The best Nashville burger I've had in the country by far. Phone ordered some this evening and mentioned that I have my cranky toddler in the car so the quicker they have the food ready, the better. Soon after, our food was delivered to our car plus they threw in a free bag of sweets for my little one! Much appreciated. 10/10, would recommend.

I placed an order like you do for delivery it came rather quick how ever I was shocked at the size of the matilda cake at £6.99 which came . It was literally tiny not worth that price at all. I did call them to ask why is it so small is it supposed to be this size which I was told this is how it comes . The taste wasn't all that cracking either. *Reply to managers reply for some reason not uploading * Looking at My reviews ? This is why Google has a review option doesn't it ? To leave places like yours that provide crap service and that try to charge people extortionate amounts of money for crap food . Sorry I missed out the part where it seemed like it was a cheap supermarket cake with some cheap chocolate sauce type of substance poured on top . You as a business owner should be able to take criticism and use it as a way to improve your service instead you want to be a keyboard warrior on here LOL by the way your remarks are not funny on all the negative reviews , in your head they might be . Maybe you're leaving replies like this just to go viral get more followers. If only you put as much effort into improving your service and food . *sigh*

Really good food id come back again

I ordered the chicken lasagne and chips with salad. Didn't even receive the salad and the lasagne was burnt. I've tried contacting them and no answer.

Food was great. Loved every bit of it. It was served very warm and the flavours were undescribable.

I ordered two pro boxes and only received the standard box. I wasn’t too fussed as I wanted the cake but if it didn’t come and I didn’t pay for it, it seemed they misheard on the phone. But this isn’t the issue, the burger was very nice I must say 9/10 but the mac and cheese was rather watery and the donner and chips where dripping is sauce to the point it they where soggy and rather unpleasant. My friend got the brisket fries and he rather enjoyed them. The sweets we also ordered were very nice. It was a shame really as I felt I payed £14 or so just for a burger

Ghost kitchen=ghost customer service 😞. Unbelievable bad customer service rude & unprofessional. Typical 20 mins =1hr Didn't bring food out, restricted parking, Not allowed to deliver more than 5 cars away only 3 parking spaces outside what's the point having a ghost kitchen. Food was cold ❄️❄️. Sorry isn't enough when customer pay good money. Avoid at all cost.

Food was luke warm after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food. It was a collection order. I selected a time on their app when I ordered. Which they increased by 50 minutes. Avoid unless you enjoy waiting outside for hours.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They can’t even get a simple order right - Food missing and then took forever to send it back out - temperature luke warm and not hot. When calling up to complain it’s like speaking to 10 year old kids that don’t have a clue on what’s going. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE

Service is really poor, despite ringing them and saying we were outside ready to collect our food (which was ordered more than 40 mins before), they said they would bring it out after 5 mins. Then 20 mins later there was still no sign of it. They didnt have a valid reason for delaying our food and everyone knows soggy fries and burgers don't taste nice. This has happened more than once and i doubt we will be ordering from this kitchen again. There needs to be better communication from the staff to let us know when the food is ready considering we have no other way of knowing.

Okay, so I just got the 8 ounce double Smashburger for £8.99 first time eating here. I’ve given it five stars, because that’s nothing there that else that I can improve. I don’t know how they can make their burger any better. The only nag for me is that I believe the drink should be included with that price. The burger was JUICY cooked really well, nice cheese and full of flavour. I’ve had a few smash burgers And this is rated very high. If you are collecting there is no shop somebody will bring it out to you and you can pay by cash or card and it’s on the corner near Istanbul

Food was average. Didn’t taste as amazing as the naga doners you get in London. Also, the chips and salad need to be included separately otherwise you just have a box of sogginess and all you taste is sauce. Asked for salad to be added separately per the notes but this instruction was ignored. Overall 4 out of 10. Won’t be ordering from here again. Edit: after receiving such a personalised message, I felt obliged to change the ratings to 4 stars because I feel I was unfairly rating them last night purely based on the sogginess of the chips. However, if the salad was served separately, I’m sure it would’ve tasted much better. Also, as the owner said, please pray for the people in Palestine. Inshallah Allah SWT gives them strength to fight the challenges they face on a daily basis.

I spoke to the owner and he was very helpful and made the food fresh. The nashville burger is 10/10 really nice. Highly recommended

First time trying this place, wanted to try something different from the usual smash burgers and saw they did a pulled brisket burger. Good point(singular) Extremely fast, food was ordered and ready to be picked up in 15 mins. I ordered the pulled brisket burger with fries & the Mac n cheese side. In all honestly it was all terrible. The burger had some flavour from the sauce and condiments but the brisket itself was extremely dry and inedible chewy it was. Understandably brisket isn’t an easy thing to do. Though this shouldn’t be son the menu if this is how it is. Regrettably I forgot to get myself a drink which would have helped wash down what felt like a piece of leather. Tried the brisket on its own and it was bone dry and bland. Fries were seasoned well and we’re hot which is good but nothing special. The mac n cheese was also extremely sad. The mac was cooked well and soft but it seemed like someone spilled a cup of water in the box or forgot to drain the pasta because everything was drowning in this watered down goo. Little to no cheese and tasted bland because of the water. I should have maybe stuck to the usual smash or chicken burgers? I will try this place again for the smash burgers but not a good experience so far. Hope this feedback is taken well. May Allah bless the business.

Food was banging and reasonably priced but had a couple issues. They misheard my order and tried charging me for 3 meals instead of 1 and took my order for a cake and when I went to pick up they said we have none. Should repeat orders back to customers to avoid mistakes. Understandably they happen but accusing the customer isn’t great customer service.

Placed an order online, very user friendly website. Ordered a couple of burgers along with loaded fries. What can i say amazing food. Burgers were on point and definitely one of the best burger places around. Couldn’t fault it one bit, defo will be ordering again!

***HONEST REVIEW***So I can guarantee you that all the other reviews are from friends and family who have been asked to give a “good review”. NOW for a HONEST ONE. The food is less than mediocre, its basically dead. Obviously I didn’t try everything on the menu but I did try the most recommended items including the desert and I was extremely disappointed to put it lightly and respectfully. On a positive note, the packaging is nice and food was handed over on time.

Firstly I can say the first time I ordered have been perfect upto the fourth time there's been no problem but today the food was delivered 40 mins lateand when I phoned and asked they said problem with delivery drivers but my food was been kept warm but when it did arrive it was freezing cold proper let down just hope it was a one off cos I really enjoyed the four times previous.

Damn! Where should I start? We ordered the smash box with the 5oz smash burger, the Nashville burger with fries and a box of loaded fries (Nashville chicken). I can safely say that every. Single. Item. Was impeccable. The flavours were amazing and so different for every item. The smash box came with the naga donner, fries and Mac and cheese and the flavours in this went so well together. We ordered online and within 15 minutes the order was ready to pickup. We went to get it and the food was delivered straight to the car piping hot with amazing customer service. Will definitely be ordering again in the very near future. Great food, great location and great customer service, what more could I ask for!

I don’t normally review food places but not only have I ordered from here since it opened I’ve vouched for it knowing there won’t be no disappointments. From the texture to the flavours to the little things such as sauces utensils and tissues they don’t miss a beat. If the foods not for you don’t order it’s not hard. But to those who know just know. I ordered on Uber eats a few days ago. The food came hot and delicious. You can tell the food is made with passion, and it’s made from fresh ingredients. The price is more than the average takeout but the quality reflects the price. 10/10 I’d highly recommend the food.

Absolutely INSANE Burgers! S'nashville the flavours in this burger nearly put me in a coma! Demolished it in about 0.4s Misses got a Filly Cheese sandwich and i was going to take it off her but she bit my hand clean off! Keep smashing it guys! Also got an extra portion of chips for free Boom!

Thought we would try to get some tasty burgers from a place we've never tried in Dusbury. After looking online there was a few good places that stood out but after looking at Foodboxd menu, pictures and reviews we thought we will take a risk on them. And im glad to say it was a risk worth taking. Food was really nice, well presented and filling. We bought a range of different things and it was really nice. Good work Foodboxd and Thanks. Will definitely be going back there again. Hope you open a diner one day.
