Visited, during lunch time, lunch was excellent, all of the food and drink arrived fast. Chris was a fantastic server, and a very nice person.

We thought that Frankie and Bennys would be an ideal venue for group of nine adults and two children who were attending my daughters wedding. The service was slow to say the least, we waited for at least 45 minutes for drinks then the waiter ignored two of our party's food order and had to call the waiter back to place the order. The restaurant was reasonably busy but not so that service had to be compromised to this level. The food was average which was a surprise as my previous experience was a positive one. When trying to order further drinks the waiter again forgot to take several of the parties orders and had to pursue the waiter again! This was not a positive experience of what is now a household brand we will not be returning anytime soon and would advise to carefully consider going if you are reading this review.

Reviewing to warn other gluten free (GF) customers of dangerous experience. I ordered a burger from the GF menu, and the menu stated that GF burgers all come with a jacket potato (which I took to mean their chips are not GF since they are not on the GF menu). My burger arrived in a sesame seeded bun with chips on the side. I queried whether this was definitely a GF meal. It was taken back to the kitchen and very quickly a lone burger in a different (poppy seeded) bun appeared on the pass and sat under a heat lamp while they made me a jacket potato (which was bone dry and not even buttered). My suspicion is that they transferred the contents if my burger into the GF roll. It was a worrying experience, and I had a VERY long wait for my meal to return so that my family were almost finished their meals before mine arrived. Also my 4YO son ordered ham and pepperoni on his pizza and got ham and pineapple (which he hates) but he was so hungry we just picked off the pineapple as we couldn't make him wait any longer to eat. He was massively disappointed as eating out is usually a big treat. Expensive, disappointing, poor service, and downright dangerous allergy practices. We're never eating in an F&B again

After a long hard day at work, we decided to have our dinner in Frankie & Benny's @Fountain Park, Edinburgh. Arrived in decent time and the place was not that busy. Took around 5-10 minutes to get seated. Didn't get to order our food and drinks until about 15-20 minutes later. Knowing how slow the service was, we decided to order everything together. Drinks (Coke and Milkshake), Starter (Dough Balls and Calamari) and Mains (Lasagna and Cabonara). The starters were served before the drinks arrived. The starters were horrible! Dough balls were rock solid and over baked. We could have used them as a weapon. Calamari was okay but could have been better. At this moment, the only good on the table was the coke. After a horrible start, we were hoping the mains were going to make up for it. Turned out, it was just wishful thinking. Lasagna was bland, tasteless and couldn't even eat a third of it. 4-6 fork fulls and that was it. The Carbonara was also tasteless and very dry. All in all, terrible service, terrible food and £43 down the drain. Thank God there was Five Guys next door.

I usually always take my girlfriend to Frankie and bennies, on this occasion we are on holiday and the service here is horrendous. Staff are not clearing tables, 7 couples are here waiting to be seated alongside me and my girlfriend. Plenty of empty tables just sitting with empty plates and glasses from customers that have already left. Worst service I’ve ever seen with waiting times over 25 - 30 minuets and counting

Was in this resteraunt for the first time last night 31/1/2020 and so glad we had gave it a try, great atmosphere when walking in the door greeted by a lovely lady Louise who I think was the manager, who looked after us from the minute we got in till we left, always checking our food was good ( which was delish) and that our drinks were always topped up, great food, tasty and fast (great treat for kids after cinema) great experience from start to finish, thanks Louise and team :) we will be back.

It is my first time in this Frankie&Bennys but I have been many times in other ones. I came with my partner to have dinner and we were totally disappointed with the service given. The waitress a young lady, brunette and short hair took the wrong order. We wanted to have all the food together and not starters and mains as we had a cinema date.We got the starters, (never asked it they were ok) and when we got the mains (after waiting for a while) they were completely wrong and poorly presented. it was 2 carbonara, 1 with extra mushrooms and 1 w chicken and nduja sausage . We got the pasta without any bacon at all and we were like, where is the bacon? The waitress passed our order totally wrong to the kitchen, no bacon and chicken and mushrooms instead. We were offered for fresh new ones instead and this also took a long time to arrive. They came again the second time wrong, my partners pasta had no sausage this time. After being told they did it in. I asked the manager to have a closer look and once he did he agreed there was no nduja. At this point we decided to just eat as we were already too late for our cinema booking. The service overall was shocking. The waitress and waiter seemed they didn’t care at all about the job and the customers. No check backs on food even after the issues were raised. They never asked if we wanted more drinks! Definitely really poor customer service and they never tried to make it better. My advice to the GM of these place, get ride of these staff who make the brand Frankie&Bennys a really bad place to eat. They never gave us any discount or apology or tried to give us a sweet to forget the nightmare. I’ll def not coming back to this restaurant anymore!

The restaurant was quiet but that didnt improve the service. Three drinks took 20 mins to prepare & when the waitress brought mine over (just a bottle that needed opened) it was wrong. We ordered 1 childs mocktail. I watched as 2 waitresses tried to decide if the pre mixed bottle which was not stored in a fridge was in date. After much shaking, staring at it & 1 waitress daring to taste a tiny bit they seemed to decide it was ok to serve it to a 9 year old! Surely dates should be on these things?? Food came & it was ok, halloumi burger was the saltiest I'd ever tasted, nachos were ok, kids wrap was fine but the side of beans were cold with a skin on them so they were not eaten. We shared the loaded churros for dessert which were not loaded! About 3 slices of banana & a teaspoon of ice cream hidden by squirty cream for £7 doesnt seem a bargain! Just fairly poor food & service in general & not worth a second visit.

The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived and service was a little slow to start. Had starters/mains and desert with drinks. Starters between us - dough balls, potato skins and meatballs. All very tasty and the meat balls were very nice. Mains - 2 x med sirloin, peparoni pizza, chicken with half a rack of ribs and vegan pasta. All meals were very enjoyable and a good helping. Deserts (starters mains killed of 3 due to portions) - Toblerone cheesecake with ice cream was beautifull. A very enjoyable family meal out

The usual mis-match between what should be American (fast food with good service) as opposed to what you actually get - indifferent British service. Waited an hour for food. No food appeared despite asking twice and, as we had seats booked for a film, we had to leave and get cinema food!

We had a team meal there last night and the service was excellent, our waiter was called Adam and he was great.

Adam W was very welcoming and friendly. Great service, thank you! We were seated quickly and offered drinks. Food was quick and good too.

Booked to see Les Mis at cineworld showing started 7pm Arrived at F&B at 5.30 Reasonable attention- starter of doughballs a bit underwhelming However it the took a further 40 minutes before mains were served -lasagne and fish and chips - not difficult 55 minutes after we had arrived at the restaurant!! And to cap it all i was given the wrong dish They took 10% off the main course -big deal! Unlikely to return

Visited with my family tonight and was served by Adam W. Was a great experience. Very relaxed and chilled. Was busy but Adam didn't let that stop him making sure we were made to feel important! Whilst having a laugh with us. Keep up the good work :)

Waited 1 hour to bring us spaghetti when there is only 30% customers. Never bring my son apple juice until I reminded them. Then got my bill wrong , trying to charge me 20 pounds more. Food under average. Horrible experience. Never go back again.

We had a meal from the lunch menu which was tasty and good value. The Kids Menu in particular was very good. Our waiting staff were friendly and efficient and the surroundings were very pleasant. I'd visit again.

Our waiter was a new member of staff and his name was Adam. He was so friendly, engaging and really helpful. He even took 20% off our bill when we couldn't locate our student discount email. Really couldn't praise him enough! Thank you Adam! We will come back again soon :)

Went for a dinner and drinks with my partner. Pints are average priced, same goes with food. Got veggie pizza that was okay, nothing too exciting or amazing but filled me up. Both of us got a sundae for desert and those were absolutely delicious! Service was attentive but food took quite a while to arrive. Wouldn't go back for mains again but would definitely go get some sweet treats again!

Excellent service today from Emily! sitting in the restaurant now having breakfast! food fresh and delicious. Free WIFI and quiet for service was fast and attentive!

Restaurant was pretty empty...service was poor, plates not cleared away in a timely manner other families had waited for over an hour for food to arrive. We had starters which arrived fast but we had to wait up to an hour before we got our main. No one came and asked if everything was fine with our food! Server didn’t speak at all waited up to 20 mins for the bill and they didn’t seemed that bothered I could have got up and walked out and they probably wouldn’t have noticed! Servers all just standing around talking. The restaurant seemed to be more interested in their delivery orders than the people sittin in the restaurant!

Had a lovely breakfast here today with the family. Very helpful waiter too. I think his name was Nosti. Couldn't have been any nicer.

We had a lovely evening in Frankie & Benny’s - good food, drinks and great service (thank you, Tibor!). We used the F&B;’s app to get 2for1 on Mains which made it a very reasonably priced evening. We live locally, and will be back.

Sorry guys but I have to be honest with this place. I wad thinking how to write it, without offending anyone, but they deserve the truth. I was waiting waiting and waiting for the food a considerable amount of time and finally voila, the food came.

Ordered coffee and ice cream sundae and both were delicious. I'd say the sundae took a few minutes longer than I'd like to arrive but was quick enough to not be an issue.

Prices high, food is average, service was just way too slow.

Je suis aller manger avec ma copine au moi de juin . J'ai étais déçu parce que je m'attendais vraiment pas a ça . Ma copine a pris des spaghetti bolognaise . Les pattes beaucoup beaucoup trop cuite, pas de se, pas de poivres aucun assaisonnement, la sauce surement de la sauce en boite, au fond de l'assiette il y avait un petit fond d'eau . Mon burger était pas trop mal dommage la viande beaucoup trop cuite par contre grande surprise très bien assaisonner. Le service moyen mais pas pire il y avait surement un nouveau serveur qui ne connaissais pas trop le restaurant donc je n'irais pas plus loin . Vous pouvez faire mieux ! par amour du metier et de la restauration .

Cold baked potato, undercooked chips for all 4 plates, ridiculously small portion for a mains salad that cost £11 and was smaller than a child's main.

We ordered a-lot of food but all the pizazz’s were bland and fries were not done properly.Drinks were good And the Staff was good too but they were lack of staff(only 3) the food was below average. Highly disappointing

It was just next to theatre...offered us discount with our movie tickets...we ordered kid meal for our younger one and he was very happy with his garlic bread, spaghetti, lemonade, waffle, French fries. For ourself, veg pasta was sufficient. Overall good experience!

Went on a Thursday evening with my boyfriend, with a voucher. Service for drinks was fast and ok, we both ordered calamari for starters, I ordered the king prawn risotto and he got a hamburger.

Came in for lunch whilst we were in Edinburgh. Food was fantastic but most of all, our waiter, Panos, was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant service and attention.

I came in today for a quick bite with some friends! The food was incredible, chicken BLT is a must!! Our server Matt was super funny, polite and kept us up to date with where our food was. Would definitely visit again!!!

We came to Edinburgh on holiday; the food was absolutely fantastic, don’t get me wrong, however some of the service was not the best. For instance, on one of our orders there was a side of Onion Rings, but when we asked where they were, they went to check and it wasn’t even cooked!

Visited on the Sunday eve of the late May bank holiday weekend. Ordered a mixed grill with a peppercorn sauce. But the sauce was evil. I think it was either contaminated with detergent (possibly from a dish washer, the design of the white pottery gravy boat may have led it to hold detergent in the bottom, perhaps? ) or just off. I had sadly already poured before I discovered this. Cue a half hour wait for the replacement to come. Which quite unforgivably arrived with another peppercorn sauce. Which was also completely rancid. I cant stress enough this sauce was foul smelling, sharp tasting and contained a non food element. I told both the waitress and the manager. I told the Frankie & Benny's customer service complaints team on their website.

I met up with my student daughters at Fountain Park. The initial service was fast and the food was delivered reasonably quickly. Once we finished our main courses at 1:20 the plates were then quickly cleared. My oldest left for work five minutes later. We then waited until 2pm before we were asked if we wanted more drinks. We then asked for menus and within a minute of receiving them we were asked what we would like. From ultra slow to ultra fast. The food was good but when there are 7 tables and 4 waiting staff, you would expect more attentive attitude. For being the capital of Scotland and a tourist magnet you expect a high level of service which sadly is lacking.

Awful service, not impressed. The restaurant was empty (not surprised) and by the time my food arrived my beard had grew back in which I shaved before I left the house that day.

Visited at the weekend with my husband and 2 kids. We had pizza which was really nice and crispy and kids had the kids menu, they loved the free slime. Our waiter Matthew was very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Great place for families and really handy for the cinema. Always know what to expect really with Frankie and bennys and the prices but this branch is one of the nicest we’ve been too

The food was OK apart from my wife's dessert with her being lactose free for medical reasons she ordered a vegan pudding now you would think this would come with there vegan ice cream but when it was put down in front of her she noticed the ice-cream was the same as the other sweets just as well she asked the waiter if it was vegan ice-cream and he said no why would you serve a advertised vegan sweet with non vegan ice cream makes you wonder how many other vegans have eaten this the service wasn't really that good either you can see why on a Saturday night the restaurant was dead

Popped in on Friday lunch time for a catch up with friends. We were all delighted with our meal, food was delicious. The staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. Came to check if our food was all ok and if there was anything else they could get us. Stacey the manager popped over too which was lovely, really chatty and was asking if we had any other plans for the day. Made our visit feel more personal.

My kids and I went for something to eat. The food itself was better that other Frankie and Benny's but the customer service was a bit poor. There certainly wasn't a rush to leave the table and the server was lovely but it took as awhile to get our food. Kids loved it as it's better than Mcdonalds and they got slime!

Ordered a delivery from Frankie & Benny's last night; including 'ultimate Mac 'n' cheese with bacon, and a side of onion rings.

On a visit to Edinburgh recently and we were delighted to be within walking distance of Frankie & Benny's at Fountain Park. We are big fans of Frankie & Benny's and have used brances all over the UK from Birmingham to Belfast and with just one exception we have always been very happy customers. One of the few good restaurants that always seems to have offers available on the app. We were not disappointed at Fountain Park, great food served, great beer and great service. Just one complaint... when are you guys going to open a branch in Dublin?

Popped in for some food with friends and was assured to see the manager helping with the gluten free order. She stated what would happen with the 2 stage clean and how my food would be cooked thus meaning I could relax with my friends instead of worrying.

This is the first time visiting this restaurant and we will definitely be back. We were celebrating a family birthday the staff couldn’t do enough for us they were very attentive. Good food, great company and a fab time had by all. Thank you!!!

We recently came for a family meal and had a lovely time. The staff were all very nice and helpful, and service was good despite the restaurant being very busy. Well done to all the staff managing to keep up with all the hungry customers!

I dined here on Saturday night with a friend and I would highly recommend it. Food arrived quickly, our server was very friendly and efficient and the restaurant it’s self had a lovely atmosphere. We will be back 😬

We arrived about 6pm on a Saturday evening. We were informed that we'd have to wait 30 minutes for a table and given one of the devices that light up when a table was free. Fair enough. Our fault for not booking. We killed time wandering around round the nearby bowling arcade/indoor golf and the device lit up after just 15 minutes, so we made our way back and got a booth right away.

Started out with wrong drinks order, followed by incomplete starters, chewy, sad looking main dish and spilled second drinks. Way overpriced for a service and food quality this bad.

This was my second visit to F&B;, its not a place I come to. My first visit was north in Aberdeen and I really didn't like the food but back then I wasn't vegan. I was emailed a special deal for their new vegan menu so came along to try at 50% off which is fantastic number one and I was not disappointed! First impression was that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The vegan choices we had were mouthwatering. We had, nuggsts and garlic bread followed by the vegan 1/4 pounders then a choco sundae to share! Wow! Wow! Wow! I was smiling from cheek to cheek! The vegan options are just amazing and so, so tasty! Also I didn't feel horribly full because its all plant based but felt just perfectly satisfied!

Breakfast is the only thing worth having. Well maybe the pizzas if you are taken. There is always a voucher. Don't pay full price

Table was booked for family at 7pm. When we arrived they were not ready for us. Seated about 15-20 minutes after the booking. Ordered drinks while waiting and after that point not asked for any drinks at any point. Twice members of the party had to go up and ask for drinks. Starters didn't arrive until past 8pm one portion was half the size of the others and one starter had been sat at the counter for 20 minutes so was cold when it arrived and had to be sent back. Main meal didn't arrive until about 8:45 (nearly two hours after booked arrival) by this point everyone was too hungry to care about presentation which was awful, somehow they managed to make a rare steak dry as a bone and a turkey dinner had cold meat and half cooked veg. Complaint made to the manager who took sides off the bill but the table already had a 40% off discount voucher so no further discount could be added unless we just refused to pay and no one could be bothered with the hassle. Never ever eat here!

Following having a nice Christmas meal last year before going bowling ,we decided to do the same again this year .

Working in the catering trade for 29 years so I understand the restaurant might of had tables booked out but to be honest I don't believe the restaurant had that many bookings to come in as all the staff were standing about doing nothing so not impressed that we could not get a table off two seated without a 30 min wait not good

Came in for a lunch. Place was very busy but service was fast and we received our meals very soon after ordering. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Certainly nice place to visit if in the area. Barbacoa Hot Dog is my recommendation.

Just back from a great lunch. The kids loved their mini hotdogs and desserts, especially the chocolate sauce and fruit skewers. I had the spicy chicken burger which was nice and crispy. Our waitress Louise was great- really patient with the kids. She also told us to download the app to get 'kids eat free' and a second discount so that our £45 bill went down to £20! So our yummy lunch turned into a great one!

Had a wonderful evening nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the carbonara and it was delicious. I would recommend the dish to anyone.

Terrible service. Waited much too long. I ordered Caesar salad with chicken. Small portion and their crunchy croutons were mushy! Hubby ordered spaghetti with meatballs which he said was ok but no offer of parmigiana cheese, no garlic bread, no cracked pepper. When we were almost done, the hostess came over to ask if we needed any mustard or ketchup!???

Rude reception..kept waiting...took very long time to clear tables. The server was great great great BUT do not attempt the meat...why cannot I get a freshly grilled piece of meat??? All meat on mixed grill was heated...as dry as cardboard...and sauteed mushrooms ..please

Ate here tonight for the 3rd time and yet again let down by the food. The waitress was running around doing everything even though there was 3 floor staff on. 40 minutes we waited for our food to arrive and it was not good. I had the butter bbq chicken burger with mild warm chips that had clearly been sitting for a while McDonald’s would of been hotter and my partner got a 8oz sirloin steak that was supposed to be medium rare came out medium and tasting burnt don’t know how that can happen but it did. Won’t be back to this Frankie and bennies until more chefs are on which can cook a better steak which shouldn’t really be that hard in the first place. I might also add it wasn’t over busy easily managed if all stuff mucked in. Tables was also left dirty for 30 mins after a family left. Not what I have been taught when working in restaurants anyway

This is a real shame as I used to love Frankie and Benny’s food but it has all changed, the pizzas have hardly any cheese on it and the portions are small, Seems like they are trying to cut down on spending but putting their prices up, the service isn’t great either when taking our order he wasn’t interested and looked like he didn’t want to be there, I gave it one last chance but I’m sorry to say I won’t be back.

Hi, This is my first ever review of a place but felt I had to voice my terrible experience. Went in just after lunch time. The place was quite empty but had to wait around 45-1h for 2 cheese burgers and chips. No staff there seemed to care to were welcoming. I was contestly up of my seat to ask to things and even had to chase someone around to pay my bill at the end. Seemed like everyone was avoiding us. we ordered 2 beers (bud) with our lunch which was so awful. so so flat zero bubbles it was like driking beer flavoured water, food was bland very overpriced and had a 'garnish' of fries with it. I have been to a few frankies and bennies before but this one was just choas. Poor food. poor drinks and poor service, dirty, slow first time in my entire life I have left ZERO tip and even felt guilty for doing that! shameful restaurant

We were 2 people, the restaurant only had like 10 costumers, tops. The waiter was very friendly and very nice. The place very quiet and clean. We ate a steak and fries, and a bacon and cheese burger with fries. The steak was very nice, the meat was very tender and tasty. The burger was very normal, nothing extraordinary. We paid 28£ which is a lot for what we ate, especially taking into account that we only drank a glass of water (free) and a pint of Budweiser. In overall it was good.But if you want a cheap meal don't go there. Try the pub to the left.

We pre booked a table and our meal (with drinks) as we were on alight schedule. First mistake was they couldn't find our order! we were seated and waited at our table until this was resolved. After about 10-15m wewerefi ally brought our drinks. Food was as expected and clean plates all round so no complaints there. Customer service is a major let down. They have a refillable glass on some if their drinks but the waitress never remembered to bring your refill - of the 4 times we asked only one person got another drink. Food was hot but late and we were told that it was because the kitchen was short staffed however I would rate kitchen service better than their customer service.

There were only two of us and we were informed there would be half hour wait on food even though we attended later in the evening. The restaurant didn’t seem busy but it was very under staffed. Although the staff were pleasant enough the service was slow. We ordered two waters and two cocktails, our starter arrived and was finished well before any drinks arrived. We waited 30minutes for our drinks. Staff seemed more concerned with cleaning up and resetting tables to get home rather than serving us. We were greeted in a friendly manner but our waitress stated you know when it’s dark it’s almost time to go home, this made us feel awkward. We wanted dessert but regret doing so the presentation left a lot to be desired, clearly thrown on the plate because we ordered late. The food quality overalll wasn’t great. We will not be returning.

3 adults and 4 children. Relatively quiet, service very slow - pleasant enough staff. My spaghetti bolognaise came and after one bite I discovered a piece of BONE around 8mm in my MOUTH. Disgusted, I sent it back. Waited another 20 mins for some dried up Mac Cheese and 40 percent off the bill (food bill, not even the full bill). The manager explained that they have no control over what is delivered to their kitchen as it is all bought in??? REALLY. Get this place sorted out.

Arrived after a busy day swimming and trampoline park. Was told there may be a 20 min wait for food as a big table of 20 had arrived before us. (Although restaurant otherwise quite quiet) Were seated and 15 mins later we were asked if we wanted drinks. No kids milkshakes on menu, so had to order regular ones( which are huge) one between the three kids would have sufficed. Wine most definitely was not the wine advertised on menu (or watered down)

To start, the service is poor. The supervisor on, a woman with black hair was not friendly at all. However, there was a male waiter that was very friendly and re seated us in a booth which made our meal more enjoyable. Our cocktails were bland, for £5.99 it’s cheap, but doesn’t mean that they should compromise on the taste, not to mention they took 20 minutes to arrive. Finally, after 25 minutes of sitting we were asked for food, which was ok but there was so much flour on the pizzas they were not enjoyable.

Have been before & enjoyed. Not this time though. Seated & left for a while, eventually a waiter came to take our order, we had to ask for drinks before food. Drinks arrived & much later food arrived. I immediately noticed my fries were no more than warm, the waitress did order a fresh bowl, unfortunately the arrived after I’d finished my steak which was also no more than warm. The other meals weren’t as hot as should be. We did notice lots of meals getting put under hot lamps for upto 10mins before getting served to tables.

It is a nice restaurant, need to keep the front door shut mind as its very open! We went on a wintery day and most folk like to warm and cosy when eating!

Went for coffee and cake. Didn’t get attended to. Had to ask for service. The 3 coffees and tiny cake eventually arrived. 2 of the 3 coffees were cold and had to be sent back. No apology given. No one brought the bill. Upon leaving, caught the manager and told her about this but she only asked where we were sitting and said nothing else. Again no apology. They weren’t even busy.

Frankie and Benny's at Fountain Park, Dundee Street is great if you are looking for a fast and inexpensive meal before going bowling or the cinema. It does not provide a great atmosphere and the service can be very slow, at least ours was. The food was also okay, eatable but nothing special.

Our visit to Frankie & Bennies at Fountain park was just average. Here's why:

i have been to frankie and bennys Down at Ocean terminal but an awful service experience we decide to try this one this year combination With cinema and it was excellent

What I have found is the burger for £7-£8 is great value and the pasta dishes are great!

When we entered it was quite quiet we waited nearly 5 mins for someone to come and take us to a table which I think is unacceptable. Normally we would have left but special needs brother really wanted to go there. We commented if this was the service at the start we doubted it would be a good experience and we were right. Waited 40 mins for food and when it came all the meals were stone cold and my sons chicken nuggets were so deep fried greasy and cremated I would not feed them to a dog never mind my 2 year old. My mum spoke to the manager who ended up taking the meals off the bill. The restaurant itself is quite nice and the music is good shame about the food.

You can’t really go wrong if you are looking for quick eats and fast food, and the menu is pretty extensive and reasonable too.

It was very busy, and the kitchen appeared to be under pressure, but the food was good enough when it arrived

We have visited a couple of times before a cinema trip but the service is painfully slow. We have waited up to an hour on food arriving and have had our food arrive whilst still waiting on our drinks coming. We have had to approach the staff to request the bill and wait whilst they prepare it so we can pay it as they leave you sitting at the table for a long time before returning to take payment.

Era nuestro último día y entramos porque no teníamos más tiempo para buscar un pub. Por un par de libros tienes café o té ilimitado y el desayuno vegetariano estilo escocés es abundante. Cuando fuimos no había mucha gente y aún así el servicio fue algo lento, pero muy amable.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante solo perché era l'unica alternativa vicino al ns hotel (ibis) e nn avevamo voglia di prendere l'auto o il tram.

Actually writing this while we're still waiting for food .... 50 minutes after arriving at the restaurant, half full on a Friday night...... bad decision
