The owners were lovely and respectful towards me when I asked for a recommendation. The food was amazing, a lot of flavor, was not too greasy and had a nice aroma to it as a chinese takeaway.

Ordered by an off chance and was shocked by how insanely delicious the food tasted and how friendly they were, a really lovely local business . Defo a one you cannot miss!

Appalling service. I give it minus 10. The woman at the Counter was horrid, no customer service at all. Attitude stinks. Another Chinese takeaway should open up in Ladbroke grove for competition. Avoid if you can.

Really disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant last night when calling through to make an order! Very rude lady on the phone last night! I have been a customer for a very long time however I feel now it’s time to find a new Chinese restaurant as I was left so disappointed with the way I was spoken to last night! Very very rude! :(

After many decades of using this Chinese takeaway, I have noticed over the past year that the food quality has become very poor. They are cutting costs by bulking out the curry’s with onions or other veg so as to reduce the meat content. Egg fried rice dishes with hardly any egg or special fried rice with hardly any meat. Prices have increased, just not good value for money!

Taste of the food was great and customer service was lovely, visit this please if you have a chance!

Just read some of the reviews, not sure what planet some of these guys are on? Yes the prices have increased, but food everywhere has increased, this is a little gem, and never fails to deliver, some Fantastic food.

They used to be better back when i started to takeaway from them in 2009 to 2015 and way cheaper i ordered last night and it was not that great and the price was higher then i expected.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely awful place. Very very Rude staff ladies, Hygiene was non existent . After eating here both me and my partner were ill. Just don't!!! Need an authentic Chinese not this slop charging high prices unfortunately it is the only Chinese in area. Better off going Makan!

Highly recommend the dinner box chicken curry with fried rice. I’m not sure what all the low reviews are about some even seem racist and hateful.

The customer service and food has gone downhill in recent months. The customer service is poor. They lie about delivery times when you phone them, they automatically say ‘yes it’s out for delivery’ (this can continue for up-to 45mins)it’s got to the point where I’m not ordering from them no more, they’ve my custom. When food arrives, they often mistake special requests and some items soggy.

Just ordered egg fried rice, while I was eating I bit into a stone which was mixed within the dish, as i was eating i bite down and I cracked my tooth with the stone and have pain thanks chopstix. I'm sorry but I have never had a stone in my food before, used to eat here not anymore down to that. I will be taking this further as this is a health and safety hazard.

Good Food. Althought I have been missing a drink in past orders. The quality of the food along with the price, more than makes up for it.

This used to be my go to takeaway place for Chinese food in my local area but … in the last 12 months I just don’t know the food has gone downhill as if everything is done on the cheap. Pre-prepared rice and noodles and just dumping it in a container. The chicken beef tastes a bit artificial now. It’s like they are saving on the actual stir fry and cooking and just heating everything up in a microwave. Just my viewpoinT anyway. Otherwise I liked the food here.

Great food just small problem in communication

I am surprised at their services . St charles is one the biggest customer and they can't even add chilli oil to our food . The staff also thought the food is being paid for by NHS hence the reason why they can't offer chilli oil. The lady at the front desk lack skills to de-escalate things and very rude. The food quality is not as it used to be hence question around infection control The rating says 5 Star but it is not as chef talks over the food . I think they paid for the rating For better food I will advice staff to try other chiness. You can't buy 100gbp food and still beg for chilli.

The food has gone down in market. Not worth the money. The food has no taste. I got sick after eating it. It wasn't like that before. And got what I never asked for, as I reported it. The reply back wasn't a good customer service reaction.

Was very excited to try out this place as it is always busy, but was honestly shocking. Food tasted revolting and tofu was extremely disappointing. Hope this can be improved.

This has become a go to takeaway for me and all of the dishes have been great so far, can't fault the staff or the food. You will need to order online if you are spending less than £10 and do not have cash available as there is a minimum spend for card. Delivery is also really good and fast.

So this is a very well presented takeaway in terms of service and cleanliness. The food is presented in good containers and it ticks lots of boxes but the food can be hit and miss. They serve a great meat pancake roll and their special fried rice (the dry one) is very good but some of their dishes either lack flavour albeit quantity is good (you need to add the chilli oil to give it a burst of flavour and you can buy for 80p) or the quality of the meat is not great. My pork chinese style was not great (I did not eat the meat!) and the salt and pepper prawns were in a container that did not have a hole to allow air to circulate so by the time they were delivered the batter was hard so the prawn was as well. There are lots of ++ to this takeaway, but you may not enjoy all the dishes.

The Food was absolutely delicious and so fresh and great customer service. They forgot two items on my order on Uber Eats but once I gave them a call they came and delivered the missing items really quickly

Been coming here since I was a child, I no longer live in London so was unaware about the change of ownership - ordered from here yesterday for me and my parents, we're all currently sick.. I had covid a few months ago and would much rather have that again than feel the way I currently do.

Order from here all the time. Today, I ordered my usual however the chips were horrid, over burnt and looked re-cooked. Had another set sent out and my gosh, they really didn't like me saying they were bad as the second set had what looked like a whole tub of salt. In the bin they go...

Great food but their customer service is amongst one of its weakest links - the young lady at the counter isn't the most friendly and welcoming despite being attentive. I'd actually go as far as to say she shouldn't be in the hospitality/retail sector. Nonetheless even for such a central location situated right next to the high road, prices aren't too inflated and you definitely get more than you'd expect in terms of both quality and quantity. Waiting times weren't too long either. Overall, the takeaway is tidy, has a wider-than-average selection of dishes on the menu and looks like it's been renovated a couple of times to bring it in line with the modern decor.

THIS PLACE IS A NO GO ZONE!!!!! I ordered from here, the food was wrong, I travelled from Wembley to this place as I have been going there for some years but today they showed me how they treat customers…I called up and asked to be refunded as they sent me the wrong food, the woman called me a liar, refused to give me her name , she said they don’t call each other by names lol…she said for me to drive and return the food, why would you want the food back unless you have plans to re sell it..the food had been out the shop for over an hour…it’s just a disaster do not go to this place…her responses indicated to me that maybe it’s not as clean as you think

Terrible food since taken over by new people a few years ago. More than one occassion they are rude to customers they also serve re-heated food ie Squid which is disgusting. Dont waste your time money or health eating from this placemn

Just phoned for delivery to be told they upped the minimum order from £15 to £20. People dont poo aka @#$% money nowadays so for one person I might go out and eat in a restaurant. Good riddance chopstix!! Wont miss you as your not tasty at all just near.....

Good food and cheep for the money

Really like this place as a local, good for a Friday night as its open late and the portions are very fair for the price.

King prawn red curry. Restaurant quality food at take away price! Not stingy on the prawns and very hot! The lumps of spices were the only let down. Will definitely go again.

3 times i have ordered beef n green pepper in black bean sauce and the meat has been off (rotting) and the sauce slimy. Worst to deal with is the 0 customer service when things go wrong. Deserves less than 1 star. Never again.

Food is always brilliant but the lady who works behind the till is always very rude. She has a no care attitude and thinks she runs the restaurant on her own. When working in customer service no matter if it a restaurant or a retail shop you should Always be polite and respectfull of all customers.

Ok but not as good as it used to be, I travel across London for this one dish I cant find anywhere else only to find they changed the recipe. Needless to day its not as good as the previous

Ordered from here many times but when I ordered the vegetarian vermicelli it came with EGGin it????, I called them and the girl said it always came with egg in it?, I disputed this as I have told her I ordered this dish on countless occasions and it NEVER ever came with EGG and then she said "sorry " but did not offer to exchange it. Very disappointed with them and ruined my meal. I dont think I will be ordering from them any time soon.

Fast and efficient service. Service staff ensure hygiene is maintained to the optimum level, handgels are provided and waiting times are short. There are seats available but one can stay outdoor and have some fresh air while watching proceedings.

We were disappointed at first with the cooking skills of the new owners, but tried again. Glad we did! Their takeout is delicious. We've all enjoyed it. Will be ordering again from The Chopstix Express.

amazing food, wonderful staff especially the young Chinese man at the counter he was very hospital giving great suggestions on what to order. Food came very quickly and of high quality you could just tell it was fresh and authentic Chinese recipes. However I had a long talk with the owner and he was highlighting how there has been a spike of negative reviews on the store and is evident that there is a lot of “internet trolls” leaving extremely ridiculous reviews such as bad ownership and Poor food I can confirm that this is a load of lies coming from horrible people that want to bring down an amazing business

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten I was sick in bed for 2 weeks and nearly died from food poisoning they served me what resembled only I can say that look like a rat or some sort of cat do not eat here be warned!!

Don't bother. Ordered on Foodhub and after 1 hr 30 mins I called up to check status. Was told order being delivered and will take another 20 mins due to traffic. I pushed the guy on phone then he admitted foods not even cooked...
