Hidden gem in London! Amazing Greek food, lovely warm atmosphere and very spacious! It’s also dog friendly! I recommend the coffee, it’s reasonably priced too. I strongly recommend to all families, friends and couples as a cheeky mid day treat.

I had the pleasure of visiting Food Philosophy on George Street in London, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. Overpriced food with small portions

Great fresh and healthy food as well as tasty reminding me of home. Quality is excellent with only extra virgin olive oil used in all dishes. Coffee is also fantastic

The owner Margarita is rude and erratic. Also has poor English skills. Does not take feedback well and made my frial and elderly mother cry

Food is ok but charge lots for little extras like salt and pepper and warm milk. When it comes to the staff I just feel sorry for them. The owner Margaretia is always shouting and scolding them. Really not a nice person. Someone who when it comes to her doing holiday cover I wouldn't visits. Overall hygiene could also be improved, whilst rats and mice are everywhere in London better measures need to be taken on this front

Do you like small portions at high prices? Then boy have I got the place for you!

Food is tasty (not fantastic) and the cost of £10.90 for a take away of 1 main and 3 sides is on the pricey side. However my issue with this place is the way the food is served... slapped on a plate (or in a box) like a dogs dinner. I just went in there to get my lunch and had to ask the server to please not put the salad (that has oil and dressing) over my mains (pasta) and broccoli slide. She looked at me as if I club baby seals to death for a living. I made the mistake of wanting some hummus with my salad... Big mistake as this was slapped all over my pasta, broccoli and salad. I was not impressed and the box was dirty on the outside from the mess she made. She then closed the box and slapped this on the counter in disgust with a grunt, as if I had asked her the most awful thing in the world... Suffice to say I won't be getting my food here again...

Staff a bit indifferent to a hospitable service, food is OK nothing to write home about and definitely not authentically Greek.

Wow has this place gotten expensive. I come here everyday but instead come once a month due to the prices.

Stumbled across this cafe while looking for somewhere to work between meetings. Staff were super accomodating, coffee is strong and the salad "buffet" was a really nice surprise! Quite expensive for a takeaway lunch, but it was delicious.

I had the chance to discover this Greek Deli on my daily walk today. They were quite busy for lunch, but the staff was managing perfectly and everyone was being served quite fast. There was a big selection of dishes, a lot of vegetarian options as well. I was having a hard time choosing, but the young guy working there was really helpful! He explained to me what everything was and was really fast and kind. I had a piece of the spinach/feta pie as well as the lentil salad with roasted salmon, the quinoa salad, some tzatziki, hummus and beetroot. Everything was exceptionally tasty! The spinach pie tasted exactly like when I have it in Greece! I felt so full but also light and healthy after my meal. I finished my "trip" to this deli with an iced coffee made by Angel (he said that was his name) and I continued my walk on this rare sunny day. I definitely recommend this place for their amazing healthy greek dishes, and their delightful staff :)

I didn't try anything from here because it's closed when it's listed as open. Also the directions are really weird. For some reason it tells you to go from the back door.

I live this place so much, it's nice and quiet, I enjoy my morning breakfast there with their Greek yogurt and honey, their scramble eggs on sourdough is divine because of the nice drizzle of greek olive oil !!! Nice coffee too !!!! Great service !

Perfect for a quick healthy lunch, although fairly pricey- it was £27 for two lunches and 1 coffee. That said, the quality of food was excellent with lots of veggie stuff and the best potatoes in town!

Really yummy but it would be good to have signs showing what items actually are!

This place is one of those neighborhood cafes. They do amazing sandwich and salad spread for the lunch. However they shut down at 5ish... We were lucky and they served us coffee while they were cleaning up. They have a olive tree inside so makes you feel like you are in garden. Had good time with blueberry cake and coffee.

Looked promising from afar, it seems to be busy quite often and there is always a queue. I read some great things on trip advisor about price, quality, value for money etc, but I was disappointed. The staff were not aware of what products were Vegan, and suggested I had the puff pastry spinach and feta cheese pie...I went on to ask what was in the risotto for the lady to say she didn't know but knew it was vegan. this made me feel terribly uncomfortable and the least bit reassured. I chose the 'Four Salads' in the end all elements were nice but the value for money was not. I do not think I will be returning, which is a real shame.

Aralık 2018 tekrar londraya geldik...aynı güzel ve leziz yemeklerini bulmak harika idi. Mutlaka gitmenizi öneririm. Çalışanlar ve sahibi çok candan ve ilgili kişiler.

Great, healthy quick lunch place near Marylebone

It used to be good - not anymore. Portions got smaller and prices stayed the same. Way too much oil on every dish. Greek salad - just a tomato salad as it does not contain anything else.What about the rest? where is olives and cucumbers and goat cheese? Instead of salmon filet you get half of it as it been cut on half's. Very poor cooking. Disappointing - they used to be my favourite place to take away. :(

Have they changed Chef? I have been coming here for a while, and it was always really good, however today I had a bone in my Salmon, the lentils were bland and the Greek salad was basically large chunks of tomato only (no olives, feta or cucumber to be found)..

Bastante Pequeño y apretado para el almuerzo, excelente para llevar (todas las opciones son un poco más baratos, cuando no se consume en el restaurante), un montón de comida recién preparada y bastante saludable. El servicio es muy amable. Bajos precios. Teníamos una quiche de espinacas frescas y un sandwich de atún, tanto abundante y delicioso. Bastante ambiente relajado

I used to frequent Filosophy often in 2016, however, I just returned for lunch and found it to be terribly disappointing. By 1pm, the options were minimal. the food was cold and needed to be heated in a microwave. Would not recommend. Far fall from a previously great lunch spot.

Food looked great but frankly given the poor attitude of the staff I cancelled my takeout and got my money back - there is too much choice in London for this service to be acceptable. Also whilst I wasn't bothered about the price on this occasion do be aware it's pretty expensive

Excellent Greek food in pleasant surroundings. Represents very good value. Very good authentic side dishes comprising all sorts of pulses and salads. Focus seems to be mainly on vegetarian food but the chicken and fish are also very good.

It was just a brief visit on Saturday morning. We ordered Greek coffee and sweets. It was very nice and a great atmosphere and then we went somewhere else to have breakfast.

The place sells greek gourmet products and offers breakfast, lunch and snacks mostly fusionend with greek products Have went there for breakfast. Had scrambled eggs on toast with feta cheese and tomatoes and they actually tasted really good. I would go again definitely soon.

Best breakfast in the area, much better than the mass produced sadness of pret, eat etcLunch is good too and very reasonable for takeaway. Only slight negative is they can sometimes be a bit tight on the lunch portions but it's only a small gripe.

I'm visiting Food Filosophy almost on daily basis after my job since it's nearby and many weekends as well to have a rich brunch.The huge range of meat, fish and vegetables in reasonable prices combined with the excellent atmosphere makes it automatically my favourite spot in Central London. The high quality of healthy and pure products makes you feel like you're in Greece. Staff is very profesional and polite and always with a big smile on their face, makes you feel comfortable and treat you with the best.Pay a lots of visits if you're a quality food lover and for the best coffees ever!!!
