We always go to this chippy now that we live in Hinckley, really great food and service in my opinion, definitely recommended

Delivered "on time" according to the expected delivery time on the website, which was adjusted later and later several times. Food was eventually delivered 1hr 45mins after placing order. Food was good but delivery orders clearly not a priority.

Initially quoted 6:15 food arrived at 7:45, I understand this happens. When it arrived it was barely warm. Portion size was good but the chips were undercooked, kebab was nice but as stated barely warm. In all this was disappointing. I won't use this establishment again, plenty of other choices

Was advertised as a 40 min delivery….it took nearly 2 hours. It was Xmas eve but had it have been advertised as such then it wouldn’t have been so much of an issue

Food is good. Service for Fish was slow though as took 10 mins from when I had ordered and paid for them to even start cooking it.

Still the best chippy in Hinckley. However, the staff seem to constantly miss items off my order. Just Eat refuse to refund me for the missing items. I wish the restaurant would pay attention to item quantity, so I get what I've paid for!

delivery driver kept asking me for a four letter number and there is no four letter number on the app so I had to stand in the door for 10 minutes while we found out how to Complete the delivery

Food arrived around 2 hours after ordered it even though originally said only going to be 30 mins food very average and not worth the wait at all definitely not using them again.

My partner came in this evening and the lady serving was told to stop by the owner/manager as a just eat driver came in and was given priority. My partner is on nights and we wanted a quick dinner. Ended up being indigestion and a rush to work.

I preordered so there was no excuse. the restaurant accepted my order and was open way before. this was for a children's party so thirty minutes is a long time. lovely chips, rubbish delivery service.

Food is hot, good size portion and tastes good, can be a little too greasy at times but that's personal preference.

We have never had an issue in the past but our order last night took over 70 minutes and was cold. I don’t expect to have to heat my food up in the microwave 😞

I had the best fish and chips from this place that I’ve ever had actually they were absolutely delicious. The mushy peas were perfection. The curry sauce was perfection. The fish was perfection and the chips were absolute perfection honestly guys 10 out of 10. I absolutely loved the food and I would recommend you to everyone.

I ordered a donor kebab on nan bread and the donor was not only inedible but was dry, they obviously hadn't sold any for a while as it was the first cut of the day from the donor spit, majorly disappointed, had to pick thru it and left half of it

Burger was terrible, very cheap skinny patty, nowhere near 1/4lb and contained ground bone. S/f Chicken portion was ample in size, but had obviously been under a lamp for a couple of hours and very dry. Chips were cooked pretty nicely but reached me at well below pleasant eating temperature. Having ordered from here before and been very happy, I was extremely disappointed, and the food temperature was inexcusable, being as I live less than quarter of a mile away, but cannot walk there comfortably due to arthritis. And a collective 5 pounds for service and delivery charge was ridiculous. Not happy

Chips were half cooked. The fish was falling apart. Food was hot but quite late. Spent half an hour after delivery waiting for the chips to be properly done in the oven.
