shredded Duck and I had Shredded Beef Brisket.... O..... M...... G....! That was something special. Everything from the packaging to the sauce was absolutely spot on. Best thing I've ever had from Deliveroo. Extremely highly recommended!

Had take out loaded hoisin duck fries. Very tasty. Large amount of shredded duck. Fries hot and crispy and a decent size portion. Reasonably priced at £10, easy meal for 1 or sharing with something else. No one eating in when I visited, but place was very clean & tidy. Service was ok, no chat from the server but I much prefer that. Would recommend.

Waited over an hour then the restaurant called me to say they were still waiting for a counter. No issue with the restaurant they were really helpful and apologetic if I don’t get a refund I will never use just eat again.

cheese hadn't melted at all, which would suggest the fries weren't fresh/hot enough to melt it. £4 for about a desert spoon worth of coleslaw, which wasn't that good.

The food was AMAZING! 😋 taste was insane, portion size fantastic, could easily feed two. We ordered just as an afternoon lite bite but after this we were done for the day. We had the brisket & bacon fries. Will definitely be ordering again. Would be even better if they did kid size portions ✅ it’s a HUGE YES from us.

Fantastic delivery from deliveroo had the brisket fries and hoisin duck fries ...delivered within 30 minutes.Never had them before but definitely will again ..also the salt and pepper squid absolutely fantastic 😊 xx

We picked up some fries to try on our way home today. We had the beef brisket fries. Generally good but the cheese they used was one of those cheapest lumpy cheeses that don’t melt which ruined the whole thing even though the fries, seasoning and brisket were really tasty. Sauces tasted like the pre made sauce you’d get from a burger van too. If sauces were home made and they used a better quality cheese then it’d be well worth the £10.

Had the duck fries and they were very dry. Coleslaw had no mayo mixed into it just horrible bitter cabbage flavour. Threw it away

Found this little gem of a place today on west street. The best fries I’ve ever eaten! If you haven’t been you’re missing out. Great choice of toppings and plenty of it. Great veggie options too.

The quality of the food was really good but portions was slightly small for how much it cost, considering it’s chips, the dips are also quite small. Would order again purely because the quality of the food was good.
