Food Connection And K F C in Warrington

Was disappointed with KFC, order was wrong which I was fine about but it was tasteless and only a handful of chips! Over the years of going to this chain this last couple of times aren't the usual standard, Why????

Went here last night with my friends. Great restaurant with lovely food but the kiosk didn't give us a receipt.

The food I was served with fine, a reliable KFC. However I didn’t get a napkin, or anything to eat my beans with…and by the time I got to the car and found out I didn’t bother going back. The staff who served me seemed more interested in kicking each other and larking about rather than service and one of the pulled their mask down whilst serving. Unacceptable.

Poor service - the automated system takes priority over people who want just want to order their food the old fashioned way - face to face. Their doesn’t seem to be a logical order for people wanting to manually order food...and in the end you wait around for ages without service - walked out.

Stopped here for the night in my truck. Got to say I was very disappointed at the choice of meals on this site. KFC or a plastic sandwich. Fortunately I love KFC and although I was a little reticent at eating here I was completely surprised, in a good way. The staff were bright bubbly and friendly, just what I wanted after a 15hr day. The food was just about spot on, although the chicken pieces did seem a little on the small side. Will definitely use this KFC site again, the services on the other hand, probably not.

Alway call here for dinner, staff really friendly and food always served quickly always give great service

Popped in this KFC rather than the KFC on the A49 J9 Retail park Warrington since it's quieter, hence a served in minutes with plenty of tables.

We were on the way home a little late from Liverpool. These services were certainly a welcome sight.The KFC Was good to see. It looked a little on the small side but the service was good and the food good to. Only downside it didn't take the "Colonels lub" card so no points gained form here. Food and service good though.

The chicken is fine and nice and hot but the chips are not so good the staff are friendly and polite but sometimes the restaurant could do with a bit of a clean

Never clean inside. And has a funny smell. Last week I went through the drive through ordered and went to pay at the window. Had forgotten a drink and asked the man could a crushem his response was no he is not trained and I would have to go back around. Surley he could of got someone. Also they have changed the chips and they are very very dry. Could of used the crushem he was not trained on to sell me to wash them down. Skin was burn to a crisp and very hard.has Deffinitly gone down hill

It’s a KFC.. the same the world over... well not exactly, been to a few KFCs over the years and in most chicken can be over cooked and dry. This one in Warrington is spot on. But after all it’s a KFC!

Have used twice in the past month or so and both times there have been items missing when going through the drive thru. First time it was the dips, not so much a big deal. However the second time it was the fries, a pretty big part of a meal deal.
