Great atmosphere, but there is one thing to be aware of trouble stirrer Mark Scott, regular punter at this pub, he’s a construction worker at Laing O’Rourke.

Never again would I enter this pub. What a vile environment to be in. A fellow drinker insulted me for at least half an hour it was so embarrassing I've never encountered anything like that in my life. Girls behind the bar were lovely which is a shame as its quite local to me but I would never enter this bar again.

Pub and bar hopping down Smithdown Road my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into Frank's Bar and what a great find. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, the interior is neat and tidy, multi roomed,tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport, good decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its such a wonderful locals bar room chill out in. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, we track and traced and sanitised our hands and we were allocated a table were we ordered a beer, we chose Madri beer from La Sagra Brewery, a relatively new European lager style beer that seems to be in most pubs and bars in Liverpool at the moment. It's a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste, very easy to drink, a beer perfect for a hot day ,it was so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying an iced cold and sparkling beer. We really enjoyed our beers in here, only stayed for the one each before moving on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Frank's Bar is easy to locate along Smithdown Road, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 11am till 11pm. A great locals bar,if you're in the area most definitely well worth checking out .

Frank's bar is a superb sports bar with several TV scenes dotted throughout the bars interior and a decent beer range. Located on Smithdown road where there are lot's of pubs/bars and restaurants and easily reached by public transport'Frank's bars interior is superb with a multi-roomed interior and many interesting features and excellent seating options. We visited here after leaving the excellent Black Cat bar&bottle shop and to be honest I actually thought this bar was closed but when we walked towards the bar it was open. On entry we gave our track and trace details and took our seat in the main bar area and one of the staff came over and took our order of a couple of glasses of La Sagra brewery Madrí a new modern European style lager'the lager was great and well priced for the beers we were having. Frank's bar is superb and well worth visiting and is easy to locate from Gresford Avenue bus stop it's a minute away. (This is my first review of Frank's bar). Opening Hours. Monday-Closed. Tuesday-Thursday-10.00-22.00. Friday-Saturday-10.00-23.00. Sunday-10.00-16.00. Hours May Differ From Above Due To The Covid 19 Restrictions. Nearest Bus Stop. Gresford Avenue bus stop.

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn’t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn’t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn’t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I’m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I’m sure this isn’t the time of person Millie’s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I’m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

My girlfriend asked for a medium strawberry acai with lemonade but no ice and the drink cost £5.60 already for this price you could expect them to fill the cup, instead served a small cup half full, i asked if they could fill it up with lemonade as every other starbucks has done. I had to ask for a refund as i wasnt paying £5.60 for a half drink, we sat down to enjoy some time together and we overheard us them attempt to whisper about me asking for a refund by one staff member to the other and i found this to rude, when all i asked was a simple request. Any other starbucks or even staff have been much more accommodating. Wont be returning and ask people to go to the other starbucks in town centre.
