Good and fast service late in the afternoon so a bit quieter than normal but Ozzie our waiter was friendly and attentive n very polite ☺️

Great evening out, the waiters name was Myles and was brilliant.

Miles the waiter gave us great service. 5 stars, Food was good, 4 stars. Only gripe was dogs were in the restaurant and a dog was on the table next to us so I asked to move and they moved us straight away.

Came in for a family meal, was served by Miles. He was very quick and attentive Great evening out will come again

I goto frankie and bennys every friday, every time I come in the Manager Tom is highly accommodating, with his big smile and friendly demeanour. Everytime I go it's a great experience. The food is lovely and they make any changes I want, they make sure that it's perfect and the secret sauce damn it's a drug just can't stop having it. 10/10

Lovely breakfast. Pancakes were amazing. Can bring the dog too which was a plus as we were off out to Trentham afterwards. Lily served us and she was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back here again.

I went there to watch the Arsenal Game and I was well visited by the bartender Gabby and Manager Sabina. Both on them treated me very well. But the Star of the day was Gabby she served my drinks and was asking me Questions about the game and when my team was losing she was there being very supportive even though she doesn't know quite much about football.
