Although the staff are lovely the men is basic and too expensive based on what you get. We ordered a cake which was stale and just not very good, even our coffee was watery considering we are paying £3 for a drink it was just disappointing. I am pleased they have a children's play area, but the main draw to the building when it is open for me and my two children is the toilet facilities, I am sorry you are not open at sensible times.

I came for a cupcake workshop with my kids.It is a very nice coffee, with lots of quality toys for kids. The staff is very nice. The place is clean right next to the park, very convenient to access.

The cafe is a welcome addition to the park. It's very clean and we'll maintained. We enjoy the cakes and cups of tea there. You can get afternoon tea there too. It appears everything is home made. There is a good selection of quality toys for the kids to play with.The staff are excellent. It's a great focul point of the park. Well done to all the volunteers and Manchester City council for renovating it and helping to make it a success. M&J Hill

I come here often with my children, it's a fantastic cafe with a great selection, delicious cakes, and lots of toys to keep little ones busy! Really reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Went for afternoon tea, for birthday/work lunch we were a group of 10. We booked in advance as we were a group, on entering a table was reserved for us. What a lovely place, our food was served quickly, drinks were brought over, you have unlimited tea,coffee or soft drinks.the food was amazing! best cakes I've ever had, we also got sandwiches pastries,beautiful scones with clotted cream and jam. We will definitely return. Thank you to the amazing staff they really took care of us.

This is a lovely cafe that make lovely food and amazing cakes!! It's located within Fog lane park and is perfect place for a quick bite. I've also had cakes made from here for both my sons birthday and and the attention to detail has been brilliant. Definitely worth a visit!! 5 stars

333 Palatine RdWe first phoned for a takeaway here 2 weeks ago when our regular chippy was closed. We've been so happy, we're staying! They were immediately helpful & friendly on the phone, reassuring us that their chips are cooked separately in veggie-friendly oil (rare, but important as one of us is vegan). We phoned around 7.30 (having phoned 3 other unsuitable places before!) & they were due to close at 8.0 but were relaxed and happy to allow us time to get there. The chips were delicious, even towards the end of service. The fish batter (for the one of us that eats fish) was crunchy & tasty and the fish (huge haddock) was succulent. Mushy peas were lovely too. The cost was reasonable and the portions were generous. Our experience has been consistently good on 3 consecutive occasions, and we're staying! Highly recommended! Thanks! 👍👍👍
