Excellent service. Consistently good coffee.

Superb service, really nice clean and pleasant cafe, decor is very stylish while fitting in with a cafe in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Coffee was fantastic. The full breakfast was good but not great. Both the hash browns and the black pudding were undercooked. Shame. Lovely staff.

Great coffee, very reasonable prices, quick and friendly service. We often visit on a cycle ride and the café is a favourite, very welcoming. Hot drink and a breakfast sandwich reduced price before noon! Also like the quirky decor. Plenty of space too. Good nearby parking for bicycles.

A great place "for a" coffee, tea or milk shake & a bite to eat. The English Breakfast is good & on throughout the day there are eating options with cakes, scones & similar. The staff are friendly & helpfull. There's both indoor & outdoor (weather permitting)seating & for those with four legged friends, well behaved dogs are welcome.

A rather strange cafe that looks a cross between a 70s nightclub and American diner. Food was fairly basic - a sausage and bacon bap was OK but the pesto tomato & mozzarella ciabatta was bland, the bread not seeming to be like a standard ciabatta. Nothing terrible, just a little underwhelming.

Always busy which reflects my score. They do a cooked breakfast but it's a shame they don't allow any of the items to be swapped which many places do, this would put me off ordering breakfast. Coffee is great, service is reasonable but they sometimes take a while to deliver to the table and sometimes get confused with which table they are serving.

The unprofessional behaviour of one of the bouncers ruins the credibility of this venue. Not only did he not let my friend back in after she went outside to vape, he wouldn’t tell her why she wasn’t allowed back in. He was extremely rude, wouldn’t allow her to call her friend over to let us know she was couldn’t get back in. She advised him her battery was dead so she wouldn’t be able to call her friends to let them know and to top it all off he wouldnt allow her retrieve her coat from the venue either and told her she’d have to come back the next day! To make matters worse a female staff member who wasn’t privvy to the incident then escalated the situation and treated my friend in a disgusting manner by shouting at her. Leaving a woman on her own, without any way of contacting her friends and leaving her in the cold without a coat is disgusting. The venue should be ashamed using bully boy type staff being the face of the venue in the evening. In the end she asked another bouncer if he could get her coat for her which he did thankfully. My friend then had to sit outside on her own as she was staying at mine and had no way of contacting me. I can understand why my friend was in tears when we were finally reunited with her 45 minutes later. We are regulars here but will not be stepping foot in there again. I have witnessed his unprofessional power tripping behaviour before on several occasions but as this time it affected one of my friends I’m am extremely angry. He has to realise he is a doorman for a coffee shop that plays music in the evenings! So his egotistical behaviour is laughable. This is not the first time someone has had and issue with this doorman. Just read the other reviews on here.

The staff were lovely, but the food and drink really was not. A strange, soulless place which is a shame.

We are locals and this is our favourite coffee shop. Good coffee, cakes and eats. Away from the market place so quieter. Shouldn't really be posting this gem. Keep it local and avoid the tourists.

Nice, but unusual coffee house that doubles as a Disco at night

Fabulous breakfast, I've gone back again as first was so delicious. Staff really friendly and attentive. Definitely worth having breakfast here. £10.95 with a hot drink which is brilliant value for money.

Very badly served breakfast, poorly cooked English breakfast, everything undercooked.

There were flies. All over the place. It also took about 10 minutes to make my milkshake when there were no other customers present. Prices are also extortionate, no wonder they’re still in business with so few sales. Reading the owners replies is funny though. Not coming again.

This cafe is definitely to be avoided. With so much competition in Cirencester you would think they’d at least try, but sadly this is not the case. The food is very poor, pre-cooked heated up basics with no attempt to present it as anything better. Very, very limited menu, I guess only stuff that doesn’t require any preparation or cooking. Expensive too, for what you get. The cakes are bought in but can be ok if you get a newly opened one. Sadly, some are sat there a while and taste like it! The young staff are lovely and friendly and work hard to make the best of things. There is one older woman who is so rude it’s very uncomfortable. She literally throws the food at you like you are the biggest inconvenience ever. I assume she’s in charge or she wouldn’t get away with it. There are much better places for food, atmosphere and service so i recommend you avoid unless you’re desperate. Oh, and the toilets are a virologists wet dream!

Today myself and my friend and I came in here for lunch for the first time. It's modern and spacious. I was greeted and served by a friendly waiter called Sam. The food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Sam made us feel welcome. We shall definitely be coming in here again based on the excellent customer service we received from Sam.

Very disappointed in this cafe. I came here in my lunch break to get a drink and eat my sandwich just to be told that I can’t eat my sandwich in here. I just felt like I was being told off rudely like I was a child or something. I had paid for a drink so I see no reason why I can’t eat my sandwich? It felt very patronising and condescending. No wonder it was empty at lunch time. Edit: since I cant reply to your response I just want to point out that I am not a student so thank you for proving your prejudice against young people. I did not have a problem with being told to put my sandwich away, that’s fair enough, but please don’t approach me with an attitude like that.

Poor service and poor food wouldn't recommend to anyone

Unbelievably disappointed with my service and the staff last night. Not using a measure to pour out my drinks and dashing it in after trying to gaslight my boyfriend into saying he hadnt paid for it when he showed proof he did. Not measuring your drinks is illegal and we had every right to refuse said drinks. Upon refusal, he was kicked out and security tackled him to the ground after trying to take the drinks we were served off of him. Manager was incredibly rude as were his staff. What the staff is saying happened did not which proves even more to me why people should stay away. Cannot even take responsibility for wrong doings as a business owner. Do not recommend.

Ordered a Cappuccino, hot chocolate, and 2 bacon rolls. Approached the till and ordered, paid, then was told to sit where we liked, he would bring our drinks over, which shortly afterwards he did. Then our food arrived, served by another staff member, Happy to help if we needed anything else. Afterwards, nipped to the loo before shopping in Cirencester. Will definitely be going back.

Stopped off for a cup of tea before returning to the nearby car park. Really nice place with good choice of beverages, food etc. Very clean and a great service too. Despite its proximity to the town, the shops and the Brewery Car Park it is slightly off the 'beaten track' but well worth the visit, it is a hidden gem.

Really lovely coffeeshop with reasonable prices and a good selection of drinks. The food served there is tasty and all reasonably priced. It's a central location a nicer than the chain coffee shops. They do milkshakes which for children are amazing, although for adults looking after them afterwards I would describe as chaos🤣🤣🤣 There has always been seating available when we have come here. Great place - Recommend!!

Went here for lunch and will not be returning. I asked for a toasted sandwich. It couldn't have been toasted for more than 5 seconds, so basically it was an untoasted sandwich. The chicken was slimey and the bacon was undercooked with loads of fat. Disgusting, could not eat it. Very disappointing.

Great coffee shop and more in Castle Street. Coffee shops are many but the coffee here is one of the best.

Very welcoming and a lovely local family atmosphere. They serve the best bacon and sausage bap rolls in cirencester and brilliant shakes. They also do a lot to support their local community and charities. Thankyou.

A very friendly local cafe. I would just like to say quiz nights are arranged by Paul once a month on thursdays for a nominated charity, he does a fabulous job and I always feel you are walking into a lovely welcoming family atmosphere. Thankyou for an enjoyable night Paul, Sue, Jan and Tracy

My friends and I went to the disco on a Saturday night and the bouncer was unnecessarily rude, he finds any excuse to not let you in and I have had this happen on multiple occasions where 1 of us gets let in and the rest don’t. He accused my friend of being on ‘drugs’ for no reason and he looks and ids and still turns you away when the id is valid and real. I will not be returning because of these incidents. New bouncers need to be hired as I know of multiple people who no longer go because of him. You also can’t leave for a cigarette or any other reason as he then won’t let you back in. ‘Stoneys’ used to be high on the list of places to go on a Saturday night but it isn’t anymore Disappointing.

The orange and chocolate cake was amazing and the coffee and hot chocolate just as good.

Such a lovely atmosphere and really good value for money. Food looked really nice so will definitely be back. Its a lovely place so worth visiting!

3 weekends in a row we have attended the disco. We have had an horrendous time & the BOUNCER is AWFUL. I would never recommend attending this venue. No matter what happens, you are never allowed to entrer the building. The bouncer NEEDS sacking. Ruins every night out. The bouncers are violent and forceful. There needs to be a staff change. It is absolutely appalling.

Visited twice last week, had wonderful ice cream milk shake Thursday, visited again Friday for bacon baps, very filling, lovely staff, our dog loved them, especially the treats!

Unique decor, great coffee, nice people. Popped in for a quick drink after a museum visit. The decor is a strange mish mash of retro 50s & 70s with bits of 21st century stuff. It’s clashing, garish and, bizarrely, it works. Loved it. My latte was delicious and served at the correct temperature = drinkable immediately and not scalding hot. Little one’s coke came in a standard bottle but was supplied with a genuine, old style, chunky Coca Cola glass. Our server was engaging and genuinely upbeat. We didn’t stay long but had great time. Nice end to a day out. Our first visit but it won’t be our last.

We popped into Fora for breakfast before a day out in Cirencester. The café is decorated well and I adored the music being played . The staff were friendly and informative when asking what they recommended. The food was freshly cooked and tasted really nice.

Unwashed salad, food packaging on the plate, stale bread, customers (friends?) in and out of the kitchen. Try harder. I would recommend going to any of the other multitude of options instead.

Staff very unpleasant and unfriendly, i shan't be visiting again. Got talked about and glared at by staff for drinking my coffee with a couple friends haha.

Visiting the area for a long weekend and popped in here for coffee and a sandwich. The coffee and tea was ok and the staff friendly and polite. There was a nice range of sandwiches and paninis. Had I had one of those the review would have been higher but I had the salmon and prawn salad. This was not very nice and I left most of it - the prawns were clearly from frozen and still a bit too cold with not much flavour. The salmon must have been very budget as very pale pink, and again no real flavour at all. I also had a bit of an upset tummy after. If having just coffee / cake, or soup of the day / a sandwich or panini then give it a try as nice staff and inside was quite nice too. For me I wouldn’t recommend it over other places though. Just wish I’d stuck with a sandwich!

We sometimes go out for a ride in the country at the weekend and maybe stop at one of a chain of coffee shops. This time we decided to give FORA a go and we weren't disappointed. Relaxed interior, friendly staff and delicious home cooked food without spending any more. Will definitely be returning when we next travel out this way

Fora Coffee has a nice relaxed atmosphere, and a good selection of freshly made savoury snacks. I found the cake a bit too artificial tasting, obviously not home made nor up to the standard of fresh food.

We came on Sunday lunchtime to get a takeaway for our walk. We were firstly met by a lady who decided rather than greeting us said 'You're going to be waiting 25 minutes for food', which is fine but a hello first wouldn't go a...

Pleasant cafe in the centre of Cirencester serving hot & cold drinks and snacks including a variety of cakes & paninis. Very clean, good service, well spaced out seating & tables, split level with two aspects, one onto the road at the front and the second to the side onto Farrell Close with outside seating.
