Subway in North Tyneside

Veggie Delight sub had wrong sauce on and barely any vegetables. Couldn't eat it. Terrible.

Got half the order wrong and was cold.

The nachos i ordered didn’t even come with nachos, there was no cheese our salsa, just some indescribable meat with bits of sweetcorn in it. The footlong wasn’t much better, came with hardly any cheese when I payed for double and no sauce.

got the entire order wrong, wrong breads for both sandwiches and sent one without any salad or sauce despite picking salad and sauce. use a different shop they're useless in the wallsend store

it was okay..it was cold and I said no ham one one my subs still got it and I didn't receive free item

Food is always good, delivery never a problem. My only issue is there has always been something missing from my order

Its a absolute disgrace my food never came when it said it has and I have tried to speak to the person on the phone and they were checky and told me they could not do anything about it I will not be recommending this place to anyone

Opening time was updated on here 3 weeks ago so trusted it when other subways closer to me were closed. Drove half an hour to find out the place was closed. Don’t have opening times advertised if you’re not going to stick to it.

Absolutely shocking. The sandwich has arrived completely deconstructed. All the toping has fallen out inside thee delivery bag rendering the sandwich entirely inedible.

In typical fashion I was missing drinks from my order which I can't get refunded for, and they didn't even ready my notes about not having tomatoes on my sandwich so frustrating will be refunding a sandwich next time it happens

Absolutely disgusting. The order arrived and the bottle of pop has been put on top of everything so the sandwich was squashed and the box of nachos was crushed. The nachos tasted like the crisps had been open for a week, completely stale. I also ordered a tex mex sub, which had that much sauce poured over it that you couldn’t taste anything else. Worst subway I’ve ever had.

I have not received my order at all!

Ordered food at 2.30. Delivery driver called to say he was at my home at 4.45. I wasn’t home but contacted subway and just eat before I left to cancel order and send refund. Subway said the food had been prepared for 2 hours but just eat had not assigned a driver. Just eat have still not responded to my message

They delivered a completely wrong order ... the food was nice because it was subway but it wasn't what we ordered :/

Subway is what it is! New menu decent choices. The only issue was the shop was way too hot when asked to turn the Aircon on was told it was all the way down which was a blatent lie as you could see that it was off. Apart from the heat was an alright sarnie

Ordered meal deal and extras, I was missing the crisps and cookie from order sandwich was missing items also, additional nachos were poor no jalapeños as requested very disappointing order.

I did not revive my order at all. I ordered my meal at 14:30 and did not receive it. Now it is 15:30 1 hr later and still no order has turned up. I gone into subway at Wallsend and they said the delivery driver collected the meal at 14:45. Not happy with delivery. Thank you to subway for helping me out.

This was terrible I couldn't eat it. a Texi mex its supposed to be toasted and It never give me the option wen ordering on the meal deal. So automatically would think that this would of been toasted. Xhicken was freezing cold and unratable will not order from here again.

Scathing review incoming. Order arrived and my mother accepted. Looked in the bag and we were missing 2 items. Flagged the driver back and the driver was stating “Its not my fault, this is they bag THEY gave me”. Called Subway and the Manager had stated the driver must have stole the sandwiches and that I should refund my items. There was NOTHING they could do. I decided to travel to the shop to demand the 2 missing sandwiches, as regardless on if the driver stole the sandwiches or not. Basic Customer Service ethics would suggest 2 new sandwiches are made. I requested to speak to the Manager, who was not in the building, nor was any Management. But the sandwich ‘Artist’ I spoke to, called the manager to get their guidance, which was “Nothing we can do, get a refund (that takes 7-10 days)”. Its at this point, I notice the bag behind the counter, with MY receipt hanging from it, with MY order in it… and a gent in front of it stating it was someone elses order… Needless to say, neither the Manager nor ‘Artist’ lived up to the Customer Service standard we expect, and the lack of ownership and brand pride within the branch, was appalling.

Normally, I don't have an issue but today my meatball marinara sub. Meatballs was burnt and i had soggy cucumber and lettuce

I was sad they put cheese on my meatballs when I specified in the notes not to. 😫

Ordered a salad & sandwich as we both have dietary requirements . What arrived was not what we ordered , 1 footlong with stuff on we couldn’t eat & a bag of 3 cookies …. None of which could be eaten & clearly someone else’s order . Driver sat outside my house eating food & so we told him we had received the wrong order … he just shrugged his shoulders & started being rude … he was very unhelpful .. contacted just eat & asked for a full refund but won’t be ordering again . Very disappointed

The worst order I have ever had, nothing was provided with what we ordered on both sandwiches. Did they even look at the order? How can you mix up mixed peppercorns with actual red pepper too? Not to mention one of the cookies looked like it was already half eaten. I won’t be ordering from here again.

i got a footlong cheese sandwiche for my son and they barely put any cheese on the sandwiche when thats all i wanted on it and than when i got the sandwiche home i found a hair in it so i wont be going back to subway in wallsend.

The wedges were freezing cold and dry. Was like eating yesterday’s food that had been left out over night. Hash browns freezing, ice cream pretty much melted and the nacho chicken was dry and sticks. Never ordering from here agian

Food marked as delivered but wasn't. Rang restaurant, rude member of staff kept hanging up on me just saying "closing time" when I was trying to find out where my order was. So paid 30 quid for nothing.

My sandwich was not cooked in the mini oven long enough especially when I had beacon .. paid for it the next day I was ill , the woman behind the counter was charging for every single item put in the sandwich for me and my son will not return to this branch again.

Standard Subway shop, you know what you're getting

The staff in Subway Wallsend were unfriendly and unkind, the Hash Browns were too crispy and I like my hash browns soft, this is bad customer service.
