The chicken was inedible as it was stone cold and dried out. Plus what was received did not add up to the discrimination

Missing 5 sides from the order. 2 x chicken hot wings 1 x corn on the con 2 x small popcorn chicken.

We had fries missing from the order and had to drive along to collect them which was frustrating but the manager apologised and gave us some free extras. Everything tasted delicious and fresh so we were very happy with our food.

Ordered on Uber eats. Other completely wrong. Missing 3 items totalling £9, burger in one of the meals was wrong. Only noticed burger was incorrect after sending the feedback to Uber about the missing items. Took several attempts to reach the store as ignoring calls and then couldn’t get back through to them regarding the burger. Uber refunded £3.90 and there is no way to contest this further with Uber. I’ve ordered from other KFC places and never had this issue before. Avoid. *Edit in reply to responce*. Unfortunately since I ordered through Uber I was told I can’t claim a refund for missing items from the store and Uber do not refund you the full value of the missing items. I spent £45 on an order and didn’t end up eating as my food was missing or incorrect. I will no longer be using Uber eats but the issue lies with the store for packing the order incorrectly in the first place. I have used Uber eats for years and never ever had an order so drastically wrong from any fast food place. Kick in the teeth is the order list is taped to the front of the delivery bag. I’ve been offered replacements for my missing items on a future order but we very rarely order kfc to begin with. I think some staff training is needed for how to correctly pack orders.

Your rider doesn’t call to confirm delivery it is very disheartening that I haven’t gotten my item and it says delivered. My number was given so I could be called atleast. Now I don’t have my meal and I have lost my appetite

this order did not arrive, the driver drove past our house then marked the order as "delivered" I have footage on my door camera of him driving past slowly.

Dreadful. Food said delivered but never arrived. No one to call to fix it. You just have to pay again hope it delivers and hope you get a refund.

we ordered 1 of the family sharing buckets and the 4 regular fries were missing along with a side if gravy.. so family literally had 1 bit chicken each and had to wait on me cooking something else.. not gud wen ur order come to 30quid with delivery..

We ordered a might bucket for 1, a chicken wrap and a fillet burger, and got half a mighty bucket, , WITH NOTHING ELSE! Driver wasn't interested in helping!

If I could give this order no stars I would. Maybe the problem is with the 'couriers' as I am still waiting for an order that was marked as delivered on Sunday 8pm ish. It is now Tuesday Morning. Just Eat have refunded no problem, but this has put me off ordering from here in future. There isn't even a collect option on the branch closest to me, so won't risk another 'delivery'.

Worst kfc I’ve ever had , chicken was so greasy when I picked up the bucket the bottom fell through , chicken so banged up it’s all falling apart 5 of the 6 pieces in the bucket were legs and 1 manky grey thigh , absolutely awful , even took photos it’s that bad , coleslaw sides missing as well , not impressed , have friends to stay and it’s ruined the evening . If I hadn’t ordered on the just eats app and lived closer I would have taken it back and demanded my money back .

Last visit was great. Hotwings were super crispy, original recipe chicken was juicy and tasty, fries were crisp etc. First time KFC has been truly tasty and looked like what was advertised.

hi am not happy with my order my fries where missing and it looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of my mini fillets just not on when a have paid for food that a didn't receive

Never arrived!!! Said driver was 2 minutes and to ‘look out’ , stood at the door , no one arrived. Next minute I knew I had a notification to say ‘delivered’. No way of speaking to driver or contacting just eat other than via message which can be days to receive a reply!!

Pre-ordered delivery for 11.45. Food didn't arrive until 12.30. According to the app, the driver was at the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting for two burgers to be prepared. Lovely food but terrible service.

Delivery time kept getting put back and arrived cold and soggy. 1st time I've ordered from this branch of KFC in a year and remembered why I stopped in the first place. Long wait for food and when you eventually get it... its clear it's been sat for ages. No fault of the delivery driver, just the staff not being able to do their job

Word of advice when your extending time on old food it is a good idea to take the old sticker off. Fowl!

i did not appreciate "cold food" coleslaw in a bag with hot food.

I asked for legs from KFC aim my notes as my children won’t eat them, I a meal full of legs also my son 10 chips in his portion. This was a meal for my son doing well on his first day of his exams and now he is unhappy! Thank you!
