after an error from the restaurant only sending me 2 pies instead of 3 on my initial order. I called and the owner told me to order 1 pie and he would give liquor with the pie and also the money in the delivery for the pie. I order from Flos often and the order is always correct, hot and nice. other restaurants I have had issues with an order just tell me they will sort it out on the next order but hats off to Flos for sorting it straight away. Thank you!

Came to give the 5 pie challenge a go, failed but had fun. Staff are lovely and honestly found a rare gem in the process, genuinely lovely pie and mash, temptation to skip my locals and come here again is very strong :)

5 star absolutely amazing South London pie and mash in crayford. A firm favourite in our house great quality and portion sizes.

Order saying delivered! But was not delivered to my address so how did they get the code for the delivery ?

Who knew there was a pie and mash shop in Crayford? Not me , I was today years old when I found out.

Ordered double double but didn’t receive double liquor despite leaving a message with them to ensure it was provided. Happens all the time and really annoying. It’s supposed to be supplied with the order.

First time there and I said to the lady, it’s the best pie & mash I’ve had for years. Will be back v soon..

Amazing food once again. Pies were burnt which is how I asked for them so thank you for doing that for me! Liquor & mash were both quality too. Love the grub from Flo’s.

The Pie Wasn’t Cooked Properly And How It Was Packaged Was Un Healthy! Also Got Sent The Wrong Drink.

Forgot my drink, didn’t have any indoors so had to eat my pie & mash with a glass of tap water…. Depressing times!

Came here for 1st time last week as our regular shop was closed so traveled here Delicious pie mash and liquor and staff were friendly with great banter. Poor women was rushed off her feet was mega busy.

Greeted by the lady at the back shouting ‘good luck getting pies’ then shouting at the other girl about stock levels. Lady at counter nice enough but said would be at least half hour wait for food as the amount of orders. A group of delivery drivers hovering around inside ruins anyone coming to eat being able to get served. Have come here various times before but will not return after the lack of customer service and rudeness.

Fantastic pie and mash. Pies are absolutely top quality and the mash is perfect. Liqueur spot on. Chilli vinegar finished off handsomely.

Nice friendly staff , food nice and hot , a little bit bland, but nice for outside of London , prices not to bad would definitely recommend if you don’t want to go to London

Food was lovely, hope and tasty. An issue I had was the delivery. The liquor was open and spilled into the plastic bag the food came in, was basically a pie and mash stew in a bag. I was going to raise a complaint as I’d get a refund but that’s not fair on the restaurant. Drivers need to do better

Pastry on pie was very hard to cut and they're scrimpy on the amount of liquor they give you.

Absolutely fabulous. Arrived lovely and hot and on time. Tasted amazing. Loads of lively liquor on it. Couldn’t fault it. Just as well as I’ve got it for dinner later as well. Bought double double 😁.

I usually get home delivery and the eels are excellent

Mash was the lumpiest I’ve ever had.. pies were okay

Placed order at 11:20 and it was at my door at 11:32 and I live a good 5 minute drive away, thanks guys!

Ordered double double with liquor. Only half a pot of liquor wasn’t enough for one lot let alone two. Had to reheat it when it arrived as it wasn’t hot. Mash was a bit bland and tasteless. Pies the same. Won’t get it again. Disappointed.

One of folkestones most loved food spot. As you would expect they sell pie and mash , pies and exceptional and the mash is homemade. Price point is £4.99 which is brilliant value for money considering its cheaper than McDonald's and instead of posin you're getting real food. For most people a single pie and mash will fill you up, if you're a bit of a lump they do a 5 pie challenge (good luck getting out the door after that!). It's a great place, I recommend it.

Excellent food and delivery but not happy with driver not knowing about the tip which I paid for. Tried to get hold of Just Eat but that is impossible. Please let know whether the driver got the tip.

Are you just eat because they normally deliver by motorised transport? The bike took 20 minutes to cover a mile and a bit and might as well use Deliver row. Will not use flows pinash again

Good old fashioned pie and mash. Just like I had in the 50's. Superb pies, lovely mas and great liquor. What more could a London lad ask for. Lovely jubbly.
