Gent called Ozzie was absolutely amazing on the bar. He was so knowledgeable about the drinks he was serving, it was brilliant. He was chatting to us for whole time me and my friend were there. Absolute credit to the company

The seats have seen better days, very worn.

Initially on first inspections I was going rate this as 4 stars. The seating appeared worn and the springs had cleared become worn. However as my visit progressed the staff appears extremely friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was hot and flavoursome. Staff had to deal with a couple next to us that continually moaned. They remained apologetic (even though they did nothing wrong) and professional throughout. I’ve therefore decided to make this 5 stars as would be unfair in the staff to rate them lower. Good choices were good, good value kids meals and large selection to choose from.

we got frankie and benny’s for pickup. absolute great food and very inexpensive for what we got. food was still steaming even after a 15 minute drive back to the hotel. staff were so friendly when we got there

Natalia was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed about menu items to make sure we could both stick to our dietary requirements. Great service 🙏

Went for breakfast and both ordered The Big One - they're not kidding, it's huge. The food was really tasty and obviously freshly cooked. Will definitely return.

Garlic bread is great! Our server Red was so lovely and very attentive even though it was super busy for a concert.

Our waitress Natalia was absolutely lovely, very helpful and chatty. It was super busy due to the Deacon Blue concert but we got served very quickly enjoyed the meal and had lovely cocktails

Very nice restaurant and ideal for us as we were attending a concert in Trentham Gardens. Was very busy, I suspect due to the concert and whist they took our order quickly they forgot about our starters that sat on the counter until we reminded our waiter. Main course came quickly apart from the side order, which arrived a few minutes later. All the food was very tasty and good value. The waiter was distracted again after leaving the bill and forgot to bring the card machine until I reminded him.

We had a lovely time at Frankie and Bennys this evening. On arrival the restaurant was busy, due to a concert near to the venue, but soon relaxed. The waitress, Natalie, was clearly very busy but maintained a very professional image whilst being very attentive to her customers, her happy demeanour was delightful and she brought a smile to all of our faces. The food was served quickly, despite how busy the restaurant was, and was truly delicious.

We all enjoyed today's meal, and Migda was very friendly and smiley :)

The food was nice and the staff were friendly, don’t feel there was enough staff for the capacity of work although all staff showed resilience and worked well under pressure at times. We did not get a drink for the first 30 mins of our visit but could see the staff were very busy serving others.

Big misleading "Kids eat free" board at the entry (Turns out they don't). Food and service were good. Noisy room, though.

We were staying at the Premier Inn nearby and ate at F&B’s twice. Great experience with good food and fantastic service. We had Red who took great care of us and made us feel incredibly welcome. Will definitely be returning.

If I was just reviewing the food it would be five stars. We travelled up from Birmingham to go the monkey forest and stopped in here for food afterwards. The service and attitude of the staff was disgraceful , very rude. A shame as the food was great but the overall experience ruined by very rude staff who lacked manners and basic polite attitude. Had such a lovely day out in Trentham yesterday. Our sever was so attentive and catered to our every need, we are very pleased with Jacque. Thank you for making our rainy day positive.

I was really looking forwards to the meatball pasta. Unfortunately it was a massive let down, the meatballs were mushy and watery and didn’t taste of anything. Very disappointed as the food is usually good.

Very unfriendly bouncers kicked out for doing nothing. Did not even ask me politely what is happening. Some Idiots as security.

Full of young staff no problem with that one lad curly hair saw our food being warmed and walked away because it wasn't in his section as his colleague who was having a water break. Slow service with drinks, order came out wrong sadly.

Worst I've ever had, stake was grissel salad was awful. And to top it all they didn't put my order in and was sat waiting for 45 mins

Me and my family went here for lunch as and they had got a deal on were kids eat for free . me and my partner ordered from the lunch menu and we asked the women who seated us how the kids eat for free deal worked and the women pointed at a menu for the kids and said it was a drink and a main and pudding for free so everything was perfect until the bill came and the kids meal was on the bill even though they have got a deal on so we asked our server to check and amend it as we assumed that it was a mistake but then we were informed that the children eat free deal applied only when adults ordered off the full price menu so they could not apply the offer. We challenged this with the manager and were told that there was nothing they could do. We were put in a position where we did not have enough money to cover the extra. We argued with the manager and told her that we had asked her when we were seated and she did not tell us that we needed to order off the main menu. After a very public embarrassing and stressful confrontation they then removed some of the money for the kids meals. Not a good experience at all apart from our lovely waitress mellisa. Also another table was having the same problem . Melissa had also served us the week before so we had left a five pound tip for her which we also found out that the manager had also kept for herself.

I've been here 10 times over the last few years, as my kids like it, but the service has gone downhill. The menu is stale and needs updating massively. I cook a better carbonara, and the burgers are always overdone. Today was the last time I'll visit, as they got one of the starters wrong - completely forgot it at first despite us ordering it, and then brought out something completely different which had to be taken back again. Also, I asked for some mayo when the server asked what sauces we wanted. It didn't arrive within 5 minutes. I asked again, and 10 minutes went by and no mayo, so I just gave up, used ketchup and ate the food. Not a good experience, sadly.

Long wait for food and not particularly busy. Chicken skins with bacon, the bacon was cremated, chicken burger, chicken overcooked too.

Me and my daughter went for a meal as we had a voucher. The food was good and portion size decent. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The only thing was the price. Even with a voucher for a free main, it was expensive.

Absolutely rubbish, asked for gluten free breakfast and served up a glutened one which my wife eat and was very poorly

First time with been to Frankie and Benny's. The Vegan✅ option range for breakfast was extremely good. Well done 💯 menu layout, how you could change your breakfast options from meat to vegan, ✅nice 👍 red plate edge vegan✅, green plate edge meat, ???? I liked the pancake with bacon and Maple syrup🍁 so nice. My wife and daughter enjoyed vegan breakfast ❤️🧸. The staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant extremely clean and tidy. We will be back.✅✅✅✅✅ 2nd, time we have been to Frankie and Benny's, did, not disappointed, We had a vegan breakfast and breakfast stacker. Well presented and tested absolutely lovely 😍 😍 😍 😍 🌹 Service with a smile and happy staff, just great service. Nice tidy restaurant and very very clean. Recently visited whilst having a wander around trentham. Seated straight away despite it being very busy, very friendly staff and great food. This trip reminded me of what Frankie and Bennys used to be like in years gone by and Im glad this one has kept the same great service, quality and atmosphere. Chicken Burger with Sweet Potato fries x2 Carbonara with Chicken New york calzone They were also very considerate of a nut allergy in our group.

Terrible experience. Had a cheese burger which came with mayo. So much mayo that's all I could taste. It was also over cooked and about twice what I would be happy to pay. My son had a chicken burger with so much sweet sauce he said it was disgusting. Then when I asked for the bill I was told the credit card machine would be brought over straight away. After ten minutes I left cash and walked out. My first and definitely last time I will ever go to a Frankie & Bennies. If that's what they serve their customers then I'm gob smacked there are so many of them.

This place was busy when we arrived. But waited about 6mins before being showed to our table. Food was good, just didn't have that homemade feeling. Waitress was excellent and attentive.

Dog friendly which was excellent for us. Hubby REALLY enjoyed his curry said the best he'd ever had so a 10. All the other food was good too. Made very welcome. Took a bit to get some water for the table but got there on the 3rd ask, but the girls were lovely & nice & cosy by the fire.

Called in for breakfast, I had the pancake stack my partner had a full english, both were cooked fresh, food was amazing, coffee was lovely. Our server Amber was really nice and friendly and looked after us. Great value for money and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Visited Christmas eve, booked for 8pm, rang to say we may be a few minutes late to be told they close at 9pm,now I hadn't been told this very disappointed to say the least, there was 6 of us, we arrived on time and we ordered drinks and had 3 cokes a few cocktails when they arrived there was no syrup in the coke so just like drinking water, the manager came over and said quite abruptly I've tasted the coke and there's nothing wrong with it, so basically called us liars, I tasted it it was water, one of the team said it was a new recipe but I'm sorry coca cola is coca cola.i have visited here with family and never been treated so rudely.

Food from App. Burger 🍔 was cold 🥶 mayonnaise on what was looked like rubber cheese 🧀 yep not good. Last time I ordered in the summer it was much better. No idea what has happened here!

Visited the restaurant tonight with my son, I want to give a special thank you to Magda who was our waitress. Magda was extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend.

Ordered via a food app. When foot arrived, bun for the chicken burger was dried out to such an extent that it disintegrated when I went to pick it up. The fries and onion rings were fine but the chicken on the bun was hard and over cooked as if it had been cooked and then re-deep fried! Phone the restaurant to be told they had changed over the buns to seeded buns and had them fresh everyday but then continued saying they were using old stock up! Unfortunately what was supposed to be a treat ended up being disappointing and only part of the meal eaten.

We booked two tables, one for our daughter & 3 friends to celebrate her 11th birthday and a table for ourselves, allowing our daughter to enjoy her time with her friends privately. Our waitress, Vicky, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our daughter have the best experience possible. She was super friendly, interacted with them superbly & made her feel like a princess for the night. Vicky was sure to double check food orders and itinerary with us frequently ensuring the girls had a sensible but highly enjoyable time. We can't thank Vicky enough for her time, effort and energy put into allowing our daughter & her friends a top night. From treating them as independent people to bringing her birthday cake out. So many laughs and joy came from our daughter's table. A lot of it down to Vicky. Thank you Vicky, you were & are a true asset to your F&B branch. Don't change. Mark & Charlotte
