Food Is Fuel in South Tyneside

Good food plenty of flavour, plenty spice, could have had better table management, could not move for plates and bottles, I would go back

Visiting Village Delights is often a highlight of my week. The staff are all friendly, hilarious and talented in the kitchen. The coffee is strong and smooth. the sandwiches are proper double handed stotties and the sweet treats are home made with proper chocolate so are delicious. If you've not been please visit, as you won't be disappointed!

Nos encanta este lugar por la buena comida italiana, pero no me había dado cuenta de que hacen la cena del domingo. Debo decir que no decepcionó. Si viviéramos más cerca querría esta cena cada semana.

Old fashioned, down to earth cafe/restaurant. Hearty plate-fulls of what granny used to serve. Great selections of traditional English meals plus exotics on offer as well. Very busy over lunch-time. Excellent value. Great personal service
