Lovely coffee but thenplace is very loud just the type of building they are in

Lovely large cappuccino and eggs benedict for breakfast. Great setting for meetings or events.

Quality ingredients used with very good service.

I didn't go in there , but I have hear it very nice bacon sandwich 😋.

Lovely place to visit. Staff always cheerful and helpful. Food always good. All food cooked to order. Service can be little slow when busy but they always apologise for delay. So good we keep going back

So good! I got a fresh BLT panini for lunch — it was delicious, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I’d love to come back.

Food looked great on the plate, however didn’t taste as good. I had a breakfast, I’ve had sausages before when you put the fork in out comes liquid/juice and looked under cooked (not very tasty either). I had stomach problems later the day I used the cafe. I’d say over priced for what you get. I don’t think I will be making a return visit…

I had the Breakfast Brunch, which was very good and highly recommended. It does get a bit noisy during busy times though, due to the no ceiling set up above the eating area. Some acoustic clouds would help with this.

Met up with colleagues. I had no idea this place even existed. But I will definitely go back the food was amazing as was the service. A grateful alternative to the service station across the road. We'll worth the extra few mins off the m5.

Je suis allée à l’espace coffee shop du restaurant et il fallait absolument que je partage cette expérience de déjeuner catastrophique qui m a totalement déboussolée. Je me suis rendupour manger une salade au buffet. J ai choisi le grand bol sans faire attention au prix de la salade. Au buffet, pendant que je finalisais ma salade, la dame qui s’occupait d’encaisser est venue me faire remarquer que mon bol était trop rempli. Certes il était bien rempli mais loin de déborder (au moins 1 cm du bord). En arrivant à la caisse, j ai eu droit à la même remarque que je ne pouvais pas remplir autant mon bol de salade. Pour 16,50 chf, il ne fallait pas que j exagère. Au secours !!!! Je suis très choquée par les réflexions de cette dame. Je n avais aucune idée du règlement lunaire concernant le remplissage de son bol à salade. Gare à vous, même si vous finissez votre assiette!!! Pour information, mon bol était composé de salade de riz, des paccheri (grosses pâtes qui prenaient beaucoup de place dans mon bol), salade verte, tomate, carottes, melon, salade russe. Les seules protéines offertes étaient des œufs, du thon et du poulet tonnato. Pas de charcuterie ou d autres produit onéreux. Une petite note positive pour le directeur qui est très accueillant.

Google said it opens at 07.30 it doesn't open until 8, returned at 8 only to be told by the chap there that they didn't have a chef until 9am so there was no breakfast.

The last few times I've tried popping in at lunchtime I've found no prepacked sandwiches available and prices for fresh made ones are rather steep. Also the chap behind the counter is always left to take orders, make drinks and serve so if 3 people are ahead of you then expect a 10-15 min wait to pay for anything

A fantastic place to eat. The staff are friendly, the food is fantastic, & the coffee is really good too. It does get busy at lunchtime though with workers on Sowton industrial estate popping in

I ordered the breakfast brunch, but asked to remove the black pudding and swap the tomato for an extra piece of toast...they wouldn't swap the item, which is fine I suppose, but then when my food did get served, it looked like it had been cooked in a deep fat fryer and just dumped straight on the plate without draining it! I used 6 napkins to clean the excess oil up, and could only taste cooking oil in my food. Considering they charge &9.95 for it, I won't be going back

Amazing place- convenient, excellent food, wonderful staff. Great stop off from the M5- spacious cafe with lots of seats and a big, varied menu with really great food and very good portions. Salad and sandwich we had were both very good and the man serving was absolutely lovely and even brought our toddler some free chocolate as a treat, will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend more

Called in for the first time today when I was on my way to catch a coach. Great staff and lovely food for my journey. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be returning...many times!

Good place to have on a trading eastate, good menu choice,good coffee ,can get quite busy,as thay have conference room.when busy it gets quite loud @ echoes. Good service.

My fish finger sandwich was OK. Took half an hour for it to arrive at the table even though we were almost at the front of the queue when we got there.... My gf's order came out wrong and the guy never even apologised, just scrutinised our receipt to check we weren't fibbing and walked off 😳

Did my speed awareness course here and the cafe was top drawer.

Went in there on Wednesday 5th ordered scrambled eggs £8.75 When it came out it was miniscule maximum one small egg. When I complained at the amount on my plate, he said he’d check the till, I said I’m not bothered about the price I’m annoyed at the quantity for that price. He asked me to eat up leave and not come back. Very rude. I’ve since learnt he advertises online his scrambled eggs for £3.75 A robber and a cheat. Not nice service at all.

5/5 service every time! Excellent food & drink selection

Appalling, dangerous lack of knowledge about dietary requirements. Twice now they have sent a vegetarian option instead of gluten free. I have coeliac disease so obviously not an option for me to eat something purely because it doesn't contain meat. After the first issue I was happy to accept as a genuine mistake , however after speaking to staff today it is obvious they are not clued up about different dietary requirements. Avoid if you have any medical conditions.

Ordered breakfast brunch because it suppose to come with pouched eggs. But sadly it arrived 30 mins later with fried eggs which were way too snotty for my liking. The waitress kindly told me the don't serve pouched eggs anymore. Maybe they need to update there menu.

An underused gem of a cafe in the heart of the sowton industrial estate with good service great tasting coffee ☕️ and much more at a reasonable price. Conference facilities if you need them. A nice laid back atmosphere which set me up for the day ahead. Thank you Fresha

I absolutely love coming to Fresha, I work from home so it's really nice to find a place like this to reconnect with people. The food and drinks are superb, great choice and always fresh. But, the absolutely best part by far is the amazingly warm and lovely service from Domingo! He makes my day and is just such a lovely, warm, funny and helpful person, worth a visit for this alone!

Disappointing attitude. My son and I had food and a drink here at about 12-30 before he attended a course in the attached conference room. At about 4-30 we enquired if we could use the toilets. A gentleman with a moustache immediately berated us and threw a hissy fit. Not saying ' no, sorry we are closing ' or ' yes, no problem', we used the toilet and as we left he continued to mutter and whinge. With a Gregg's just down the road, I'd have thought Fresha would have wanted to encourage as much custom as possible.

This place is a busy, bustling establishment in the middle of an industrial area. Popped in for light refreshment whilst visiting up there.

Friendly, professional and nice environment. Dropped in for some tea and toast and was able to work a little as I ate. I would certainly stop by again if I was in the area.

Did my speed awareness course in the meeting rooms behind the cafe. Didn't buy anything in the cafe coz I had to rush back to work asap...

If we could rate 10 stars we would... Extra fresh products , large range of recipes choice , tastes fantastic, clean , welcoming, honestly a true gem make your own experience now and thank me later .

Visited on my work travels. Friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful. Food was great, tasty and good value for money. Definitely will be visiting again on my travels.

Friday the 15th Oct 21, i was told they were too busy to accept my order. Monday 18th October, refused to take my order again as they had no chef apparently. Wont bother again, all i wanted was a bacon sandwich and cup of coffee, very disappointing.

My partner ordered a box of fruits for hen party and it was delicious and fresh. It arrived an hour before the agreed time inside a box. Each fruits in a stick was carefully packed. The price is affordable and worth it.

Good food friendly staff good service

Very disappointed to find it closed on Saturday 7th despite the details on the website. Sounded good and would have been a good alternative to the Exeter services which are appalling. Hey-ho maybe another time. Despite the owner responding to my initial review requesting that I amend the number of stars I awarded because it would be detrimental to the business, I stand by this. If potential customers go to the trouble of coming off the motorway negotiate around the traffic trying to get into the services only to find the place closed its very frustrating. Update the website to give people accurate information!

Wow the best cafe i have been to for a while. Fantastic service , food everything was spot on. Hubby had the breakfast and I had the BLT . Well worth every penny. Well priced you wobt be disappointed

Great food great service a tad pricey

I work on Sowton but have not been there since lockdown but arranged to meet 3 colleagues for breakfast at Fresha. The staff were very friendly , the coffee excellent and the full English breakfast was great. A great cafe and definitely worth supporting in these current times. They told covid precautions seriously without being overly zealous and plenty of space indoors or outdoors to socially distance. I have already booked a date with colleagues to return

I haven't been here for a while but it looks consistent with before, friendly staff and similar menu. Problem today was it was very slow and I think they are short of staff. it was fine, though the bacon was tasteless - hint to management, it used to be much tastier. Otherwise fine.

Oasis in the desert of the Sowton industrial estate. Nice drinks and food. They also have conference facilities. I use it for 1:1 meetings - much nicer than a boring office meeting room

A tad pricey but friendly service and very clean and modern looking seating area. As long as you dont mind the price I would recommend you try it.

Great place to meet colleagues. Had a good breakfast and great coffee.

I visited at 2.40pm to be told that hot food had finished although the website doesn't make this clear (the café was still open - until 4pm I believe). I fancied a burger as their food is very good so I left without buying anything (going to one of their competitors instead). What disappoints me about this venue is the lack of reinvestment by the owner. On previous occasions I've noticed how poor the toilets are (getting worse) and today I was worried about damaging my car as I navigated my way around the many potholes in their car park. I may visit again as their food is worth it but I'll park on the public road just in case.

Nestled in the Sowton industrial estate is this gem of a Cafe/Restaurant. Delicious food freshly prepared- nothing microwaved. Fantastic coffee, great ambience a real something for everyone type of place. Definitely worth a visit It even has a conference room for hire!

Out of four of us, three ordered the soup, but they forgot the order and when reminded, took another 20 minutes to serve it. It's only soup out of a tine, for goodness sake!

Superb service, delicious food and great staff. The café is quite noisy when busy, although it’s lovely to see a thriving business!
