Foodbay Pizza And Kebab Land in Cheshire East

Pretty poor! Ordered two 12" pizzas tonight. Neither of them had the correct toppings, in fact both pizzas were almost flat with practically no toppings on them. On the chance that they had the right toppings, they were both thin crust, when one was ordered deep-pan. However the delivery driver did find the right address so some credit to him. Not good and definately will not be re-ordering from Foodbay.

Great staff both in store and delivery. Food portions are huge if you order the right things. So much better than our previous big takeaway in Alsager. We are now loyal customers of foodbay. Thank you for my chillis guys

The driver forgot an ordered piece of SFC in the delivery. Called them and they said they would send the guy back with it. Never arrived.

Uncooked chips and something was wrong with the sweetcorn relish that ruined my burger. Ended up being a total waste of £10 and a tip so i wont be returning

Food is the best always fresh and hot and great quality never had a bad meal yet and the staff and delivery drivers are all super friendly fast and polite highly recommend

Usually highly recommend but the stinginess on a £6.50 wrap has changed my mind. atleast the 4 bites it was worth were nice😂

restaurant itself (foodbay) canceled my order with no reason given after I had paid online. Multiple phone calls everyday for 2 weeks to retrieve refund from foodbay and dine order (platform they used to accept and take payment). I got the same script everytime..the refund is processed will take 3-5 days. Then after 2 weeks I was told it is because foodbay had limited funds in the account bearing in mind my refund was £16. The refund reference given as confirmed by my bank. Manager always unavailable. No reply on email.

The only place in the village that knows how to make a lovely kebab, and it was hot, so used to all the other places delivering lukewarm refried rubbish, glad to finally find a decent takeaway.

Fast delivery . Fresh tasty kebabs .We had a small chicken kebab and a large doner kebab. The chicken was v tasty and moist, and the doner was very succulent and juicy as testified by our pooch too.

Looked like it was put together by stevie wonder. Ripped off and awful food!

In the past there hasn’t been an issue, but now noticed when ordering recently large is looking more like small, tonight food box handed over on its side, box was soggy, contents spilled out , presentation was shocking

Not impressed. Clearly ordered too late and the chicken was not southern fried but were slimy chicken fillets. Very disappointed regular customers. Alsager Delight next time

The burgers looked so nice on there menu, but the two I had on my large burger were well overcooked like two shoe leathers.

Had a delivery from here. Ordered and paid over the phone to a company called DATEMAN. £17.50p. Who they use for payment. Driver turned up. Said they hadn’t been paid. Showed proof on my phone. But he said I had to pay cash.£17.90p. Still trying to claim my money back.

The food is cold so greasy it tastes horrid. Eaten half of a mega burger and been fiscally sick. Not good not cheap and never again.

Order a kebab u can't go wrong stay clear of deluxe burgers unless you want your cheese on the very underneath of your burger bun and very greasy due to under cooking. Missing items also.

These clowns robbed my money and didn't deliver the food. Website says it was delivered but they never even rang the bell. They then proceeded to blank all my phone calls for the rest of the evening. Be warned.

Absolutely rude people food came from a minute journey literally fell out the box was wet threw no sause that u asked for looked like been thrown up the road and when complained they just laugh so many chances never again will I order absolutely discusting

Normally, Foodbay deliver great quality food unfortunately on this occasion the milkshake contained trace of plastic which appeared to be the chocolate package. This was very disappointing

Ive just had chilli and chips it was lovely, the chilli was was very moreish will definitely be having this again.

I have never been there and live very far from it. The reason I give it 1 🌟 is due to their tiktok videos which one of them post from @jkhan47b account on Tiktok. They seem very cheap and at times redeculing members of public . Surely they haven't been brought up to be so indecent . Wonder what went wrong they act so.

First time ordering, items missing off the order. We will not be ordering again.

I am soo disappointed with the latest order we kind of received. Normally Foodbay are good but our order was late, we were missing items and to top it off there was plastic in the milkshakes. I hope they get there act together. But we will no longer be using this takeaway.

Sad to say I'm not impressed unfortunately. I went here when it first opened and didn't eat my meal becaue the beef burger was awful (to me) and I thought I'd give them another chance tonight but again, bit of a let down. I got the zinger burger value meal for £8. The burger isn't too bad but the bun is a bit sloppy, the doner is a bit dry and stiff and the chips are drowned in sauce and squashed by the doner so therefore ended up like squashed sweaty potatoe. I asked for sauce on the doner and they drowned the chips instead and placed the doner on top... come on guys. I completely give up with takeaways like this now, simple food to cook but still can't master it?! Alsager takeaways are mostly a no go these days sadly.

Absolute favourite takeaway. Highly recommended by me and my partner. Best chips by far milkshake is amazing food delicious.

Not being funny it’s usually nice from here but what I got tonight was vile I ordered a chicken kebab with salad and I got a kebab with steak pieces and I don’t even eat beef!! With half a slice of tomato half a slice of cucumber and literally a pinch of lettuce and the Peter bread was all soggy and gooey I also order a jacket Potato and it came flat with tuna everywhere straight from the can which was not worth the money I paid Waste of £9

Good food, but no one was wearing a mask or gloves.

I had a delivery, and the driver was on the phone, instead off leaving it at the door as requested he handled it to me and I had to clean my hands afterwards because of the virus, bad service and the drivers should be reminded.

Ordered a couple of times and glad I have finally found my favourite takeaway! Pizzas were really lovely and the cookie dough was a real treat!

Nice pizzas, prepared quickly, but chaotic delivery drivers. Best bet is to go and collect.

First time customer today. Ordered online, 10min pick up. Excellent. Place is super clean, well organised and staffed. Very friendly and polite. Actually a really nice change from a number of more grumpy places locally. Food was hot, delicious, seasoned and cooked to our liking. I will be returning probably more regularly than I would care to publicly admit! Keep up the good work.

Foodbay-Best Kebab shop in the area with a good menu to pick your meal from. They also do deliveries but being so popular it can take 30 mins to get your food on a busy evening. Staff are great and polite, cooking and prep area's looks very clean, food either collected or delivered always tastes great. They offer all sorts of goodies: pizzas, fried chicken, kakabs, English dishes, curry, excellent shakes!

Took a risk strolling in to a new kebab shop but surprised to received excellent service with really friendly staff, and the food was delicious would highly recommend and will definitely be back for more.
