Shame you always miss stuff from our order... deliberate? Seems so. Every single time. This time missing rice and salad. Today is the last time we will ever order from you. Not much by way of apology when we phone either.

The food was proper banging and love the favours. I loved every minute of eating it. I would highly recommend it for everyone to try it out.

I had a very polite man serve me, really enjoyed my curry very still lovely and hot still by the time i got home, thank you will definitely be coming back.

Collected the order; service was swift and food hot. Curries, rice, peshwari nan and sag paneer were all delicious. Nothing was greasy/oily which is great. Asked for 'madras hot' and it was just right. Would order again for sure.

Dependable, great value meals for me. Good recipes and prices, top place in poole, I ordered so many times over around 9 months.

Initially disappointed that I had to call the restaurant because the app has said the food was delivered, when it was not. Then I was traumatised at the cost of the lamb samosa starter for the size of the portion....ouch# But the rest of the meal, although now a little over luke warm, was indeed very tasty!

Received the WRONG FOOD ORDER to start with, was so late and food was freezing. absolutely poor quality. The fact I've been sent something I didn't even order is crazy seeing as it's right infront of you. Do not order SET MEAL FOR 1 as you do not receive what is stated!!

Unfortunately missing items on the order , delivery was on time and good was ok . But as mentioned missing items . Currently awaiting refund

The biriani was absolutely bang tidy! Honestly never had one this good! Definitely my goto biriani spot 👍🏼

I mean, it's not bad. It's not too expensive to order from here but the quality isn't as good as others out there. Curry was tasty ish, nann was a bit disappointing (very small with a just defrosted in a microwave vibe). But if you've been out for a few beers, it'll do to line the stomach.

Amazing food will definitely order from them again

Food was very simple. I had lamb biryani and the lamb was super tough and the veg curry was very bland. I didn’t receive my samosa and I was told I live to far away for them to deliver them so instead I can have a ‘free’ portion next time I order, i think what the restaurant meant to say was.. I can receive the item I’ve already paid for next time I order. Seems a common theme with missing items based on reviews so won’t be ordering again.

Used to be one of the best now it's one of the worst curry's I have had. And also they get the order wrong 9 times out of 10

Wasn't delivered what I ordered, called the restaurant, they can't do that option for the price I paid. Never gonna be order again. If you can't do that remove it from the menu. Don't put items you cajt serve.

Very tasty but both meals were way too sweet, unfortunately - like they've added more sugar than spices. Delicious but too sweet. We've had lots of Indian meals and never experienced such a strong sugary taste before. Also, felt there was not much meat compared to sauce and the pieces were pretty small. Naan breads were delicious but small compared to others. Not great and I feel my £35 was wasted...

Had two meals from Foysals and have been satisfied on both occasions. Order processed quickly and hassle free. And delivery within their promised time frame. Will definitely use again.

Food arrived cold and the korma had spilt everywhere, all over the bag, rice and drink (wrong drink was also sent) phoned the restaurant at 21:20 and they said they would send me another curry out.. the next day 🤣 finally they agreed and said they would try and send another korma out in half an hour with some fresh poppadoms.. which arrived 2 hours later with another cold korma and no poppadoms.

Lovely Currys and reasonably priced

Food was cold, stale, greasy, poor quality and barely edible. Shamefully bad.

Food was lovely and tasty. The one complaint I have is the size of the naan bread and onion bhagis, very small portions for the price.

I have ordered many times in the past end enjoyed my food from Foysals so much so I had recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, on this occasion the order (£45+) was cold, greasy and arrived half an hour late, even though I had ordered an hour and a half in advance! Sorry to say, I am sorely disappointed and will not recommend or order again!

Chicken was not hot and tasted as though it had been just warmed up not freshly cooked

I ordered the same thing again, delivered to my hotel as the hotel restaurant is OK but basic. Once again I had the best dhansak I have had anywhere. And at a great price. This is the best Indian place in Dorset.

Got promised a refund and still haven't received it from last week. I order from here all the time however had food missing, food was freezing and now they've lost a loyal customer due to bad customer service and not upholding their promise of a refund.

What is going on with Foysals over the last few months?!?! By far the worst curry ever. - It was thick and lumpy and cold! It went in the bin! I even checked google reviews and it doesn’t look like it’s just us…. Full refund wanted please!

The pathia was inedible the chicken was like hard lumps of rubber, the poppadums tasted like washing up liquid… and considering we spent £40 on our meal you would think they would put the “free” Bombay potatoes they say you get free with your order over £20 Usually my favourite but the last couple of times been abit of a let down

The delivery guy was rude and didn’t deliver at the apartment door. He stayed outside the community door and I had to go down and get it and face his rudeness too

Delivery driver was unhelpful but the food was amazing!..

We ordered food at 6.50pm 2 hours later we still hadn’t received it. Too late to order anything else for dinner - evening ruined. To top it all off they lied the first time I phoned and said it was on its way. When my husband phoned they said it would be 30 mins more! Couldn’t even process a refund, I have had to do that myself. Ridiculous - will not use again.

Ordered at 6.40 it’s now 9.00 and despite the restaurant telling me it was coming at 8.30 it’s still not here

The food was great when we first started ordering, but it's really gone down hill recently, portions are smaller, and quality is less. There was vegan cheese on the cheese nan which was not good

Not sure why, but the last two order’s have been super disappointing! Chicken tikka has been very overcooked, rice dry and clumpy and chicken tikka masala is tasteless. What’s going on guys!? :(

I usually have good food from foysals but must have changed chefs or something as rice was cold and when I emptied out of the container the foil has gone into the rice, the naan bread was stone cold, there was three little bits of chicken in the curry and the chicken tikka was watery and rubbery. Won’t be going here again

2 hours late and my order was wrong. I really do love this place, but recently it has started going downhill with missing food items etc. I ordered Paner chicken tikka and instead only received a box with a few cubes of cheese? Just cheese!

Very disappointed only 2 tiny vegetable samosas for £2.95 won't be ordering them again everything else was very tasty

Usually our favourite but maybe changed chefs? Ordered vegetable masala received a pot of sauce no vegetables…. Dhansak didn’t taste like a dhansak the rice was almost grainy the pathia was nothing like a pathia and full of onions, onion bhajis were over cooked and dry! chicken tikka also didn’t taste right, gutted as usually our favourite but maybe weekend chef who knows

Used to eat from here all the time. This time quite disappointed. Both curries very sloppy, almost soup. Naan chewy and slightly undercooked. Must have changed chef and certainly do not use same quality ingredients as they used to. Delivery driver ignored instructions and annoyed neighbors.

The food was fantastic! One small thing. We ordered poppadoms which we didn’t get. But we got some potatoes which we didn’t order. Nevertheless we would definitely order from them again.
