Do not go through the drive thru one window and they don’t park cars when they’ve not got food ready. Queue for 45 mins only 4 cars in the queue absolute joke

I keep trying to give this particular place a chance but tonight was the last straw. Was was going to go in and do my order myself as they ALWAYS get it wrong in the drive thru but it was closed at 9.10pm - really? Went to drive thru which stated was open til 11pm so sat there for ages being ignored, staff members running past and giggling - drove round to exit and about 4 of them were outside smoking and messing about. Went to drive thru window to ask if it was closed and was met with super strength indifference! Yeah it’s round the corner was the response, to which I replied, yes I know I’ve been sat waiting and I just got a it’s on now What does that even mean?! Anyway, I told her not to bother and I left, went to McDonald’s and received excellent service. For a KFC on such a major route, they really need to sort themselves out - it’s a shambles

Excellent food and service and helpful staff

Went on Monday evening, got chicken and asked for a large chips... Well we must have got about ten in the smallest bag... Very disappointed when we got home.

Order was wrong yet again Great food but inept service

Ordered food for delivery, items were missing and food was cold. I rang them up and they were not very helpful and said to contact the delivery service. Woman on the phone "apologised" with an attitude. Pathetic service and will not be getting food from here ever again.

We used to order from here quit regular but now they seem to often miss items of the order if you ring up then you just get told there is nothing they can do food is often cold and horrible to eat the quality had severely declined in the last few months

Awful place. Absolutely filthy tables and floor, no attempt to keep the place clean by any staff. Food was OK but expensive compared to other chains. Lots of bored youths using the place to hand out with friends. Suggest finding somewhere else!

Food isn't bad but can take a while. However the mess & rubbish around the place is awful. It's seem tables are rarely cleaned & bins are rarely emptied!

Chickens are good and juicy. Staffs are helpful but the place is very untidy. They need to clean the seating area hourly.

I ordered a meal for delivery as I am disabled the wrong order came but my order was sellotaped to the bag when I opened it was incorrect I didn't eat most of it. I tried telephoning but no one answered can't find an email address

Good food shame they've removed the full sugar drinks don't like being told what to drink especially since the zero drinks are dangerous because of their carcinogenic ingredients

It is a disgrace that the wait for a fast food place is over 30 minutes and that only half the items on the menu were available. very disappointed and will be returning

Very poor, wet fries, black batter, coke too sweet. I think I'll avoid that one in future.

TLDR: No chicken on the bone. No napkins. No salt. No sauce. Half a teaspoon full of mayonnaise in the burger. Wafer thin chicken. Only positive is that the meal was actually hot. Went to the drive-thru with my partner around 10pm and was told there was no chicken on the bone. For that reason he didn't order anything. I ordered one zinger meal which had no zing! I had more salt in my saliva than there were on the chips - and no satchet was in the bag either. Bland! It seems like I would've been lucky to get sauce too because there was none of that. I may as well have used my top to wipe my hands and mouth because I wasn't given any napkins either. There's probably more meat on a chicken wing then there was on my burger. Just like the contents of my bag, I'm also experinecing a minus... £7.49. The customer service was questionable. We had to order, pay and collect our food from the same window so the wait was long. No smile, but at least she apologised for the wait. The star is because the food was actually hot but not in any other way than temperature. I won't be hurrying to another KFC.

Ordered via Just Eat and they wrapped up my bottle of cold water in with the hot food?? So when I got my order delivered the chips were squished and stone cold. Twister wrap was also cold and flavourless. Very disappointed.

Worst. Not a single table is cleaned, when asked they ignored. No tissues, they told to use blue roll. Food is not cooked properly. Worse is a small word. @management, instead of replying to all negative reviews and being sorry, do some real work in improving. Your store lacks efficiency in many areas.

This place is always a mess and the food is always dry like eating cardboard. I always notice the bins in the car park are not just full they are overflowing everywhere

Almost every time I've been to this KFC they have forgotten something and tonight was just a joke!!... So it's been a while since I've been here but tonight I decided to grab something as I was coming home from work late. I ordered a trilogy box meal but asked for the normal chicken burger not the zinger, they didn't have the mini fillets so I asked for extra popcorn chicken as a substitute, and I ordered 2 hot wings... Oh and they asked what sauce DIP I wanted and I said BBQ. So I got my order, I had a quick brief check as there was cars behind me and I didn't want to take so long, it looked fine so I went home. Got home, opened the box and no DIP, opened the burger and it was literally a bun with a piece of chicken, no sauce, no cheese just a dry piece of chicken on a bun with a little bit of lettuce. Then I opened the hot wings bag where there was sat 2 of the tiniest wings I have ever seen literally about 2 inches in size both of them. How they can charge full price for those I do not know. Well as you can see I've literally had enough of them stealing money from me because that's essentially what it is! I would of gone back but as I live 10 minutes away by car I didn't want to waste any more of my money in fuel, but I will never be going back there again as its just a BIG disappointment!! Bunch of thieves. I want my £12 back!!!

Absolutely disgusting the toilets were blocked but couldn’t be flushed. One toilet bowl was covered in faeces we waited 45 minutes after we gave our order for our food though we could see half of it sat on the counter waiting for the rest of it to be ready. When it came the food was tepid and the chips rubbery. There were at least 5 staff all looking up at the order board and pressing screens but nothing got done. If environment health had done a spot check they would have shut the place immediately. Would never go there again

By far the worst KFC I’ve been to! Ordered food in the drive thru then had to wait in my car for over 30 minutes for my food! The excuse.. waiting for chicken!!… really???? When I eventually made it to the serving hatch I could see a bunch of staff, laughing, not bothered in the slightest. The floor where they were serving was just littered with boxes and dropped food. To add insult to injury, yes you guessed it, my order was wrong!! Will not be returning to this shambles of a restaurant!!

What an absolute shambles of a place! Over 35minutes waited in the car for the food to come out which never did! I ended going into the restaurant to ask for a refund, while waiting at the till again! I couldn't help but notice the dirtiness and mess that was behinde the counter was vile, am actually glad I didn't end up getting anything from here! What a mess!

This KFC is absolutely disgusting. I had to clean my own table . The bins were over flowing , the floor and seats were filthy with left over crumbs everywhere . Staff were touching our food with there fingers . I'm appalled

Genuinely terrible they always forget a LARGE amount of items you’ve ordered. Ridiculous.

Took an age to order, no queue, took even longer to get the order, which was missing a number of items. To top it all off its about as crispy as month old lettuce that is covered slime.

They always forget food or get the order wrong or miss things. It's very frustrating. Picked up an order yesterday and was not well, so I never went back to get the missing food, which was 3 items. I'm just disappointed as it's not the first time it's happened to me ordering from here.

I waited ages for my food, even though it was pre ordered. It looked as if it had been thrown in the bag. Staff member was surly, and slid the food carelessly across the counter. Tables were dirty. I opted to dine in but when I saw how dirty the tables were, I took my food home.

Updated review - I've been using Just Eat to get my orders sometimes. Tried it 3 times and EVERY TIME there's been something missing from the order. If it was a side I wouldn't be bothered, but twice there's been a tower burger missing and once it was all the fries. Beyond a joke now.

Just like any other KFC but it's better because it's in my home town. Been here a few more times and this place is very understaffed. Had to ask for someone to come and clean my table. The place looks like a pig sty. Food and rubbish overflowing everywhere. Nobody cleaning anywhere. It's a shame as I love KFC.

Ordered on the app - delivery was missing the bottle of drink, gravy was all over the place, as the driver lifted to bag the bottom fell out and covered my dog in gravy, so returned the order for a redelivery. still waiting - they just cancelled the order and ubereats help desk dont have a clue whats happening.

Went through the drive thru tonight... The girl at the first window didn't even know what the menu was and after me keep repeating it she got it completely wrong. There was no smiles, very slow workers they just basically looked like they didn't want to be there. After receiving my order I drove home to open up the wrong orders which wasn't a big surprise. Burgers buns was solid, hardly any chips, Hot wings instead of a piece chicken, Drinks was also flat. Drove back and asked for refund in the end. Waste of time..... Can't believe how bad the staff was tonight and not one single sorry for the order.

Absolutely brilliant! polite and courteous young ladies on the drive through both windows. Food was hot and fresh. Best KFC we have been too in a long time, we travelled from Cheshire Oaks. Well done outstanding. Xxx

Absolutely appalling service. They’re always a bit slow, but this was another level tonight. The miserable individual serving food from the window didn’t give a sh1t that the order was wrong 3 times. Food was luke warm, and there was about 6 chips in my bag. Absolute sh1t show !!!

Decent food. The place was a little cold, no interaction from the staff. Would have benefitted from someone cleaning the tables in place of customers doing this.

Very good KFC and clean and helpful l get the gravy box but don't want the gravy or corn on the cob ask for a piece of chicken no problem we called in St Helens KFC about 2weeks ago not helpful dirty table tops also toilets would not give it a 1 star.

Absolutely shocking service firstly my order was given to a group of teenagers that had drank some of the oreo krushem and placed the food on a table. When I queried the order the teenagers said that it was mine and the girl serving said it wasn't her fault and gave me the food tht had been touched and drank by the teenagers, then waiting for a second order for family, food and drink was left on counter next to me so I said to the girl no one is shouting the numbers out who's is this food to which she replied rudely I don't know I didn't put it there. So I said there is no need for the attitude, then another staff member starts getting involved to which I then got high rated as she was arguing with me, in all I had 3 staff members arguing with me so I asked for a manager. The manager came out I explained what had happened and my large order was not replaced just the small order, the food was vile and cold and the staff have serious attitude problems . I will be escalating the matter to head office, it seriously needs closing down

Ordered fillet burgers. No lettuce no mayo. Couldn't even put food in the bag right as ended up with beans everywhere. Fillets were cold as well.

Why is this place so terrible.. £40 order, and waited 25 mins. When they Brought it, I knew it was wrong as soon as I picked it up. 3 items missing and 3 items wrong! All you need to do it read the screen, and place in a bag! It's that simple. Yet you even fail at that.. Show some respect to people who are keeping you in business.. Staff wasn't even apologetic.. Absolutely the worse KFC

Table wasn't cleaned. At the time it wasn't Busy......Shame Really....

The toilets weren’t clean, no toilet roll, hand dryer not working. Restaurant area was cold and lots of tables were not clean. Self service machines are not a good option for me, and only 3 were working.

The place seems to just employ moody teen girls that roll their eyes and throw the food around in tantrums, then laugh when you call them out on it. I think it's just embarrassment due to not knowing how to interact in society when held accountable. Shame.

Terrible service order was wrong which costed me 20 pound. When I said what was wrong he said it’s his first day and laughed. Didn’t give me my extra chicken that they said they would. Didn’t get corn on the cob what I asked for instead got gravy. Messed up my drink. Which then was made correct and got given free one. Not happy with this service

Got home excited to dunk me chips in the gravy only to realise they have started putting some absolutely awful seasoning on them don't know why they have to change something that wasn't broken surely this should be optional won't be going again

The staff are always miserable here. Don't know why. The toilets are a bit dirty, the hand dryer in the male toilets has been out of order for a few weeks now. Don't think we'll be back. Used to be ok. Not now.

Stale bread, visibly days old lettuce and chicken which doesn't taste fresh. Edit: actually had best kfc of my life here since, very hit or miss.

Good KFC restaurant, comfortable seating. Nice decor. Good chicken. Could have self dispensing sauces instead of the sachets though.

Waites 17 mins for food at the drive thru then the Food went in the bin because staff refused to wrap 2 hot wings separately! I advise anyone using the driver thru to travel to Latchford as service is100% better!

Treated the kids to a kfc on the way home. We got what we usually get (from our local kfc) thinking we know how it is and the kids like it. Turns out it might be the same food, but quality and training differs from site to site. 4 out of the 5 of us ended up with food poisoning (I was the lucky one) So clearly the staff either don't know how to cook foor properly, or don't know how to store it safely. The service was slow, which baffled us as there was about 2 people in the entire place. Atmosphere.... well, unless hearing a manager scream at one of his workers (who was on break and therefore shouldn't even be talked to about work until he's back on shift) is your thing, then there was no atmosphere at all.

Was hoping to dine in. Tills went down but drive-thru was still working, asked if they could put orders through the drive thru tilll as a huge queue was forming behind me. Apparently not, possibly seen as fraud by the head office . Can't you advise them of the issue i.e every order was drive thru from 9pm as the tills were down? No we are going to contact IT, sorry about the wait. What is plan b, there is no plan b. 10 mins later , Plan C. I went through the drive thru 😭. Ate outside . Useless.

Terrible staff not friendly and helpful , yet there are loads of them standing about and chatting and laughing. chicken pieces from the bucket was slightly raw , which is not good enough considering uncooked chicken contains a nasty bacteria

Ordered through just eat, items missing, when I phoned the store they said I have to go through just eat, so they miss the items but justceat sort a refund, well that won't feed the person now missing food as a family. Won't be ordering again

KFC was alright. The food was hot but a bit dry. The tables were all very dirty and I had to clean my own table so not great, it wasn't even busy only couple of customers in the shop

Probably the worst KFC in the history of KFC’s! Placed order via the KFC app, Polish man on a scooter from Deliveroo turned up with specific instructions for him to phone me on arrival. The Deliveroo driver didn’t phone me, refused to leave the delivery with my security staff and marked the order down as “delivered”! Due to Deliveroo’s policy on “disposing of food not being able to be delivered”, the polish man is probably eating my food right now whilst I’m starving! Absolutely appalling service; bad enough to not just put me off ordering anything where Deliveroo are involved but also bad enough to make me stay away from KFC altogether! I was supposed to get a “free mini fillet bucket” for ordering more than £10 worth of food on my very first order via the KFC app, seems that I’ve lost that first time reward too. The staff at this KFC weren’t even interested with resolving my issue!

We went to your very dead place and ordered a family feast, but instead got a boneless banquet (massive price difference) how can you mess an order up when you got barely any people in

Worst kfc i have ever been 2 order 2 tower box meals and popcorn chicken i ended up with 1 box meal 2 drinks and a random burger i went back to change it and thr girl was lovely but the people in the kitchen was pissing about nothing was cooked drive through was packed and the girl had to go round and make my burgers the staff need changing
