Freemasons Arms in Camden

We were recommended The Freemasons Arms by a friend and so pleased we paid a visit. The food was very good, the atmosphere terrific but our server Kian made our visit. He was super, so pleasant and delivered great service. Great ambassador for the pub.

Visited for the first time with my family on a Sunday walk. Decided to pop in for something to eat and was greeted by a very well presented host named dre who thankfully was also my server. He kept the kids entertained when I was ordering. Great food, wonderful service. Will be visiting again for sure.

Amazing service from Sami and Dre. They are stars. Super attentive and really brilliant.

The pub´s entrance is quite confusing as there´s no one to host us, it took us a while to see there was a host in front one of the dining rooms. Other than that the food was really really good and the servers were very friendly desite being super busy, I´d definitely go back and think the cost-benefit is incredible.

Well done for the good and the service is excellent

Ordered fish and chips via Just Eat but didn't receive the chips. Called the restaurant and spoke to a man who said he would look into it but haven't heard back. The fish was OK but was covered in salt which was not needed. Really poor service as only got half my meal. Have requested a refund from Just Eat.

A beautiful restaurant. The food was a spectacle of flavors. A very nice place to eat, both as a couple and as a family. Lots of variety of dishes. Javier treated us very well and with a big smile. We will be back!

Most over rated pub in the area. Horrendous toilets yet over priced beer. Zero atmosphere. In the summer it gets crazy busy and the tables outside pile up with dirty glasses. For the amount of cash they must rake in surely they could get some glass clearers in??? No idea how this place got so popular.

Lovely place but subpar service. 30mins for a pint is just unacceptable. I know they are doing their best but it’s nowhere near good enough.

The food was absolutely amazing. The garden is spacious, atmosphere chilled and friendly. Staff were very helpful.

Super bustling pub on the eadge of Hampstead Heath. If you're looking for somewhere with a bit of an atmosphere and a modern vibe this is the place. Definitely remember to book beforehand though.

Served by Javi and Alex and couldn’t ask for it to be differently. Would recommend very much.

A place full of charm, spectacular views and perfect atmosphere, delicious food served by great professionals, the manager, Javi, is a very attentive guy. Without a doubt, every time I come, I will visit this place.

Spacious place, has a terrace and interior. Lots of staff, so the service is very fast. All the waiters very attentive. Varied menu and above all of great quality, we loved everything we ordered. Specifically, the cheese and mushroom pizza was delicious. The spectacular desserts, "Our chocolate Bomb" is WONDERFULLY super chocolatey (to share, of course). The manager and manager Javi, very very nice and attentive to us, we did not lack anything. Pleasant neighborhood without mass tourism, highly recommended.

I loved the restaurant, a very pleasant atmosphere, exquisite food and the best, the treatment of the staff, especially Javier. We have felt at home. The brownie with chocolate ball is from another planet.

Server James did really great today. Great level of service during a busy period and couldn’t ask for anything more. Food was really nice but I reserve 5 stars for mind blowing. Atmosphere was average as the orangery area where we were sat was a bit quiet and there were some kids running round which was a bit annoying, but a nice light area to eat your food in all the same.

What a discovery on our trip to London!!! Spectacular place, recommendable atmosphere, very cool surroundings and very friendly waiters!! 100% recommendable. Thank Javi who has been very kind and is a phenomenon!!

Food and staff exceptional. We have a 3 year old and the food came out very quick meaning we could have 3 courses our little one didn’t get irate. James and his staff were really attentive . Love this pub

I knew Brexit hit the hospitality industry, but this was ridiculous. We ordered food, moved inside because of rain, and even told the manager about our table switch. Got our starter and only two out of the 5 dishes we ordered. Told the manager, told the waiter who took my order. Had a waiter coming to me with a different dish saying that I ORDERED it, when he didn't even took my order in the first place. Had another waiter coming out saying that the guy that took my order made a mistake but "that I was welcome to pay for it and do the queue again if i still wanted to eat it". Didn't even get the freaking salad and at that point I had to go and get a refund at LEAST for the salad. A lot of excuses and no experience in hospitality whatsoever. A lot of "sucks to be you" attitude. The manager said "it can happen when you have a hundred people you know", they blamed serving a hundred people, but if they can't handle it with their inexperienced staff, they should have fewer tables. Shame for the cuisine, the little food I had seemed to be nice.

The food here is fantastic. I would point out that the meal arrived warm and just lovely. The sticky chicken and squid were super delicious. 🚨 🚽 downstairs, clean and spacious. Major issue is the smell, which just requires more frequent flushing and cleaning. Otherwise pretty clean. I also didn’t see a change table in the men’s room, despite being a family friendly establishment. Suspect in the women’s(?).

Food order never reached the kitchen. After 50 mins of waiting we had to go and ask. Manager wasn’t even apologetic about it.

Beautiful, spacious, pub in a great setting. Would recommend for lunch, they were reasonably busy, and bar service was particularly slow but food was great and it was a really nice atmosphere all afternoon, particular mention to the lovely rest. host with the round specs I can’t remember his name but his welcome was brilliant! Edit: I remember his name was Dray!

Children's apple crumble came in mini saucepans that were so hot it burnt both mine and my child's hand.

This pub could easily be my favorite spot to visit after a stroll in Hampstead Heath. It's stunning, offers a great variety of food and drinks, boasts attentive service, and provides a delightful outdoor area for dining or enjoying drinks "al fresco".

Shame about the ‘couldn’t care less’ waiter, otherwise lovely! Had a great Sunday roast.

Love this place but the food and service has sometimes been hit and miss. It seems like they’ve nailed it and todays food was awesome and the service quick and friendly. Big shout to Manav, bless him first week but already doing a great job. Thanks for a nice experience all round!!

Nice Pub. Cozy atmosphere, lively yet relaxed. The pub has both pet friendly and pet free areas which seemed very inclusive. Located on a lovely quintessential Hampsted street just next to Hampstead Heath. They offer special 3-step menus at ~£30 each. I’ll be back.

Food was amazing, always someone around to order food and drinks. Bar service was okay, improvements in manners.

Pretty alright to be honest. Attended a function there in the room downstairs. Kids looked like they had a great time.

Beautiful pub and restaurant and ok service (albeit a bit forgetful). However, the food for Mother’s Day was pretty bad. Scallops were raw, so had to be sent back. The beef roast looked and tasted like it had been boiled in salty water. Completely grey and tasted of salt only. Highlights were great yorkshire puds and a lovely fresh apple crumble. I am hoping all of this was just down to a busy day, but for now I may just stick to drinks at the FA.

Service absolutely shocking. Sat at the bar, it wasn't crowded as there were only 2 bar stools. The barman placed our drinks on the bar about 5 feet away from where we were sitting and wouldn't move them closer. We then sat and looked at our empty glasses stacking up until we left some 2 hours later. Service in the restaurant equally bad. A menu with no prices? And food very disappointing

Great place,close to home. The food was amazing, and it was great taste the burgers !Nice selection of beers ,food was really nice. Always a satisfying evening dinner!

The bar staff need training in this place. I asked for a single vodka and coke. The tall young man behind the bar put a single shot in a pint glass and proceeded to fill up the entire glass with coke. No ice either. I could not believe my eyes. Apart from the barrage of text messages after booking I have no other complaint. The food was very good.

Ordered on deliveroo ! Disgusting food chicken with bad smell impossible to eat; potatoes look like a leftover. This is a child menu! Shame on you!

I wanted a pint glass of pineapple and lemonade and received a normal glass they tried charging me for a pint glass it was sorted out however I would’ve fathered the full pint and pay full price
