Four Lane Ends Social Club in North Tyneside

Disappointed with the new layout of the communal areas. It was much better when it was a seperate bar and restaurant. We went for a relaxing family birthday meal (our 2 course meal was included in our room rate) and found it to be anything but relaxing. No designated eating areas therefore we were surrounded by drunk, rowdy people knocking our chairs whilst we were trying to eat our food and generally being disruptive. Tables are too close together. The new work space where the bar used to be is a waste of space at the weekend. I think the hotel would benefit from creating a section for people who are having meals and a section for drinks only. There's nowhere else to sit in the hotel for guests. Couldn't fault our meals or the service however will not be returning for food at the hotel, we will just dine elsewhere if we ever stay again.

Called into shiremoor shop this morning. New shop staff and one member of staff was calling everyone pet , darling or love. I didn't appreciate it ,lnot sure what other customers think .

Had a lovely ice cream here and they were very kind to my little dogs. Would definitely come back.

It was amazing would Highley recommend 👌 I went at 9 and was served Swiftly and effectively it had amazing service it was overall a lovely experience
