Food is mostly nice but the service, not so much. Over the years had so many missing items that they won't redeliver till next order 99% if the time. If, on the off chance they redeliver it takes so long the food is then cold. Min order £15 , delivery £6, you would think you'd get what you ordered.

So many times they forget the sauce . . . That makes the takeaway. . . So we have to wait for them to eventually bring it out but by this time all our food is stone cold. Disappointing.

I ordered upon a friend's recommendation. The food was very good. I ordered pizza. It arrived hot and in a very short time. The drivers were friendly I am satisfied .

Got chicken kebab, and chicken and ham pizza. The kebab - chicken was ok but salad and pitta were awful, salad was sat in a pool of water in tray. The pizza was salty and that's all I could taste. Avoid as there are better places to eat nearby 💯✌️

I'm picky with my pizzas, I like the base to be thick and doughy, I don't like too much sauce on the base. They made the perfect pizza, ham, pineapple, jalapenos and extra cheese. It was 10/10 Parking opposite the bus station.so no excuses not to go.

Stopped on the way through, ordered online ahead of time so we could pick up immediately, I ordered the BBQ base doner and pepperoni parmo and it was the worst I've ever eaten, no flavour chicken was barely even crispy. Kids meals were supposed to come with drinks but they were missing. I paid £7 for a tortilla with 3 strings of meat and a splash of garlic yogurt, I assumed for 7 quid it was a doner wrap and chips meal type combo. Cost me just over £35 for two kids meals, a doner wrap, a parmo and a couple cans of coke. Absolute rip off and wouldn't eat again of you paid me.

Ended up costing me £54.00 for two kebabs as they took the payment twice, one through Foodhub and then again when the delivery driver bought a card machine with him. The worst service ever as even though I provided them with proof of two payments they claimed they could not see the card machine payment. I provided them with a screenshot of my bank statement showing both. Still not received my refund, shame on you Frank! I’ve had to leave it a couple weeks before I can claim the money back, Frank will now be refunding me and receiving a chargeback fee as well so well done Frank….

Usually okay, been a long time customer for years but the wife decided that it was the last straw with her soggy chips, the food quality has been on a decline and the consistent price hikes are always a deterrent

On holiday at yapham holds farm and just had a takeaway delivery from Franks , this is the second time we have had food from here, last year snd today.fantastic food , service , delivery and price , we would recommend 100%...

Great choice of menu, really enjoyed the food the both times I have used this place, the chicken combo kebab is delicious and the pizzas are really good as well.

Got delivery shame driver couldn't find me until 45 minutes later food cold

First time trying Franks, we usually use Dunnington pizza however they’re not that great anymore. We ordered a kebab online, each, we collected and drove home. The food was still hot and was absolutely delish! We had salad and the chilli and garlic yoghurt, it was superb. We will most definitely return.

Was staying at the golf club nearby and restaurant was fully booked so was pleasantly surprised that Franks delivered to us. Delivery time as promised and great portion sizes! Got more for your money here than our usual take away back at home! Happy days!👍❤️

Always great food served with a smile. We eat from Frank's once a week at least and it's always on time and tastes great. We've never had a bad meal or any mistakes made with our order.

Well we're do I start orderd food with Frank's it was my sons bday 🎂 🥳 which was a luvly family gathering until the delivery driver rocked up 1hour and 45mins later.if I'm honest we was all ank-marvin they missed 1 of the meals off plus got 2 of the orders wrong it was a dampner on our sons bday 🎂 I would advise any1 wanting a takeaway plz go else were you've been warned ⚠️

This is the 2nd time ordering from Franks. I collected. 1st time waswith foodhub. 2nd time via there own app. Easy to use both times. The food was hot and really good. Definitely order again.

We were staying at Florida keys holiday park and they had a menu for franks so we ordered 3 nights the American burger was beautiful and the cheese chips delicious spicy chicken pizza gorgeous 😍

Were visiting friends living in the area and they recommended this place. Went to the shop to order and friendliness of the personnel and the owner was so welcoming and warm. They offered some quick food free of charge whilst we waited for our own. The food was really tasty and plentiful. Reasonably priced, too. We recommend.

We’re staying just outside Pocklington. We found Franks. Without a doubt great pizza. Did one of the deals 1x11inch ( Kiev we chose ) 1x13inch ( veggi we chose ) 2 chips 1 bottle of £23 total for that deal. The pizzas came fully loaded. Fresh, filling, delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

I got a11"pizza and a1.5lt bottle of coke it cost £14.00 I was surprised at the cost it did look a good pizza, but it was the worst pizza I have tasted, very disappoited .

Food was cooked as I requested and it was delicious. Delivery time as quoted in the message was spot on. I definitely recommend Frank's.....

I pre ordered a mixed kebab and a big daddy pizza for 4.30, the food turned up bang on 4.30 and was so delicious. The mixed kebab portion was so generous and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Well done guys will defientky be using you for my Friday night treat again.

I remember arguying about the 90p salad.in hindsight 90p for salad is a bargain.

order pizza was not bad taste. Butwhen i pick up 1 slice All the cheese and top meat fall apart. That's not FRESH pizza. And chicken is chewy. tonight i had diarrhoea. Feel sick.

Ordered for delivery and was told 50 minutes..2 hrs later after trying more than 12 times to phone I went down..my takeaway was sat on the top..got it home and it's cold! Took it back asked for a new one which I think I'm entitled to after Spending £45! I took it back home and realised it had been re-heated and was still cold! I never complain but it's safe to say I will not be going back again!!

Have ordered a number of times for delivery recently and always turns up quickly and hot. Tasty selection of pizzas and kebabs. Good sides too all at a reasonable price. Website is easy to use and makes the whole ordering process painless. This place has been going for years and it's easy to see why. Always consistent and reliable.

To be honest this is the worst take away I have ever ordered from, such an expensive kebab for a small portion. The chicken is burned and there was hardly any pieces. The chips were disgusting, they were dry and they had no chip spice, it seemed like they were 4 days old and heated up. Do not recommend

Haven't been since it changed ownership

First time we ordered, and will be the last. The best bit was the ice cream!! The pizza was supposed to be Margarita with a stuffed crust of bolognaise, burger was very dry. Instead it was a bolognaise pizza stuffed with cheese and the garlic bread wasn't very garlicky. Expensive and not worth it.

I’ve ordered from here A LOT. I ordered my usual last Sunday and was extremely disappointed. My garlic bread would normally have a load of garlic butter sitting in the box but this time it was dry! And it was over cooked yet somehow parts were cold? (We had it delivered) my mozzarella sticks were cold and no longer at all stringy. I ordered via the app and selected “lettuce, onion and mayo” for my burger and there was NO MAYO? I honestly don’t know how they messed up such a simple order and yet they now charge more than they used to. Seriously gone downhill!
