We tried all Chinese in town. Fortune inn is the best Chinese for meals. Food arrived fast and piping hot. Very large portions. Happy customer good service 😀. Thank you

We thought this had closed down from their website saying closed when try to order online but still running. Had lovely pork dumplings and banana fritters.

The mixed starter was extremely over cooked, the ribs were not really edible. The satay chicken was bone dry and the prawn toast was fit for the bin. The main was cooked proper but was so greasy I left most of it. This was the first time I have used this take away and is definitely my last. There are much better cheneese take aways in town.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD!! Never had a chinese meal taste so vile. Beef Chow Mein - Noodles tasted burnt and the beef was chewy Chicken Chow Mein - Dish smelt of Body Odour so didnt dare taste it Pork Balls - No meat just fat

I dont usually order from this takeaway but my usual Chinese was closed so I thought I'd give it a go. I ordered on Just Eat. There wasn't an option to collect my order so I was forced to opt for delivery, which was £3.50 extra. I spent over £30.00 to qualify for a free bottle of Cola however this was missing from my order when it arrived. The food itself was on the greasier side and my chips arrived cold. I didn't bother getting in to contact with the restaurant over that. Everything else was okay, just a bit underwhelming.

When in have Chinese takeaway tonight. The lady was very nice we had vegan meal she is very helpful very professional . We also get 10% off 6* fortune inn thank you.

Would be rating average as the takeaway food was actually OK. Won't be returning though as we deliberately upgraded a dish to spend enough to qualify for 'free' drink. All we got free was three kids lunch boxes but I suspect we would get those anyway. (!) Not worth calling and expecting someone to bring out one bottle so that is that.

My partner and I order fairly regularly from here and I normally love it. However after today I won't be eating here or recomending this place to anyone ever again. They sent us the wrong rice, and the spring rolls were cold. While not a huge issue, the fact that there was also a piece of metal in my partners duck made me want to call them and let them know and ask for a refund. The manager I spoke to was lovely but when she asked the owner to issue me a refund he yelled at her and called me a liar, saying that there couldn't possibly be metal in the dish, despite my saying that I took a photo to prove it. I had hoped to deal with this privately with them so as not to negativley affect their business but they clearly don't deserve such respect as they gave none. Disgusted by the food and the attitude.

I noticed this takeaway on JustEat and decided to order a Boxing Day meal. Food was fresh, hot, very tasty and delivered early!
