Millie's Cookies - St. John's Precinct in Liverpool

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn’t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn’t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn’t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I’m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I’m sure this isn’t the time of person Millie’s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I’m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

We had a really nice lunch, pizzas great. Coffee was really good and the staff very friendly, great place to visit.

I love the cupcakes and the cookie pizza slices. Very sweet but for me that’s heavenly! A good range of cookie flavours available too.

I was shopping in the centre and smelt some cookies which got me craving a sweet treat. I came across this little shop with loads of freshly cooked cookies in the window so I gave in a bought a few! some of them still a little warm they tasted amazing! not too sweet and not to bland but just right! The staff are really friendly as well which is always a bonus when buying something. I always come back here for a little treat when I'm in town ! would 100% recommend!

Ordered a giant cookie, was iced with my message within 20 minutes. My son absoloutely loved it, and it tasted delicious. Ordered a cookie shake whilst I was waiting, which was a milkshake with cookies blended into it... divine! The thickest shake I've ever had, my new favourite treat!
