Cold food and delivery driver without the ability to communicate or find my address

For the third time in a row items were missing.

They forgot to put all the chips in with our order…HOW? It’s the easiest job in the world. Read the order, put it in the bag. And they still get it wrong. USELESS

Missing food as always with KFC. Just wont bother ordering from them again

Really don’t like the service from this place. A few times we’ve ordered bucket meals for the family. The previous 2 times we’ve ordered, out of 14 pieces of chicken, they gave us 12 drumsticks! Ordered again last night and put a note on asking for a variety rather than all drumsticks and out of 10 pieces we got 8 thighs! It’s like they did it on purpose cos I dared asked for a variety of pieces. Oh and they left out half the hot wings to boot. Absolutely shocking service, never ordering again!

Bit cold, missing 3 items, when queried with the delivery driver he couldn’t/wouldn’t help- two out of the 3 items missing were cans of pop and easily obvious they weren’t included when he picked it up

Have not read the notes on my order I said no mayo on my burger am allergic to mayo, I have tried ringing the shop 3 times no reply, and there isn’t any pop corn chicken in my boxes, on box has ripped and food was all at the bottom of the bag I have just had to pick it all out of the bag I would like a refund am very disappointed as I wanted the burger also so can I have a refund back!

I had less than a hand full of chips that were cold and the food was cold the graver was very very watery I’m so unimpressed with this order

The times kept going on range, I don’t know if that was because it was busy or not however we were all hungry and it was really good food.

Order was late and when the guy was delivering it he was too busy on speaker phone on his phone to someone that he dropped my order on the floor

So the good bit first the delivery came relatively quick , and that’s the only positive thing , food absolutely freezing cold , not little warm, not maybe the delivery driver took to long , must of been chicken another customer sent back or some leftover from the morning , £20 for 6 scrappy bits of chicken , dripping in oil , freezing cold , and tasteless , I don’t know if this is all kfc’s of just this one but give people what they pay for, not this rubbish only good for the dogs not humans

Stinky place, waited for 55 minutes to get my order. When I asked to cancel, they mentioned it couldn't be cancelled. Plus, if there is any negative rating for hygiene, I would rate minuse 10. You feel like you are gona vomit🤢🤢. If you can't manage the branch, it's better to shut it down for good. Unprofessional and untrained staff.

unfortunately I did pay for large beans and a large gravey I received small portions for both but on a whole will order again

Ordered through just eat Wallsend branch , 4 fries missing and bbq dip . You would have thought putting food in a bag was easy , apparently they struggle ! . Spoilt our night in and it’s not cheap these days . I normally get once a week may stop if it happens again .

Delivery driver had 3/4 different deliveries, so took an hour to arrive, driver drove from Newcastle to howdon when ordered from wallsend, food was so cold it might as well have been frozen and I asked for gravy they gave me beans which they should not be doing as I have an allergy luckily not severe but could have been worse, absolutely disgusted

Food was cold, bun on burger was very hard / stale. Beans over cooked very thick skin on the top.

Shocking delivery time, person was apparently at the restaurant for an hour before they started to deliver

Food got here freezing cold, the order took nearly an hour longer than it originally stated. I don’t even live that far from the restaurant so there is no reason why it should be cold. Either it has been sat in the restaurant for a long time or the driver has been sat collecting multiple orders and then went and delivered them all at once. Driver also wasn’t sharing his location initially, which makes me think it is the latter. Would also explain why the predicted time kept getting pushed back.

Is an absolute joke disgrace staff standing around nothing ready stud waiting 45 minutes if not more. The set up is a joke why have counter if you have to order by touch screen I will never be going back there I just dumped my order ticket and left as a lot more people did so my star review is nill

I ordered a 10pc family feast which came with 2x large sides and 4x regular fries plus a bottle of pop and recieved an extra regular popcorn chicken for spending a certain amount. The chicken was all cold, skin was falling off and covered in oil as if the order had been left for a long time, the chips were also the same. This was just after opening the order.. I chose gravy and coleslaw for the two sides and get a cold pot of mash and the coleslaw instead. 1/10.

You don't get what you pay for. I eat at KFC's all over the country, as the name suggests, but I have never seen a store like this one in the Wallsend NE28 postcode. They gave me a large coke, a medium size, and the same thing happened to my large popcorn. Despite my objections, they didn't care. I asked for a refund but they didn't give me my money back. I have been a KFC customer for 30 years, and I have never encountered such a disgrace in any KFC store.

Time changed 4 times, arrived a cold, fries were soggy and of course turned up without a paid for dip! I should have known better.

Food was a mess just thrown together half the items missing ordered coleslaw in a boneless banquet 1.5ltr bottle pop, pop corn chicken from trilogy box meal chips, flaming wrap and also the zinger burger in the meal was half hanging out bun and was completely plain nothing in it. Delivery driver took no responsibility and said was restaurant and they said it was just eat fault and person in back ground said they were closing so why should they care

order was wrong ordered beans got gravy either wrong g items or missing items every time I order you need to sort this out cos I'm not the only person this keeps happening my daughter won't order from yous anymore and I'm starting to think the same my 9 year old grandson loves your food but they carnt seem to get a simple order correct

Cold food, dry, unappealing. Ordered at 11:40 and didnt arrive until 13:00pm. Shocking

I can understand why the timings kept changing as it was new years eve, but when food arrived it was missing items. I ordered the gravy bucket meal but it arrived without the tubs of gravy, which is the hole point of the meal. Chips where soggy.

4 packets of chips were split all over the insidenof the bag. fillet burger was missing entirely from order.

missing items, some food was stone cold. delivery driver when checking receipt on order when highlighted items missing said it was nothing to do with him and you would have expected that as part of a quality review the driver or staff would have checked all items were present. compensation received didn't meet my expectations and I wouldn't order from here again.

Delivery time kept changing from original one and ended 1 hour in total. Order was wrong, we got 2 normal tower meals instead of stuffing ones. The other fillet burger was cold.

KFC Wallsend are incapable of ever getting their orders right. There is always something wrong or something missing. After giving the benefit of the doubt on more than a few occasions, thinking it is just error, it's now clearly obvious that they are just incompetent.

3rd day in a row I have complained about my order, I’ve had no response
