Lamento decir que su servicio es cada vez peor.Me dijeron que recibiría mi entrega (1 porción de albóndigas y 1 porción de fideos de arroz) tomaría 1 hora (en una tarde de domingo).Sin embargo, la orden llegó 1. 40 minutos después y las albóndigas estaban crudas.Llamé al restaurante y les conté mi insatisfacción que me mintieron y nunca ofrecí ningún gesto de buena voluntad.Les diré esto a todos mis amigos.Qué verguenza. . . . . . .

My 1st time here..the boiled rice was almost cold unfortunately!

The starters were lovely! But I think they got my chili chicken order wrong because the food had bamboo shoots in it and no chili.

I ordered crispy, aromatic duck which I expected to be shredded. However, it wasn't prepared and was moist; I felt a little let down. The rest of the food was okay.

We order from here all the time, lovely flavoursome food always hot and always arrives on time.

second time I have ordered here and both times food has been over an hour and 30 mins late . used to use this place a lot but won’t be using them again, food has also changed and is now not the same quality

Food was great it was really tasty and hot none of my order was just warm as sometimes happens. Really recommend this takeaway never been disappointed since I found this gem of a takeaway.

Roast Duck rice was fantastic but beef hofan was bland and deep fried squid wasn't crispy.

I had to call the restaurant after an hour as no sign of food. Cancelled order.

Our order was 30mins late we rang to see where they were at the time it was meant to be delivered (18:50) we got told they left 10mins ago. We then rang again (19:10) asked where it was to be hung up on. We weren't shouting just wondering. Then driver turns up saying he not that late by his clock only 27mins late and that he also had 3 other orders to deliver. The food was freezing.

Found black stuff in the noodle ( no idea what it was) so I threw the noodles away. Sweet & sour prawns were bland and there were several odd looking buts floating about in the sauce. Ended up throwing that away as well. Over all won’t be ordering from this place again.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years, but will no longer be doing so. Although the food arrived at the time specified, 55 mins from a restaurant 5mins down the road is unacceptable. When the food did arrive the order was wrong and I was told I would have to wait 30mins for it to be corrected. When I dished the food up it was cold, the aromatic duck tasted out of date and the sauce had separated which clearly says it was not up to scratch. When I complained I was told to contact just eat. Even though my food was incorrect and inedible I was only refunded for the part of the order that was incorrect (£5.50) and given a voucher for £10. Although I apprieate the gesture, I am still £25 out of pocket and hungry! Not happy!

The food was late and had clearly been sitting out as the crispy shredded beef was far from crispy when it arrived! The egg fried rice was bland and the spring rolls not great either.

Pedí que lo recogieran y lo miraran, pero ellos no recogieron el plato. La cocina dijo que todo está bien. ¡Nos compramos bien a mí ya todos los míos! ! ! ! Tal vez deberías conseguir otro chef ????

Food lacked taste. Very surprised as it has always been great everyone I have ordered from there but was disappointed this time and felt like it was a waste of money.

Second time I've ordered from this restaurant. The food was hot and well packaged. I was disappointed by the "Deep Fried Shredded Chilli Beef", it was not spicy at all but instead sweet; not the taste I had in mind, however it was properly cooked. I will order from them again.

Order all the time from them food was great just needs more pineapple in the sweet and sour but other all great food

For one of the top rated Chinese takeaways in the area this was disappointing. The chow mein was lovely, the lemon chicken soggy, the satay chicken good and the ribs were basically bare bones. Delivery over 30 minutes late and the Just Eat app told us it had been delivered when it clearly hadn't. A let down

The food is excellent from this particularly restaurant on all of the occasions I have ordered from them. However, I do feel their customer service skills could be better. For example: I was accused of not paying for my order tonight by the delivery person, despite me paying through Just Eat, it should have been clearly marked on my ticket on the bag. This restaurant’s customer service skills are abysmal. I have previously had late arrival issues with orders, and each time I have called the restaurant. The person I speak to does apologise. However, most businesses build rapport with their customers by offering a discount, refund/partial refund on the order. I was told tonight they offer no refunds, which is an unacceptable position. I involved Just Eat, and they themselves offered a poor £5 voucher (an insult) when the order was £15.70, but through some haggling the customer service rep managed to get £2..25 back from the restaurant (so much for no refunds). Through my own haggling I got £10 back in total. I most likely will order again (as the food is great), but I hope the person I speak to at the restaurant can look at the service and actually embrace the concept of refunds or discounting. As the current position of the restaurant is unacceptable.

Prompt delivery despite tricky instructions to deliver to my work reception. Food was really good quality. Chowmein wasn't the best, nor was pancake roll, although ho fun, satay chicken and s&s HK style were exceptional. Would have been nice to receive free prawn crackers or similar.

Everything was just a bit mediocre. Ribs are about 2cm long. Chips were cold and undersalted. They were also wedges. Just a bit meh.

The food was hot and well packaged. The Szechuan sauce was spicy & tangy (hot & sour) so be careful you first timers. I'll definitely order from them again.

I was getting frustrated with the quality of food on just-eat until these guys. All dishes were freshly made and piping hot, delivery was prompt. All had great portion sizes and prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend, probably the best Chinese takeaway I’ve had in NW10

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Crab claw was tasteless processed rubbish. Salad with duck was dry and slightly brown, spare ribs had very little meat on them and what there was was tough. Will never order from here ever again.

AVOID!! The single worst takeaway experience I’ve had since living in London! the food was extremely late with no communication from the restaurant all. When my partner and I then contacted Just Eat, the advisor from Just Eat attempted and failed to call the restaurant. when calling the restaurant a second and third time I was assured on both occasions that the food was nearly here ( it was not). when the food finally arrived, almost two hours after ordering on a Monday night. it was delivered by an unapologetic driver. finally to add insult to injury, when we opened our food we found that the chicken balls that we had ordered were no where to be seen and the curry sauce had leaked into the bag over all of the containers. the chicken curry was watery and inedible for my partner, my chicken balls weren’t there for myself to eat, and the rice that accompanied the curry was hard and dry. and now we sit here at home 10pm on a Monday night, food less and infuriated due to gross negligence and sheer incompetence. bitterly disappointing from a takeaway we had ordered from numerous times in the past. a loyal customer well and truly lost. outraged.

My two orders of King Prawn Chow Mein were hard and way over cooked or old! I called Fortune Star to make a complaint and was met by a laid back employee who gave no solution! He only explained that no manager was or would be on the premises until the following evening after 11pm, & I'd be welcomed to call back then!! Just Eat tried calling them on my behalf, and was met with the same bs! It's obvious they care less about their customers... I'll NEVER use this restaurant again!

Poor quality food and they never deliver the food according to the time you ask. Many better options nearby.

Swift delivery and the most delicious food. We have been trying to find a good quality reliable Chinese restaurant that delivers so we are now really excited to say that Fortune Star is the one. The food is so good. Will definitely be our go to Chinese now!!

1:20 minute late, I ended up collecting when told it would be another 30 mins. Took 2 1/2 hours from ordering to actually having food in front of me. Lied to, accused of receiving it already, spoke too like an idiot! not once did they apologise. Food was poor! How it has a rating like it does I will never know. Disgusted!
