Honestly best food Ive had for AGES! Exactly what Ive been needing, group of four went in served efficiently and quickly, staff were lovely and polite and the food was amazing everyone loved it perfectly made and presented, real care taken appreciate it! The whole building was clean as smelled good it wasn't greasy and sticky like most are glad to see they really care about customers day in day out. 10/10 Would highly recommend!

Came here for a dessert, Bruce cake was amazing and quality was spot on, i like how clean the kitchen is, looking forward to try the food here

Had Philly cheesesteak and cookies and cream shake and was very filling and flavourful. Also very kind staff and wonderful clean environment.

Terrible service, had to wait over 2 hours for food because their ‘system’ didnt show that we had placed and paid for an order. Was told it woild be sorted in 15 mins and had to wait 2 hours since ordering. All we was offered was a free milkshake. Terrible service, i used to come here all the time but will never visit again.

2 hour long wait times and incorrect orders. If I could give lower I would. Invited family round, ordered my food early so I could quickly pick up and go back to spend time and eat together. They said 15 minutes and I knew it wouldnt be 15 minutes, so I went after 25 minutes expecting it to be done. It wasnt, it hadnt even started. Apparently there had been a system glitch, I was then told by the member of staff 10/15 minutes to be made. After 15 minutes I went to ask, and was told another 15 minutes atleast, and the staff member became rude. Another person had come up waiting for food and started questioning the timing too as they had waited over an hour for a burger and fries. I waited for another 45 minutes ontop and the staff member again refused he had done anything wrong and lied. After lying to my face again about it being 15 minutes again and instead tried to explain to me what lying is. Didnt try to provide a fix for all of this, and all I got was a 20% of voucher for next time with them and a couple cans of fizzy drink only because I demanded a refund atleast so I could go elsewhere which they cant give refunds full stop... Awful service, and the food was not good in the end either. Ordered at 8 and left around 10 near their closing time, also spend no time with visitors. AVOID!!

Me and my partner have been going here for years and are yet to have a bad meal. Not only is the food spot on every single visit but the service is top tier and the staff always very friendly. Have recommended and introduced many of my friends here too who all end up agreeing. Would highly recommend to anyone considering it. The smash burgers are my personal favourite!

Previous Experience: I used to place orders from this establishment back in 2020. The burgers were enjoyable, but the quality of the frites was inconsistent, sometimes lacking that fresh taste. Additionally, the pricing was often hard to justify. Current Experience (Hoping for Continuity): The current experience is a marked improvement. The food consistently arrives fresh, and the burger meals don't leave you with that guilty takeaway sensation. The skin on frites are now consistently delightful, featuring potatoes with a light crisp exterior (and they give you plenty for your money!). The beverages are served refreshingly cold. What's even better is that the prices have dropped since they first opened. To make the most of your dining experience, it's advisable to either dine in or opt for self-pickup, as delivery apps come with additional charges. Ordering directly from their website is incredibly straightforward. Moreover, the establishment has always maintained impeccable cleanliness standards.

I came quite late to Burger and Frites on the 2nd Sept, Saim took our order and was really helpful with our orders in the group and was incredibly smiley and chatty. I ordered the spicy chicken Sando and Cajun fries, and when I tell you it was the BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!!! Wow these guys are top quality!! I will definitely come again/ order online. The best smash burgers I’ve had. And believe me I’ve had quite a few. I used to be one of them that would travel to Manchester or Bradford or wherever someone would say the “best” new place was, but honestly none of them are as good as this place. They use the best quality ingredients. The place is super clean, and the service is better than anywhere I’ve been. And the price is unheard of in this day and age!(as long as you order through there website or in person). Its about £6.50/£7 for a meal! A burger, fries and a drink for £6.50! You can’t get this type of food, in this quantity, with this quality for less than £9/£10 a meal from other places. Recently tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich and again it was unbelievable. I know a thing or two about food and good quality meat, and I can say they use good beef here. Its not some cheap cuts like many places. Most places find it hard to cook a steak, usually because they’re buying cheap meat or the wrong cut. Or they over season it with some silly spices. These guys have got it right. I’d also recommend the spicy chicken sando and the nashville burger. Again both of them are faultless. The fries are also amazing - and they give you a very big portion, usually one is enough between me and my wife. I only eat this type of food once a week from out. And for a while now I don’t risk going anywhere else. This place is as good as it gets. The service is spot on. The lads that work there are polite, and accommodating. And always follow any instructions. In particular the guy that seems to run the place. The only problem I encounter is choosing what I want because I’m spoiled for choice.

Had the Philly Cheese steak from here. The group of 4 all had pretty much the same opinion. Good quality meat, good portion of meat in the bread. The bread was nicely toasted unlike some places that over do it and the chips were perfectly fried and seasoned. Great portion too. Downside. It wasn't really a Philly cheese steak. The basics of a Philly Cheese steak are cheese sauce and lots of caramelised and fried onions. You can see from the photos that this sandwich was seriously lacking both. Now you can get this as an extra on the menu, but you shouldn't need to as that's what the sandwich should come with otherwise it's just a chopped beef sandwich. Overall, enjoyed the food despite it not being a Philly Cheese steak and the service was spot on and they know how to cook their food. Just the detail lacking. I can see it is a new item on their menu so hopefully the feedback helps

Chicken Sando burger and cajun chips was very nice.

The food quality is that of something never seen or tasted before in Huddersfield. We went today for the second time- this time trying the “signature chicburger” . We could go on for hours about the crispy outer coating, the soft brioche bun, the freshest tastiest chicken within, all surround by the in-house made coleslaw amongst other complimenting fillings. Oh and the dips, my god the dips!! Personal favourite- Ranch. We won’t bore you any further- we simply highly recommend this place We’ll sure be back guys 👍🏻

Amazing smash burgers...you can tell taste the quality of the beef! The patties are definitely smashed very thin so a triple burger is a normal sized burger. Cajun skin fries are amazing. Last time I tried the new Philly steak sandwich not a fan of that ! Generally it's on the Expensive side but worth it.

Tried for the first time tonight after seeing online, drove 45 minutes and it was well worth it, we had the mix up and it was amazing, chicken and beef was cooked to perfection. Will 100% be going again, best burger I think I've ever eaten! Staff very friendly too and well worth the price!

We’ve had a few meals from B&F now and the burgers are amazing, juicy patty’s well cooked and great sauces, staff excellent too, can’t rate them any better than 5/5! We picked up a meal last night with friends and they said they were the best burgers they’d had in years 👌🏻

Had a GORGEOUSLY moist and tender burger here a couple of nights ago. Super tasty, amazing house sauce and crispy light skin-on fries to die for. Extremely friendly team behind the counter, and everything freshly prepared. This is a gem of a burger bar. Eating in is a pleasure...a clean, smart and modern interior, but just as pleasurable to take-out. Get yourselves down here, you won't regret it

Good customer service. The meal came to £10, got the spicy chicken burger, along with fries and a drink, thought the burger was a single fillet but turned out to be two pieces of chicken, covered in a Nashville like sauce. Plenty of fries and option for drinks were Cans or plastic cup. Seating available indoors, spaced out, parking available outside on the main road. The menu is on TV screens and this place takes card payments. It is also halal. I would recommend this place.

I’m a self confessed burger connoisseur who’s demolished some of the best burgers known to man which incidentally are normally located in London, so I know a thing or two about the patty!! The first things that’s makes this impressive is their knowledge of the smashed patty. It gives the burger far more depth of flavour and a greater space for melted American cheese. Match that with skin on fries and an array of homemade sauces and what you have is a burger joint of epic proportions. The quality of beef & the bun is absolutely superb. Burgers here are not going to be cheap, they can’t be because of the quality, what they though is absolutely outstanding. Go check this place out, epic!!!

Probably the best burgers in Huddersfield as Huddersfield does not have great food places but on the steep side for two burgers and frites it’s around £25 which is expensive for a town. The caramel and lotus biscoff milkshake is to die for it’s sooo delicious. They provide super fast delivery. My husband won a giveaway from here we were out of town so when we came back we requested to claim our giveaway burgers but were told we can’t as the giveaway expired and we are a day late. Pretty shocked and disappointed that they didn’t make an exception told them the situation and they didn’t want to hear it. Overall if you want a nice burger meal it’s lovely food.

Without a doubt best burgers in town, the food and service is excellent. Order online and is ready to collect in 15 mins, or eating in is great too as they’ve done a brilliant job with the design of the restaurant.

Amazing burgers, both the beef and chicken are tender and well seasoned and the fries are always hot and crispy. You can taste the quality ingredients so for a treat I'm happy to pay more. You're spoiled for choice with the milkshakes and desserts, my only suggestion would be that it'd be so great if there were more sides to choose from on the menu.

Burger and fries were decent get a solid 7/10 Drinks are from dispenser and are flat by the time you get home! Nobody likes drinking warm flat coke! If I'm paying £12 for a burger meal I at least expect drink in a cold can! Won't be back until that's sorted!

Looked professional, but food was a 6/10. Beef was a little overcooked so couldnt enjoy the natural beef flavor. Was also a little awkward. Maybe because we were the only customers but all the staff kept staring at me n my friend as we ate. Caused some discomfort.

We ordered 2x Chicken Burgers - pickle and cheese. We got coleslaw in one of the burgers. So they didn't complete the order correctly. The chicken was fresh and succulent. However the prices are exorbitant. £7 just for one burger with no chips. The burger was slightly bigger than a Mc Donald's. I really don't see this business going the distance. It something you try once but immediately realise the prices are excessive.

Got the chic burger meal, for the price I expected something at least half decent, got a burger with 2 little strips? Really? Sort it out lads!!!! Smash burgers are decent! But for the price I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon!!!

Don’t bother, a vile rip off!!! Reheated dry small old chicken strips in the chicken burger and dry old crumbly bun like it had been left out to air for days. Beef burger was ok. Milkshake very similar to McDonald’s but quadruple the price, will not be returning!!!

This has easily become the go-to place for take outs for me. Too many favourites on the menu to mention but tonight I had the Smash Burger; Cajun Chips; Chick Kicks; and Nutty Nutella Milkshake! I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this place deserves some praise. The smash burger is hands down the best you will find each and everytime and I’m a regular at many city hautes as I work in Manchester. I have to say what makes this place different is the actually quality of the ingredients you can taste. Moving on, the Chips are crunchy and fresh as can be! Plentiful on the portion side and irresistible to know when to actually stop! Hence I always order large! What I also really like other than the food is how smoothly I can order direct from their website, intuitive menu and swift processing. Following this the delivery time everytime I order is 20min flat. I like to go pick up as it gets me out the house working all those a hours at home. In mentioning this it reminds me this place is very classy looking! Overall, the quality is above anything I can find locally or wider and their food certainly puts a smile on my face - which is exactly why I order a takeout as a weekly treat. If you are a foodie and enjoy the upper levels of burgers, this place will meet your needs and some! All the best guys - I look forward to seeing this go from strength to strength!

Basically the Huddersfield version Five Guys. Was very nice and lots of choice would reccomend. Its a lovely choice if you don't mind paying £7+ for a burger 😊

Was expecting a lot more for the money. The shop is very clean and packaging is nice, but the smash burger was not that flavourful. The portion of fries was stingy and the drink were fizz-less by the time I got them home (from the machine dispensers - not cans or bottles). I was excited to have a smash burger place nearby, but it’s not worth the 30 minutes I had to wait. Disappointing. I’m going to stick to driving to Bradford for Burgerize. It’s worth the journey for me.

Update: This place has improved tremendously. They've taken on the feedback and have done amazingly well. Really great to see a restaurant that listens to its customers. Great job guys :) We had high expectations for this place but sadly it was very disappointing. The menu looks good but the food is below average. The portion of large chips was so small even the kids started complaining. The burgers were overcooked and the chicken was super greasy. This place is way overpriced. Sadly, I do not recommend this place... a really bad first impression!

Bought a burger today and let me say. The best burger I have eaten and I have tried many in the past. Standards of hygiene are very high and the taste and quality second to none. As a chartered Environmental Health Practitioner I can honestly say the best around and my advice to you all. Try it, you will love it and go back for more. Good flavoured food. Chips were very tasty, and burger had a big piece of chicken. Everything taste fresh. Milkshake was the best one I had yet.

Burger was decent, chips were disgustingly soggy, drink was a dispenser drink which was flat, priced extortionate, I don’t might paying these prices but the food has to be spot on! May have another try!
