order the family chicken box and to honest some pieces of the chicken was like it was old chicken refried and one piece of chicken I took a bite.tasted funny my partner smelt it and he said there was a funny smell to it

I found a hair inside my burger as inside at the bottom, which has made me now waste the rest off the burger. DISGUSTING!! START WEARING HATS YOU DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!

app glitches and did order twice same food exactly same time and restaurant didnt bother to call and confirm my order if it is all correct as it is clearly strange page reloaded twice and did 2 orders in same time ,they was just happy to charge me for 2 identical orders for same address... when I checked my order it was 2 same orders paid and they said its too late as it has been paid and they said is not them fault if its 2 identical order for same address same time they will just do it...

Absolutely lovely service! Kindness goes a long way for these cooks as they sent me a goody bag for complimenting their food. 11/10 for the food and service.

Good food quick and fresh always banging

Ordered some food but never received it called the shop to enquire the worker was so rude and hang up the phone on me and telling me I should ring just eat and enquire about the delivery driver Florence fried chicken workers need a lesson on how to speak to their customers

Missed some of my items and I rang them up and they brought the same item as the other one not the one that was missing

I really do like the food from here however quite disappointing today as the peri box never came with peri fries, the fries were like oven fries, hard and stale, the dip I ordered also never came. I would order from here again as I really like the food and normally it’s not like this, please next time I order a peri box bring the peri fries& don’t forget the dip. Thank you

2nd time using this place and I have to say I'm impressed with the food very reasonable and good quality have to say by far the best kebab I've had in a long time will definitely be back in the future so glad I decided to give them a try when I was walking past one day after work xz

I always use Florence but tonight wasn’t that great ,,the coating wasn’t the same on chicken at all felt gooie we never usually leave any of this food but we did this time,,hopefully better nxt time when I order 🙂

Was travelling through the area and saw the shop from outside it looked clean and the appearance was good, went inside was met my a brother called Zee the customer service was good and he had some good banter, I order a spicy burger box meal and a non spicy burger box meal, portions were good size and the food was fresh, shop was busy but the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. Would recommend and would go again.

The app suggests that the food is delivered but the food is not delivered at all. I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this but the employee was not very helpful at all and asked me to contact Just eat directly and complain to them as the delivery driver does not work for them. I was not provided with any contact number or the mame of the driver. This is not the first time I ordered from Florence but it will definitely be the last time. I have contacted just eat for a full refund and I will also be contacting the manager at Florence to make an official complaint against the employee who is very arrogant, disrespectful and lacks customer service skills.

Fantastic delivery time. Food looks and tastes amazing. 1st time using Florence fried chicken but will definitely be order again.

Overall a disappointment. Order food here all the time and to receive the poorest customer service ever was a shock. Being ordering from this place from the start of the business and today when I questioned to a worker I never seen before about the quantity he decided that this is how much he usually gives out. I asked him nicely and explained that this is a bit different to what I usually get as the quantity of the chips is a lot more than usual so how has it gone down that much. The worker got really gobby with me and started arguing about it. I was honestly shocked as I was asking so nicely and as a customer I can only say it’s not bad to ask and question. This place has changed and I wouldn’t recommend if you want it to be worth your pennies.

I went and ordered I go here every day almost and when I was eating my burger it tasted weird and when I checked the bun there was mold on it.

It's gone abit downhill. Used to be very good but now is average at best.

This place is so hit and miss. Not because of the food really but just as to if you will actually get what you ordered. They occasionally do stuff like send donner meat and chips instead of donner meat, which is a cost difference of about £2.50 and means you get very little of what you actually wanted. The food is nice and when they deliver what you want it is very good, but it’s pot luck as to if you get what you actually ordered!

I ordered a vegetarian wrap and they gave me chicken. I haven't ate meat for 10 years and had to go hungry as I obviously couldn't eat the chicken wrap. My partners burger was dry and stale, the chicken was dry. On the brightside the mint sauce was alright. About the only thing that was.
