Been in multiple times since lock down after previously visiting the Caerleon store. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The selections of fillings for your wrap / sandwich / salad is amazing too. Super helpful with my dietary requirements. The range of salad fillings is amazing too, including couscous, sun-dried tomatoes and olives. The portion sizes are incredible. I'd highly recommend the ham salad, Falafel and hummus or the onion bhaji and mango chutney. The brownies on offer are great too, tried to vegan one in Caerleon which is great hopefully in the future more dairy free options are added. Would eat lunch here everyday if I could

Every morning i come to fresh start and everyone is cheerful and talkative, always make you feel welcome and always have a wide range of sandwiches and baguettes, a must try is the sweet chilli chicken very nice, even the nutella brownies are worth a slice for those with a sweet tooth.

Came here to buy some snacks. I bought a coronation chicken wrap. It was superb - fresh and flavourful. And I got to brownies one with peanut butter the other one with nuttela. Both were tasty. Thank you Cath 👍
