Frankie & Benny's in Stafford

We came for my mums birthday back in February. The food was great but the servers made it. Our servers were Red, and Ray. They were great, very attentive and made my mums birthday special and definitely went the extra mile ! The servers make the experience every time.

Tom and Ray were both EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived, with dog and toddler. Ray immediately went to get us a high chair without us even having to ask!

We attended the restaurant to celebrate my sons 13th birthday. The service by the waitress was fantastic and the food was amazing as usual! We will definitely return!

Enjoyed breakfast this morning after a late night! Was greated with a warm and smily welcome. Place was spotless. Server (Sophie) was polite, friendly and had a relaxed efficiency. Food tasted great but the eggs on toast would have benefited from a second slice of toast.

I’m leaving this review to remind myself not to bother spending any more money in these dire low end generic restaurants. There’s always something wrong with the low quality food, you could send meals back all day. The only good thing about this chain used to be the milkshakes, that came in chilled tumblers, now you get a pathetic warm glass of tepid milk that’s half the portion it used to be. However this chain became so big is beyond me, it obviously must have done things differently in the past, but I’d strongly advise spending your money in a different establishment. It’s not even that cheap. Don’t do it unless you’re VERY stuck for restaurants and VERY tolerant to basic food at a price.

First visit to f&B in a while we were seated straight away and offered drinks, our server Leanne was fab and made sure we was happy and made our visit a pleasant one, food was gorgeous too.

Our server, Joe, was really helpful and very good at dealing with our order. Food was great and we really enjoyed our meal.

I had quite possibly the worst scrambled eggs on toast ever and all for £6. The eggs weren’t mixed properly, the toast was cold, there was no butter and it came with a great clump of watercress for no apparent reason! Awful!

We visited last minute for a birthday meal for my 7 year old daughter. The restaurant was unusually busy and obviously understaffed but they all managed amazingly. Our server, young girl that was on shift was amazing. Attentive, thoughtful, engaging with my daughter and making a fuss. Nothing was too much trouble. Since our last visit the quality of the food has really improved, our meal was without fault and delicious.

We hadn’t eaten at a F&B before but it was near to where we were staying so decided to give it ago. Once seated everything happened very smoothly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our food which arrived very quickly and was very tasty. Our server was the young lady Rayhannah - what a gem - she was so helpful and enthusiastic, a joy to be served by. When we needed to make a change to our order she was straight onto it and rushed away to see if the order could be changed - she did it. My only disappointment was that my voucher for joining F&B didn’t arrive in time to be of use that evening i.e a free main. Lesson to be learnt - sign up the day before.

Myself and my daughter attended Frankie and Benny,s restaurant at Trentham Gardens at lunchtime and we had a lovely meal each there! We even had them accommodate our dog with a bed and water! The staff were excellent especially our waiter Miles who was friendly and helpful making sure our food was served promptly and to a high standard!!
