Millie's Cookies - St. John's Precinct in Liverpool

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn’t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn’t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn’t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I’m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I’m sure this isn’t the time of person Millie’s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I’m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

We had a really nice lunch, pizzas great. Coffee was really good and the staff very friendly, great place to visit.

Me encantan los cupcakes y las rebanadas de pizza de galleta. Muy dulce, pero para mí eso es celestial! Una buena gama de sabores de galletas disponibles también.

Yo estaba de compras en el centro y olía a algunas galletas que me antojo un capricho. Me encontré con esta pequeña tienda con un montón de galletas recién hecho en la ventana, así que di en un compramos unas cuantas! Algunos de ellos todavía un poco de calor que sabían increíble! No es demasiado dulce y no es soso, pero justo! El personal es muy amable, así que siempre es una ventaja a la hora de comprar algo. Siempre vuelvo aquí un regalito cuando estoy en la ciudad! 100% recomendable!

Pedimos una galleta gigante, era helado con mi mensaje en menos de 20 minutos. Mi hijo nos encantó, y un sabor delicioso. Pedimos un batido de galletas mientras yo estaba esperando, que era un batido con galletas entrecruza. . . divino! Los tabiques shake que he tenido, mi nuevo favorito regalo!
