Great place to visit if you are near Hampstead Heath. Loads of outdoor seating if the weather is good.

Ordered a simple margarita pizza and came littered with about 20 tomatoes, keep in mind mainly kids order this. We sat down at 2 and ordered at around 2:20 and our food was received at 3:11, an hour later and the whole garden smelt of vapes and cigarettes. Reheated pizza from the reduced section in tesco is better than this.

Sepi was very nice is the service I really enjoyed his service and nice hospitality Bugra is also amazing love the food!

Even with the power out Noah was the example of pinnacle customer service the female supervisor Susie was also excellent as well all in all a good time!!

Nice ambiance, good food. Burger and prawns were delicious. Had to request napkins and utensils individually when our food came, maybe because we sat in the bar area? Typically, that’s would be standard. Overall pretty nice, would return.

Food below average, lunch time menu. Non existent crab on burnt soda bread. Very offish waiting staff.

Sofia and Ola were amazing waitresses, they were very kind and cared for my gluten intolerance when ordering food. The food was also very good and tasty.

We were a very large group of 13 without booking and they accommodated us with a great positive attitude! Even though it was a very busy bank holiday. The food was amazing and Kiwa our server most helpful! Definitely recommend!

Disappointing food for the price. The butternut squash soup was bland and watery, and the asparagus was overcooked and woody. Our food arrived without any cutlery, which was frustrating. While the location is excellent, the food quality really needs improvement to justify the high prices.

A pleasant lunch enjoyed by everyone. Our servers were Kiwa, Tyfiq and chef was Bugla.

My Favorite pub in Hampstead. Always come here for their lovely Sunday roast and a great pint of Guinness!

I had a fantastic evening at the Freemason Arms thanks to Ignas and his amazing expresso martinis. From the moment we walked in he was friendly and attentive smf made us feel welcome. His professionalism and warm personality was a breath of fresh air ...especially in London !! The food was awesome too, well done to Mariusz and Tace. Highly recommend

Great location, good food. Unfortunately, parking can be a pain. But it is understandable that it is difficult due to location.

We had a fantastic time at The Freemasons Arms in Hampstead. The spacious outdoor garden is ideal for sunny days and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and joining their Rewards Club is worth it—you earn points with each visit and even get a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne as a new member. Highly recommended for anyone seeking great food and a charming setting.

Had the pleasure of spending my easter Sunday afternoon at the Freemasons Arms. The team went above and beyond as always from the minute I walked through the door to the moment I left. Excellent hospitality paired with mouth watering food and thirst quenching beverages. I would never forgive myself if I failed to mention the efforts from my waiter Sai Teja. Sai personalised my experience and anticipated my needs/wants throughout my dinning experience. Last but not least I’d like to thank Bugra and the kitchen team for contributing to my amazing experience. Thank you all and I look forward to my next visit !

Had a Sunday family meal here early evening on a Sunday in April. You have to book...you know that.... it's Hampstead. I had the roast beef which was a delight. Recommended.

Extremely impressed by the quality of the steak special. My wife and I were not expecting this high level of food when we came here. Cannot recommend enough. Solid Sunday Roast. Nice outside area. Decent prices. Service is quite poor. Staff are friendly, but the service can be incredibly slow. The staff seems wildly disorganized and doesn't seem to know what they are doing. It took 20 mins to get a drink when we got there, and the place was maybe half full. Often had to call staff in order to place an order or get water, basic stuff.

Absolutely loved dining here. The food is mouth-wateringly delicious, the ambience is warm and inviting, and Sai's exceptional service made the entire experience truly special. Can't wait to come back 😁

Had a lovely sunday lunch here for a family birthday. Food and service were great! Majority had roasts and couldn't fault them!

I really loved the place! It was very comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious and it came so fast. The service was great and the waitress had such a positive energy. I think her name was Gergana. Even tho we had a lot of questions, she remained patient and kindly answered all of them ! Would definitely visit again.

Family friendly pub. The food is always gorgeous, especially the roasts on Sundays. Always comes quickly. Sepi is a very attentive and friendly server. Compliments to Chefs Bùgra and Nas. Photos don’t do the roast justice as the veg is hidden under the meat. The roast beef sirloin is amazing. Yorkshire puddings huge, and bottomless gravy. And I also love their sea bass.

The food was great, but we could only order it 1.5 hours later because the kitchen was too busy, but if we were inside we could get food, but this would take more than an hour. Then after a drink we were able to order food after waiting about 45 minutes... a bit strange but ultimately a delicious meal. You really need to make a reservation!!

I have no words for how utterly appalling the service was at the Freemason today. Stunning, gorgeous day, and the manager did manage to give us a table. However, we waited over 58 minutes for our dinner, with three dishes missing, then waited another 14 minutes for the other two. We have 5 starving kids ... My main issue was the complete lack of care or communication with customers. It's totally fine if it's an incredibly busy day or if the orders were messed up, but don’t serve it up and then say, “if you want leave thats fine .” Disgraceful. No matter how busy you are, say no to people coming in, manage people's expectations, talk to your customers like customers. I'd like to mention the food was actually really nice, which made it worse as it was a gorgeous setting, but the lack of caring was appalling.

Our server Susie was fantastic. She laughed at my parents’ terrible jokes and looked after us really well. The food was actually very tasty. Loved my rotisserie chicken!

Lovely Pub but the staff needs training. Fantastic beer garden and lovely food but most of the stuff seems bored and lethargic to customer service. Youstra was the highlight of the afternoon and made up in service and customer interaction. It doesn’t hurt to be friendly and show customer appreciation.

A great venue but downhill all the way after that. Poor food, hopeless service, non-existent management. Maybe an off night - but won’t be rushing back.
