so quick only 20 minutes and I received everything I asked for

Didint receive my food it’s marked as delivered on the app but not received anything .

The chicken was cold and the curry was cold, the chips were fine

chicken not cooked. , chips missing, hot wings missing

The beans was just burnt to shreds! So no sides with my order!

We ordered a might bucket for 1, a chicken wrap and a fillet burger, and got half a mighty bucket, , WITH NOTHING ELSE! Driver wasn't interested in helping!

If I could give this order no stars I would. Maybe the problem is with the 'couriers' as I am still waiting for an order that was marked as delivered on Sunday 8pm ish. It is now Tuesday Morning. Just Eat have refunded no problem, but this has put me off ordering from here in future. There isn't even a collect option on the branch closest to me, so won't risk another 'delivery'.

I ordered 2 extra packets of fries and they did not get delivered, nor did the free popcorn chicken. Won’t be ordering again.

I have ordered 6 piece crowd pleaser. I only got Literally 4 wings and 4 fillets. This is absurd. How can you not send a single piece from a 6 piece order?

Worst kfc I’ve ever had , chicken was so greasy when I picked up the bucket the bottom fell through , chicken so banged up it’s all falling apart 5 of the 6 pieces in the bucket were legs and 1 manky grey thigh , absolutely awful , even took photos it’s that bad , coleslaw sides missing as well , not impressed , have friends to stay and it’s ruined the evening . If I hadn’t ordered on the just eats app and lived closer I would have taken it back and demanded my money back .

No corn was delivered and no spicy wings were delivered sent message to just eat no response after spending £30 on takeaway you expect to get everything you have ordered for the family

Last visit was great. Hotwings were super crispy, original recipe chicken was juicy and tasty, fries were crisp etc. First time KFC has been truly tasty and looked like what was advertised.

hi am not happy with my order my fries where missing and it looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of my mini fillets just not on when a have paid for food that a didn't receive

Never arrived!!! Said driver was 2 minutes and to ‘look out’ , stood at the door , no one arrived. Next minute I knew I had a notification to say ‘delivered’. No way of speaking to driver or contacting just eat other than via message which can be days to receive a reply!!

Pre-ordered delivery for 11.45. Food didn't arrive until 12.30. According to the app, the driver was at the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting for two burgers to be prepared. Lovely food but terrible service.

Delivery time kept getting put back and arrived cold and soggy. 1st time I've ordered from this branch of KFC in a year and remembered why I stopped in the first place. Long wait for food and when you eventually get it... its clear it's been sat for ages. No fault of the delivery driver, just the staff not being able to do their job

Word of advice when your extending time on old food it is a good idea to take the old sticker off. Fowl!

i did not appreciate "cold food" coleslaw in a bag with hot food.

I asked for legs from KFC aim my notes as my children won’t eat them, I a meal full of legs also my son 10 chips in his portion. This was a meal for my son doing well on his first day of his exams and now he is unhappy! Thank you!

This is the second time my household has ordered from this KFC. The first time we receive a completely different order to the one we placed and now after a two hour wait I've been told my food has been delivered... TO WHO COS IT CERTAINLY ISN'T ME?!?! Absolutely horrendous service and quite frankly not worth the effort. Get your act together!

Absolutely ridiculous! Paid £9 for 2 bottles of pop plus delivery fee for the delivery driver not to pick up and then when I ring the store they cannot get them redelivered and I’m told I have to come into store!

Food is good and usually arrives warm, but they miss things off the order more than 50% of the time. This time it was the 4 cookies I ordered that were completely missed.
