2nd time using this place and I have to say I'm impressed with the food very reasonable and good quality have to say by far the best kebab I've had in a long time will definitely be back in the future so glad I decided to give them a try when I was walking past one day after work xz

I always use Florence but tonight wasn’t that great ,,the coating wasn’t the same on chicken at all felt gooie we never usually leave any of this food but we did this time,,hopefully better nxt time when I order 🙂

Was travelling through the area and saw the shop from outside it looked clean and the appearance was good, went inside was met my a brother called Zee the customer service was good and he had some good banter, I order a spicy burger box meal and a non spicy burger box meal, portions were good size and the food was fresh, shop was busy but the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. Would recommend and would go again.

The app suggests that the food is delivered but the food is not delivered at all. I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this but the employee was not very helpful at all and asked me to contact Just eat directly and complain to them as the delivery driver does not work for them. I was not provided with any contact number or the mame of the driver. This is not the first time I ordered from Florence but it will definitely be the last time. I have contacted just eat for a full refund and I will also be contacting the manager at Florence to make an official complaint against the employee who is very arrogant, disrespectful and lacks customer service skills.

restaurant said it was delivered and said same on the app it was not i then rang restaurant got no joy they do not even have the delivery drivers number to contact them was told me to ring just eat to complain. which I did and was told I would get my refund I'm still waiting for it now 7 days later. very poor service from the restaurant and just eat.

I haven't had a burger in years,and I'm so glad this broke my streak.....beautiful! Fresh bun,moist burger,just faultless. Also,first time I've ever had mozeralla sticks from a takeaway that weren't hard enough to break toes. 10 out of 10.

Hamzi and Hasib are the guys to make sure your snack is made right. Pretty nice guys too. My Chicken donner wrap was muuuuch better than expected. Well spiced up meat is what I needed, and got it 100%

Didn't give drinks that come with the box meal. In peri peri box & spicy burger box advertised with Pepsi on the photo and not came with it. And when queried over the telephone they said I was wrong even though its false advertisement. Horrible customer service.

Overall a disappointment. Order food here all the time and to receive the poorest customer service ever was a shock. Being ordering from this place from the start of the business and today when I questioned to a worker I never seen before about the quantity he decided that this is how much he usually gives out. I asked him nicely and explained that this is a bit different to what I usually get as the quantity of the chips is a lot more than usual so how has it gone down that much. The worker got really gobby with me and started arguing about it. I was honestly shocked as I was asking so nicely and as a customer I can only say it’s not bad to ask and question. This place has changed and I wouldn’t recommend if you want it to be worth your pennies.

I went and ordered I go here every day almost and when I was eating my burger it tasted weird and when I checked the bun there was mold on it.

It's gone abit downhill. Used to be very good but now is average at best.

This place is so hit and miss. Not because of the food really but just as to if you will actually get what you ordered. They occasionally do stuff like send donner meat and chips instead of donner meat, which is a cost difference of about £2.50 and means you get very little of what you actually wanted. The food is nice and when they deliver what you want it is very good, but it’s pot luck as to if you get what you actually ordered!

I ordered a vegetarian wrap and they gave me chicken. I haven't ate meat for 10 years and had to go hungry as I obviously couldn't eat the chicken wrap. My partners burger was dry and stale, the chicken was dry. On the brightside the mint sauce was alright. About the only thing that was.

The quality of the food has dropped. I use to love ordering from Florence but the today when I ordered the chips were soggy and the burger didn’t taste great. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Great food and excellent service.

Ordered 5 meals came to £38 with delivery which is pretty good. All the kids enjoyed it! 2 x Double cheeseburger meals were nice ,burgers were juicy ,my son loved the double spicy chicken fillet burger! My other son had donner and chips he ate the lot! My daughter got the chicken wrap and said it was beautiful! Will definitely order again! All fresh! Cheesy chips were nice too! Plenty of cheese on them

I don't understand why they sometimes do and sometimes dont exchange items when I request them in the notes. It's the exact same thing I ask to be replaced. No coke bottle, pepsi only. How lazy do you have to be? If you can't exchange, then don't accept the order. I'd give zero if it was possible. Just for this reason.

If you looking for a good munch box then this is the place. I got 2 peri chicken munch boxes as with a friend which gives you a can, peri burger 🍔 with chips and donner meat with 3 chicken wings dipped in their own in house chilli sauce an the best bit it is only £6.50 each box. The food was very nice the only thing i wasnt too keen on was the wings didnt really like the in house sauce hence the 4 stars. Food was fresh an nice and staff were lovely, great seating area in a very busy location on leeds road in bradford. 👍 thumbs up from me.
