mozzarella stick was too soft tasted like milk and butter disgusting took 25 mins to take plates after watching and even longer to get bill.

came in after a 4 nights with fellow nurse pals for a wee breakfast. We came in just after 9am as place opened then and the waitress that met us at the door was very blunt and first thing she said was “watch the floor, it’s still wet. We’re still opening.” Food was good! Just wanted service with a smile!

Absolutely brilliant. Came here tonight as a party of ten students to celebrate finishing exams. The food was great, our server was friendly, the service was quick, overall a great night.

Paid for cheese on burger but didn’t get it. Garlic bread with cheese was rock hard & arrabbiata was not the usual restaurant standard, basically no sauce and pasta was very stodgy. Wouldn’t recommend ordering for takeaway.

I could tick all of the above tbh I've also answered no to a couple of questions below as I come every week and the staff no me well I'm just here for my breakfast and to chill a creature of habit I do the same each time so that's the only reason I answered no to those questions

Had a lovely meal on Monday, food was OK but all made better by our wonderful server Greg who was so attentive and amazing, I have never had such good service at Frankie & Benny's before.

We had lovely sharing plater, what had ribs, chicken wings, chiken breast ,fries and coloslow. Food was amazing. Also had delicious smooties. Best thing they are dog friendly too 🥰🐕 so well behaved pups can come in with you.

Ordered potato skins and Cesar salad. Potato skins were baked , halved and with cheese on top. Basic. The Cesar salad with added chicken with so over priced. I expected a full salad but it was a side at best and a table spoon of chicken. I’m so disappointed with this order. Won’t be ordering again

It's really hard to decide what was better ; Greg the waiter or the giant mozzarella stick. I'm afraid the mozzarella stick just had the edge over him, but his service was exceptional! Lovely, family night out 💞

First time I've been here for breakfast / brunch. Very impressed! I had the veggie breakfast, my husband had the brisket and we shared a stack of pancakes. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. We did have to ask staff to sort our order as we'd ordered a stack of 5 pancakes but they only brought 3. They sorted it very quickly and added extra bacon and toast. I work for the NHS so I got 20% off the hill due to my Blue Light discount. The staff were excellent, very efficient and pleasant. We will be back, for sure 😁

Lovely experience, food was beautiful, plenty to choose from and good choice for people with allergies too. My daughter and I really enjoyed our time there and plan to pop back next week with rest of our family.

We popped in for a quick dinner and the service was amazing! The server was polite, friendly and attentive! I think he was in on his own as well but it didn't impact our experience at all. Food was served quickly and was nice and hot! Hubby and I both agreed we would definitely go back Edit 9/1/25 We poped in a few nights ago as we recieved a voucher for Christmas. Again servers were superb! Friendly, polite and attentive! Service was fast too, we were prepared to wait as it was quite busy but even then we waited no longer than 10 minutes! Highly recommend giving this branch your custom!

Food was served in good timing but chips were the cheapest you could buy burger was very gritty burger roll was soggy from the sauces Onion rings were frozen went soggy when presented at the table. Food very poor food just not worth the money but staff serving were very polite and helpful

Very disappointed with the pizzas. Very small, almost like a kids menu. The ham was smoked which was not listed as. Not ordering again. F&B is not what it use to be anymore.

Brilliant menu reasonable prices

Music too loud. Our waitress couldn't hear our order and brought the wrong thing. We got that replaced but then were billed for both items! Asked for an additional dip which never arrived. Kept having to ask for drinks over and over. Couldn't catch attention of staff despite it not being very busy. Got attention of one member of staff to be told "I don't do that". Pretty poor service to be honest.

Ordered from just eat and spent £50 on my order for my family… none of the main meals showed up so now I’m feeding my child spicy ass chicken wings and cookie dough for her dinner… her father and I have gone without… shocking when you spend so much you expect your order to show up with some of the main foods… now I’ve phoned the place 10 times in the hopes to rectify this and no answer

Seen to straight away as soon as arrived in the door. Food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. We had the chicken parmesan and the spaghetti and meatballs! Very generous portions and very speedy aswell! I'd also recommend the pretzel starter, the cheese and pickle sauce with it was outstanding. Everything had arrived within ten minutes of ordering. Our server was so kind, Kasia. Nothing was a problem and she never stopped the whole time we were in here. She is a real asset to this establishment!

From the time it left the restaurant and got to my house it was about 20mins, so all the food was cold and soggy. It wasn’t very nice, the bun was soggy from sauce and fries were stone cold. The chicken wings semi warm. Gotta do better than that for the money we pay.

Came to Frankie and bennys as it’s normally a favorite of my family’s, asked for a steak well done, came out and was pink so sent it back. Literally brought it back to table within 2 mins so they obviously didn’t try and cook it to well done as was the exact same when it was brought back! Not difficult to cook something the way it’s requested! Won’t be back!!

Booked a table a week in advanced because we were impressed with their range of vegan options as my infant son has a milk and egg allergy and we didn’t want to get anything containing those ingredients as worried about cross contamination. Turned up and ordered our vegan dishes only to be told that they actually don’t have vegan cheese and so I had to eat a non vegan Margarita pizza and keep away from my son whilst the only vegan pasta was blow your head off spicy. The vegan nuggets were ok but more disappointed with the fact that there was no vegan cheese and on the booking we specified the allergies so I would have expected with a weeks notice that they would have ensured vegan cheese was available. It’s one of the most crucial ingredients to a vegan Italian dish. Service was great and couldn’t fault the staff but just disappointed with the experience and don’t think we’d return.

Classic Chicago style interior with booths and leather seats. Comfy and stylish. Staff where extremely friendly and mindful of our kids and all their siliness. Portions were fair and filling. The steak was perfect. The kids ate free with the adult main course. The rest rooms where imaculate, something i havent seen in a while in other places. Staff also inquired about food allergies something which you also don't see very often. Very possitively impressed. Would recommend for families, dates and even events.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I feel obligated to potentially save some of you from a disappointment time! I’ll use bullet points to get to the point. - I asked for no ice in my drink, got ice - the food we ordered took 7 minutes of sitting out before it arrived at our table (I’m a keen watcher) - some food was replaced due to temp. - burger was overcooked, which is usually standard. There are 2 of us, so service should’ve been a bit more snappy! Around 20 people sitting in the restaurant for our visit. I said a couple of years ago I wouldn’t be back because of the poor general quality. I decided to try again, and am not impressed! AVOID THIS PLACE.

OMG this was an absolute disaster The staff were very rude the meals were barely warm when they eventually arrived. We complained then got up and left, it was horrific and we will never be back.
