Arrived in Ramsgate as out-of-towners for a day out at Sunday lunch time and without having had the sense to book anywhere in advance, so ended up at the market. Thought we'd give FOF a go as owners seemed friendly and keen for our business. Weren't sure what we'd get, especially as there were no reviews (which we now gather is because they've only been up and running for 4 weekends), but what we had was delicious - one of us had brioche bun filled with melt-in-the-mouth brisket and potato salad aka the Belgian Bar Tribute, I had the Hungrito chicken-filled tortilla - imaginative and substantial. Good value for money, friendly service and food really good - we'd definitely recommend! Hope they do well.

We have seen reviews of this place on Facebook so just had to try when we were in Ramsgate . Because of restrictions we had to sit outside but the weather was ok . We looked at the menu and ordered two chicken wraps with spicy rice and other fillings for £8 each . We waited about 15 minutes and then it was brought out to us . We could not believe the size of the wrap and it’s contents, we will certainly go back again and try the homemade burgers .

Birthday celebration for special person who was greeted with a complimentary drink and the warmest and friendliest of welcomes. We loved the decor, the music; Ella and more, we were impressed by the atmosphere, nothing short of delightful. The food was simply presented, beautifully cooked with quality ingredients and heaven to the taste buds. Starters included crab tart, superb. Served with a small garnish and perfect. Pate, and salmon tempura. All very much enjoyed. Main courses were venison, lemon sole and steak. Wonderful. The deserts finished a very grateful four diners with a warming glow of gratitude to put a date in the diary to return. Thank you. We appreciate your attention to us and our evening celebration.

Carbis Bay EstateWhat an absolutely amazing experience for my Birthday. Stunning location and atmosphere with truly brilliant staff who were all so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was out of this world and the Ugly Butterfly should definitely have a Michelin Star. If you love amazing food and delicious wines, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you again to everyone for making my Birthday truly memorable.

6 The Digey, St Ives TR26 1HR Englandthe food was decent, but was not worth it’s price. they advertise the main courses as sharable plates, but it’s not really the case, so someone could easily take one of those options as a regular main course. the service was not so good, the waitress didn’t seem to enjoy her job at least not in that evening. we had to ask several times for water until she brought it to us, and she forgot one dish we ordered, so we had to wait at the end until it as cooked. one other annoying thing was that main courses ( sharable plates ) were not brought at the same time, so for example we had roasted carrots which came first, after we were done with that they brought the sea bass; so instead of using the carrots as a side for the fish, we had to eat then separately.
