I would recommend the wine. Pizza and service were bella. And I’ve been to Venice.

Absolutely brilliant night at Frank’s. Although short staffed, they done a wonderful job for our Xmas Family gathering. With 20 guests, the service and food was excellent. Georgina even took time to play with the children. Well done all at Frank’s, and thank you very much.

Frank’s came up trumps for the annual LCDO championships. Having pre ordered for 15 hungry darts players, Franks delivered hot and fresh tasty pizzas for us to consume and enjoy. There was a mixture of different pizzas (I had the meat feast), along with the meatballs and garlic bread all of which was superb. Can’t recommend enough. Authentic Italian pizzas.

First visit with friends from work, food was excellent we had three pasta meals which were excellent quality , shared a large pizza as well service was also excellent, with a litre of house red wine could not fault anything

Catered perfectly for a large group of us. (Pre-booked) Staff were so accommodating and the food was amazing. Pizza cooked to perfection and the pasta sauces were incredible. Even offered a gluten free option. Thanks everyone!

Myself and my wife came in tonight (Valentines Day 2023). We were greeted by Lauren who was our waitress for the evening. Very friendly, bubbly and attentive. We ordered the Antipasto to start with followed by the Allo Tartara pizza and lasagne. Absolutely delicious food, A* service and the atmosphere was lovely for evening dining. A somewhat rapid decline in quality from last night's order. Quick delivery but the pizza were horrible. Over cooked next to no toppings very disappointed. Please charge more and keep quality I can get pizzas from anywhere but this place used to be pizza perfection.

Amazing food at amazing prices! The ONLY place to go in town for the best and most authentic Italian pizza experience. Accept no imitation, FRANKS is still the best (been using them since the 90s). Treat yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

My fav local restaurant always relaxed and informal with the best atmosphere. The food is always great and such good value. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Attended with a big group for a party, very accommodating for us all, pizza and other foods looked good and tasted even better.

We visited here last Friday as a party of 4, having visited many times before, but having heard mixed reviews recently. All four of us chose something different from the menu, lasagna, pizza, Prawns in garlic sauce, spaghetti bolognese, with sides of garlic bread and mixed salad. Frankly, no pun intended, even though I have never had anything other than good food there, what we were served this night was even better. We will have no hesitation in returning.

We had a lovely meal last night, the meat feast pizza and spaghetti bol they both were delicious. To finish we had brownie and ice cream very nice too. The only girl serving was very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the pizza and garlic breads. Bologna’s was very good. Only reason I didn’t give it 5, is because I know my wine, and although the wine supplied was lovely and to my taste, the bottle displayed the supermarket it was purchased from. If it was served in an iced jug, or a jug in a bowl of ice, then I wouldn’t know the mark up etc at cost. Otherwise.. food etc. Excellent.

Been a while since I have actually found somewhere worth reviewing or mentioning in general. Well tonight I found a place what is without a doubt worth a mention The food is incredible the atmosphere is very relaxed and over all it is a fantastic place to eat, safe to say I will be back

A group of us came on a Friday evening and I had the pizza marguerita which was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, it’s authentic tasting! I recommend! The other dishes looked good and everyone loved theirs. It’s a simple place, the decor is not plush but then the prices are not high so that is balanced.

Lovely friendly family run pizzeria that knocks spots off the chains. We love to try independent restaurants as much as possible and Frank’s is right up there. Brill!

Wow, really cosy interior, clean tables, the walls painted with eyes-appealing light green colour, overall expression of a place you feel comfortable to be in, although the tables aren't super comfy for tall people (185cm+), so, I'd say interiorwise this placе is aesthetically pleasing. However, it took almost 1,5 hours to get our order, what was simply 3 pizzas. I don't know how to feel about this, since it's a sign that they make the pizzas themselves. And when we got our order... So, there's a quite limited choice of pizzas. You get 4 kinds- a normal one, a spicy one, a seafood one and a vegetarian one. They're alright, except please, please don't put anchoivies on them, it doesn't go well with ham and pepperoni, just to much distinct flavours. Also the anchoivies smell not good. Not like they weren't fresh, but the smell was very strong. The starters are really good, except they didn't have fried mozzarella when I visited it. After all, a good place, it's just about the time and a n c h o i v i e s.

Brilliant grass roots Italian restaurant, great staff & great food @ a great price

Great little place in a very hidden out of the way location. Taken there by a friend and told not to expect much from the outside but the food is amazing. It is exactly that the outside is like an old down at heel corner shop, the inside is kind of trapped in a time warp from the 70's but the service is great and the food is amazing.

Ordered pizza to take away and oh my word it was fantastic. Sitting waiting and watching the pizzas cook in the brick oven was mouth watering, as were the pizzas when eaten. I highly recommend a visit.

The food was fantastic, our charming waiter Josh Wood was courteous and polite the entire evening and took our orders quickly and efficiently. The restaurant itself has a very cosy atmosphere achieved through its use of lighting and plants. Really made my night one to remember! We will be back.

I came to Frank's for valentine's Day, I knew it was going to be busy so I expected the service to be kept quite reserved due to the amount of people that were going to be there, but I was very very wrong! We were given a complimentary dish before our starters even arrived.The food was exquisite, I give endless compliments to the chef! Every meal was better than the last, and I never had a single complaint about anything! It was the perfect temperature, and it tasted amazing! The service by our waiter "Josh Wood" was immaculate, it seemed like he really cared about us as customers. While we were having our starters, mains, desserts and drinks, he was always coming over asking if our meal was okay and if we wanted anything. He seemed more like a friend than just a waiter, as that is how we feel we were treated.

Fed-up of the chain pizza's, I looked further a field as I live in the next town to Kettering. So glad I did... Looked at the reviews and did not hesitate to order from Franks. We decided on takeaway, as we were fed-up of going out after the festive season. The pizza was great, clean boxes all round!! My wee one had spaghetti bolognese, clean bowl. We ordered 1 tiger prawns to share, after seeing a picture of them on here. Again, they were top notice and a decent size. 1 little tiny thing, the sauce to the prawns was a little thick for my taste & just a touch to creamy. I managed to thin it with the lemon juice of wedges supplied. Still not taking 5 stars away, thank you Franks.

Franks Pizzeria is a real Italian restaurant and run just like you would expect it would be in Italy. Friendly service and great food, all freshly cooked out of there kitchen. The pizzas are to die for, being cooked from there stone pizza oven. Would always recommend Franks

This is one of the best pizza places I've been to in the uk. I spend plenty of time in Italy & these pizzas are as close as you get to the genuine Italian pizzas.

This place is just everything you need on a friends night out. The food is incredible, the waiters offer their help and advice with food choice, the surroundings within are just so nice and welcoming. It’s a small place but who cares! It’s just so lovely and social! Been here many times and will keep on returning! Thank you!!

Food is fantastic, this would be 5 stars but the pizzas took about 50 minutes to arrive at the table.

Arrived just as they were opening with a group of 3 adults and 5 kids aged 10-11for a birthday meal. They made us feel welcome from the start, polite helpful staff, food arrived quicker than we expected, authentic, no frills but none needed ! Can't explain how impressed we were... They even popped candles in the ice cream and sang happy birthday without being asked ! Would recommend to anyone who loves Italian food !
