El personal es muy amable y servicial, ¡los precios son increíbles para la comida! Definitivamente lo recomendaría para familias o amigos! ¡No puedo culparlos!

Ven con mis amigos y tomamos un desayuno inglés completo encantador, el personal era muy agradable y amable y los precios muy buenos.

Dos desayunos ingleses, uno para mí, uno para un compañero, ambos sabrosos y finos. Buen servicio y a un precio razonable para el tamaño de las comidas.

¡Este café es horrible, el dueño está gruñón y se negó a hacer la papa de media chaqueta del menú infantil porque "la otra mitad no se acostumbra"! Entonces, ¿por qué tenerlo en el menú, la leche es una mierda y el menú también tiene piña pero "no hacen piña". Tuve que pedir que limpiaran la mesa, que no estaba ocupada, así que debería haberlo hecho. Pedí un huevo revuelto y estaba pálido como el caucho sobre huevos de gallina cocidos y claramente más baratos que nunca, casi sin signos de yema. Las flautas clasifican su menú, clasifican sus productos y su cocina. EVITAR

Popped in for a coffee with friends, i didn't like the fact there was a man standing at the counter with his dog, the seating area is rather small and we had to squeeze past whoever was standing at the counter. It was very cold, no idea why they left the door open when neighboring cafe's and coffee shops close their doors this time of the year, i took my coat off and then put it back on again 5 mins later. Can't fault the staff's cheerful smiles, or the food, pricing was very fair. However the man with the dog sat outside right next to the door, the dog was constantly barking and growling at any body who walked past, i did expect the staff to go out at one point when the man started shouting at a man who was walking past with a dog. But the staff didn't bat an eyelid. The final straw was when the dog stood in front of the cafe door, not even 6 feet away from our table and took a crap! Again, staff said nothing. the man did clear it up but i just feel that staff should of stepped in way before this even happened. it has put me off and i wont be returning to this cafe.

Usually pop in the cafe 4 or 5 times a month ordering the same either a bacon or egg and bacon bap.Every time it has had 2 rashers of bacon and one fried egg. Today the owner cooked and served me, when I got back and looked at it had only one bacon and one egg? What happened to the other bacon? price was the same but less for your money! Tried to call them but know answer...will not be going back!

Have just come out and had money refunded total chaos....asked for 2 egg bacon baguettes runny eggs tea and coffee....1 baguette came ...hard egg...no drinks still...then a cup of tea turned up when asked where drinks were...my partner said a runny egg...it's hard...2 coffees get 1 tea...and where's other baguette ...am I eating alone reply...we are busy....no your not u have 1 person in shop 4 staff.....can have money bk...yes...I don't see your problem....we used this place regularly till it was sold 2 moths ago and it was a great place instantly...quality of food went down...see thru cheap eggs...cheap undercooked bacon...and prices went up.....instantly...all the old staff left within a week....this was our 3rd chance given ...and last...avoid now at all costs......such a shame was a lively family atmosphere before when the old boy owned it

Really good full English, the sliced jacket potatoes were very good. Served by lovely people, and very reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic breakfast in between hospital visits staff where quick and friendly and good was very good and not at all greasy will be hoi g back there again

The menu is vast with lots to choose from. The full English is well presented and lots of it. Although a little expensive compared to other local establishments.

From time to time I have to travel from Lee-on-the-Solent to Queen Alexandra Hospital which is time consuming and very frustrating to say the least. However, my journey does not go unrewarded as I always take the opportunity to pop into Flutes Restaurant in Cosham. It is not a particularly big place but the menu is very extensive and reasonably priced. Apart from the set breakfasts there is a "mix and match" option where you can order your favourite items. Throughout the day the choice of food is second to none and the staff are efficient, cheerful and very helpful. So give it a go.

Lovely cafe which does a superb full English. Service is always good and real value for money. Where else could you be served a breakfast by someone who once outplayed Pele in a football match!!

Have dined here a couple of times, the family run cafe is ok but the food isn't great. Will not go here again as our last meal was dreadful.

Nice staff good service good value breakfasts and drinks only problem is parking oh yeah and fast service

This cafe has good food at sensible prices, a logical menu pricing structure and excellent staff. They are also extremely flexible about adapting the offerings.

If you want to find that place were you can sit and relax in Cosham this is it .

Popped in to this nice little cafe on cosham high street with the other half and each had a breakfast, staff very efficient, food was lovely, would definitely return, good car parking directly outside. Very popular establishment.

Family run cafe, staff very nice but the food is a bit 'iffy'. We have eaten here several times and although the food is ok we have each time ended up with upset stomachs. After our fourth visit recently we decided that it wasn't just coincidence.

We only came across this cafe by chance but i can tell you all you get a superb all day full english breakfast including a coffee for 5 pound. Dont think you will find better value anywhere. By the way the staff were first class.

This cafe has a local feel about it all and is very popular with the locals. They serve food all day ling such as breakfasts.

Entramos en Cosham para un almuerzo rápido, Heidi no tenía baguettes o rollos así cruzaron y fuimos a las flautas. No volveremos a cometer ese error! Pedimos una coca cola y me dieron 2 copas sucias. Panini y baguette estaban bien, pero había ensalada con no comer con tenedor!!

have visited quite a few times. the food is excellent, love the breakfast ones the best. The sandwiches are freshly made to order, and there is a good selection. T hey do jacket spuds as well the coffee is very good . All in all it is a very good small cafe idea for when out shopping,

Great cafe, wonderful full English breakfast. Called in last year to sample the breakfast, so this year when I was back over from Egypt this was a must sample. Wasn,t disappointed, one of the best English breakfasts i have enjoyed. Superb friendly & helpful staff .

Myself and two children regularly come to Flutes, and have done for several years. I also visit on my own quite often. Great food and friendly staff.

what a lovely little café, great food and friendly staff. both me and my mum had a cheese and ham omelette mum had hers with a lovely huge salad and I had fries, even the tea was nice. While we was in the café my mum came over poorly the staff where amazing couldn't do enough for my mum, kept coming over to make sure we was ok. I would like to say thank you to all the staff for there help with my mum will defiantly be returning and will be recommending this place to my friends.

Found the food good and reasonably priced......The staff were great and very helpful, chatty and local.......

No welcome and no good bye from any of the numerous staff (3 or 4) on duty. The food was actually ok and the tea lovely - but nothing special. We sat near the back of the cafe - big mistake! The staff all congregated there and talked and talked and talked giving no consideration to diners. There's much better cafés in Cosham and more attentive staff to make customers feel at home.

A friend and I have eaten in many cafes and restaurants and we want to highly recommend Flutes in Cosham High Street.We have had breakfast, lunch and snacks. The food has always been fresh and if a hot meal, has been spot on. The staff are really friendly and are suitably dressed and smart for the heat incurred while serving the general public, especially in the summer months.5* for good service, great food and a small eating area outside for customers to enjoy the sunshine or have a smoke.Definately good value and presentation.

A superb cafe, Breakfast superb also, good selection of large portions, very tasty! Staff very helpful and friendly. We visited on a Saturday morning it was busy, but we didn,t have to wait for a table. Recommend this cafe when shopping in Cosham, you can also just relax with a coffee.

5 of us stopped here for a late breakfast , nice friendly staff , food was freshly cooked and big portions , a cooked breakfast with unlimited tea £3.50 . Will definitely be back.

Had a all day breakfast here, waited quite a while for table service eventually the order was taken. trouble was the staff were more interested in going outside smoking and seeing what was going on and of course mobile phone stuff than service.We eventually got our food but the order was completely mixed up, when we questioned the order we were told to push to one side the item that was not requested in this instant baked beans the missus can't stand them or the sauce and there it is all over her plate, mine was ok fried egg hard and a bit crispy on the edges I detest that, but the rest was passable for a greasy spoon and I was in slumming it mode .Won't return here though.

Stopped here for coffee and brunch and decided to just have a coffee, the girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful but there was an older guy doing the food and drink, he rubbed the front of his nose then carried on preparing the food (yuk), so i cannot comment on the food it has a hygiene 5 on the front door. The coffee was only so so, so all in all i would not return as there are many places to eat in cosham

This was not a good experience,the food was very greasy not well cooked and when we left there was an overwhelming feeling we should get our coats dry cleaned. There was a little old couple in charge and to be fair the lady was very attentive but the man was very unwelcoming and altogether grumpy , it is not the sort of place I would take the grandchildren, sorry flutes

Nice little high street cafe, have only ever had breakfast, but always very good, lots of choice, cooked to order and the fried potatoes are delicious!

This is the best eating venue by far in the area!Flutes lead others copy We had 4 speciality sandwiches in our group they were superb.Flutes triple decker club sandwich, steak sandwich with onions and mushrooms plus a fried egg on top, yum yum. The fishy finger and a southern fried chicken baguette....all came with additional salad and crisps at no extra charge.....unbeatable

have been in here so many times , such frieindly staff , such fab food you can get a meal deal ie 1/2 a baguette crisps drink and muffin for £1.95... !!! and you get so many choices of fillings and the salad comes with it to if you need any , they also do delicious hot food , jacket potatoes etc , all at reasonable prices ... but my favourite is there take away only meal deal a whole baguette muffin and drink for only £3.25.... a place to go for catching up with friends over coffee or a lunch

This cafe has a hygiene rating of 5 and is situated opposite Natwest Bank in Cosham High Street. There's some outdoor seating , not very scenic but you can watch the people of Cosham go by. Their is a good variety of food including jackets, chips, omelettes, burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches and salads or cooked breakfast. Hot food is served up to about 3pm. There's also a take away and delivery service during the weekdays. Good budget food.
