Francombs Sandwiches and Coffee in Medway

Amazing sandwich had the BBQ deluxe Shop staff were amazing, very friendly and chatty, even helped me look for some Gluten free cake. Sandwich choices are amazing You won't be disappointed!

Way over priced you would have thought they are in the west end . Sandwich was ok but it’s a sandwich. Just giving it a fancy name doesn’t make it double the price. Staff was rude too will definitely not be going back . Would rather go to McDonald’s across the road next time

Sandwiches are always good BUT getting through to them is a nightmare! Never answer the phone.. such a shame

They may be a little expensive compared to your supermarket ones, but these sandwiches are so GOOD! While they do offer a delivery service I strongly suggest you visit them in person. Doing this gives you the opportunity to see all the delicious ingredients you can choose to make your custom sandwich! They now do custom burgers, which I really need to try.

Fantastic sandwiches, yummy salads, fab delivery. What more could you ask for? We order a lot of items from there every day and they’re always perfect :)

A great selection of sandwiches, very clean and professional. I normally get sandwiches or salads here 2-3times a week. Only one negative, they must use 1000’s of little plastic pots a week as each individual filling is put in a plastic pot. Looks good but not very good for the environment. I think they should review this to be more sustainable. Oh and one of the elder ladies behind the counter with short hair and tall needs to cheer up and greet the customers better. The rest are lovely

This little clean and welcoming sandwich shop is tucked up on an industrial estate in strood and an absolute gem of a find.Great range of choice( salt beef brisket ) helpful staff and fresh quality fillings also have a delivery service... Now I know it's here I will be goin back

Great range, great quality, great service delivered to my office in time for lunch. Easy online ordering. All sorts of sandwich customisation available great all round servioce

Lovely salad, good choice of salads and sandwiches, is certainly not the cheapest sandwich place nearby.

Lunch today a tuna roll the young girl put a very thin layer of tuna in roll then scrapped it with a knife like she was spreading butter could not taste once salad was in there but could taste the cheap mayo the tuna has been made up with ....prices are steep but always didn't mind as got a lot for money seem greed has taken over in this place

The food here is really good. But they are consistently late at delivery and can never get through to them to find out what is happening with order

Even though they were closing for the day. Staff were happy to serve me and made two fantastic sandwiches. So much better than other High Street chain sandwich bars. Lovely friendly ladies making the food.

Service could be a little better, answering the phone quicker for example and delivery a little quicker. However I always order from Francombs because the food is always good quality and really nice.

We at Diggerland Head Office order very regularly from Francombs and must say the food is always delicious. You always want more (not because there isn't enough) but because you don't want it to ever end! Reasonably priced, very tasty. Occasionally orders are slightly delayed but a quick phone calls prompts them. The food is worth the wait. Would recommend just ordering earlier and having the food delivered earlier, it can always sit in the fridge until you're ready to eat.

The first time I ordered from Francombs I really enjoyed my lunch. I have now had luch delivered 4 times and each time the quality and service has reduced. Today I ordered my lunch in the 11:00-12:30 slot. It is now 13:45 and my lunch has still not arrived despite my colleague who sits 2 desks away having received hers. I have tried to contact them and having called 26 times have still not got through. I will be going to subway in future. Poor Poor service Francombs. If you want lunch during your lunch break go somewhere else.

When they first opened they were on the ball, very good service. Food lovely and always available on time for collection or delivered on time.
