Place didn't look very appealing but the food was very good and was plentiful

Don't eat the free praw cracker been thowing up for 5 hours, 10 times in total. Seriously feeling awful, will not be going again 😞

Started off with lovely food I couldn't fault it . But now it's arriving cold ,and un eatable this is twice now so I will not be ordering again .

We ordered with an ETA of 60-75 mins and it arrived just short of 2 hours after we ordered it. The web link didn’t update so we couldn’t track the progress so I had to call up. When the ordered finally arrived we got two beef curry’s not chicken.

Been here twice now whilst on holiday and the food is good. Ordered the meal for 3 and lots of other bits to the value of 95 pounds. Was disappointed that for such a large order we just got one bag of prawn crackers when all orders over 20 pounds get a bag though. I had to purchase another bag of crackers then realised when I got home I’d been short changed 2 pounds, otherwise it was good

I used to order from here all the time and now it’s absolutely vile! undercooked frozen hard chips rock hard rubbery oily chicken and wrong drinks. Nuggets were white and under cooked rock hard. Never ever again will I order. I am so angry they would not refund me and I stupidly paid cash. Told me to re Order Monday to get 1 meal free what a joke! 😡

Ordered the crispy Beef Chow Mein and got soft for the 2nd time. Don’t know whether it’s an issue with Just Eat or the restaurant but order was fine otherwise

Fab meal as always ! Piping hot , very tasty, in our opinion this is by far the best Chinese in st Austell ! Food is never late in fact it’s almost always early!

3 hours delivery time! Food tasted fine, but who wants to eat after 9pm when you order at 6.15pm. Then to find the delivery driver left the gate open onto the road.!

Order took well over 2 hours to deliver fro time ordered and was the then late after phone call to enquire as to delay. Advised they had no-one to deliver it. When it arrived, the fried rice dish was inedible. All in all very poor.

Singapore fried rice was bland and not even slightly spicy. The rest of the food was really bland too

Chicken in both dishes was covered in rubbery skin and had a slimy consistency. The sate dish was full of hard water chestnuts and onions and covered in a greasy film. The chicken chow mein was also greasy and full of big chunks of cabbage and broccoli that was hard and under cooked Both dishes tasted awful and were inedible. I had picked through both dishes and served up the noodles and bits of food I felt looked ok. The rest over 50 % of it I left in the containers I rang to complain and give feedback and explained several times to manager and chef what I was unhappy about. I was told as I’d eaten some of it there was nothing they could do I offered them the food back that was left (50% or more of the food) as they disputed skin being left on chicken - they refused. I offered to send photos and they refused I will not use this place ever again sadly.

Not quite sure how this has so many strong reviews on just eat. Everything looked and tasted the same, slimy, watery and oily, we binned a majority of the dishes. The prawn crackers were the best thing, and the driver was very good, but order at your own peril.

The most disgusting food I have ever been served. All the dishes had the same vulgar sauce which was slimy and oily. The crispy beef was a real mystery, lord knows how it was constructed but it tasted like burning tyres. A simple Google discovered a zero food hygiene record and a raft of horrendous reviews. Hopefully they will be shut down soon.

Delivery was on time but a very long wait. Cold food, but tasty nonetheless.

Ordered from Fortune House twice now for me, my boyfriend and our friends and both times have been amazing! Our favourite dishes cooked perfectly and the orders always delivered in full and on time with a polite and helpful driver. My go-to take out now. Will definitely order again!

Order was on time but they forgot the sweet and sour sauce for my sweet and sour meal. After calling restaurant they said they would get it dropped out in 15 mins. Over 30 mins later sauce hadn’t arrived. Called restaurant again and they told me it should have been here by now. The same driver who dropped the part missing order arrived. It’s a 30min round trip so wasn’t sent out straight away. Food dried out as I had to keep it warm in oven. Poor service.

ordered chicken chop suey , was sent battered prawns which I have an allergy to.

took 2 hours for delivery, no prawn crackers despite it being on order and not very hot. tasted ok but let's face it anything tastes good when you've waited 2 hours.

You need to train your drivers on how to use googlemaps and set their cars up properly to be able to use this affectively. After receiving a call from your driver I sent her a dropped pin to my exact location, yet she still couldn't find us. A simple phone holder and a bit of training would save your drivers and rural customers a lot of anxiety.

So much that was disappointing, chicken balls undercooked the same with the samosa. Chips were soggy and not even a whole portion. Noodles were nice they are fat noodles so be warned our gan shei was delicious though

The food is awful. Bang, bang chicken covered in brown sugar syrup and no peanut. Everything was tasteless. Used them before and were good but we won’t waste our money again.

We have ordered from here many times now and food has always been excellent, one of the best Chinese takeaways in the area that we use. Satay Chicken skewers are wonderful, Sweet and sour Chicken dishes are one of the best.
