Been here a few times and each time has been fantastic. Good quality sandwiches, friendly staff and a wide selection of food. They offer everything from sandwiches to jacket potatoes and full cooked breakfasts. I always get a simple ham and salad sandwich and it’s always been nice. I recommend coming here if you’re looking to catch up with friends and family, looking for a quick and easy lunch or just want some place to chill and eat.

Food is below average but the worse bit is the service . Very unfriendly and makes you feel really unwelcome

My recent visit to the Flitwick Sandwich Bar turned into a disappointing experience, all thanks to a particularly unwelcoming staff member. The lady's rude behavior left me feeling insignificant and ruined my entire morning, ensuring I'll never step foot in the cafe again. I walked in with a simple request: a breakfast baguette without bacon. Instead of a pleasant interaction, I was met with condescension. She insisted that I didn't want a breakfast baguette and should order a mushroom, hash brown, sausage, and egg baguette instead – essentially, the same as what I wanted, minus the bacon. This unnecessarily confrontational response set the tone for what was to come. In an attempt to save time, I followed her recommendation. To my dismay, her attitude remained sour. It was evident from other reviews that I wasn't the only one who encountered this behavior. It's disheartening to see such a consistent attitude problem. When I decided to order a drink, the situation worsened. She scolded me for not placing the drink order earlier and deemed it too late, leaving me feeling both frustrated and unwelcome. Even during the payment process, her impatience was palpable. Despite my purchase exceeding the minimum card spend, she sighed loudly and displayed annoyance, adding insult to injury. In summary, my experience at the Flitwick Sandwich Bar was tarnished by the unwelcoming behavior of the staff member. She not only ruined my morning but also ensured that I won't return. The cafe's food might be good, but the customer experience falls drastically short due to her behavior. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent others from facing the same discourteous treatment.

Excellent value! I always prefer supporting local businesses instead of the big supermarkets and it pays off. A really tasty, huge breakfast baguette for only £3.50.

Really disappointed with my visit! I won’t be back! I had ham egg and chips, it was grand but £1 for an extra egg is a rip-off! Then as someone else pointed out the sauce bottles are filled with cheap & nasty sauce not HP or Heinz!!

Visited for the first time, food ok and fairly quick but the older lady (presumably the owner?) was quite unwelcoming and rude (as others have noted in reviews). Unsure why she would treat people like this - surely would want the business. Also the sauce pots looked several years old and we’re all sticky and greasy. All in all not a pleasant experience and won’t be going back.

Went in for a hearty breakfast while there’s nothing wrong with the food but you really are made to feel in the way I suspect the owner only likes her regulars I was made to feel most unwelcome

Went here for full breakfast. Smoky room hurts your eyes. Tea not that hot. Coffee not great. Toast arrived with butter already on. I asked for more toast as my son can't have butter. On the way out I was told that we need to pay 50p extra for a piece of toast. I said would be better not to put this on and let customers put their own on. Not very good customer service and attitude.

I always try to support local independent businesses and this is a very easy one to support. The staff are lovely and offer a range of breads and fillings to suit every taste. If you are extra hungry they do a brilliant all day breakfast - great value.

Sausage, egg, chips and beans all freshly cooked with a couple of slices of fresh wholemeal bread and butter. Washed down with a fresh coffee. Friendly staff, quiet outdoor seating area. Reasonable prices. Only disappointment was the Heinz & HP sauce bottles contents were not Heinz & HP.

To build up strength to do battle in Tesco's use this oasis to grab a tea and a bacon or cheese roll. You won't regret it.

Screaming into Flitwick jewellers we realised we were near an oasis. Cheese roll and cup of tea were terrific. We have eaten there before. Great place for a snack.

Lived in flitwick over 10 years , thought would pop in and try some breakfast , the young blonde girl was very pleasant , but the other older woman was awful felt like we was not welcome , as for the food I have had better, wouldn't go back , such a shame , they say shop local to keep small businesses going , well all I can say is if everyone is like that , then give it up , I'll spend my hard earned cash elsewhere , get booked in to charm school ,

Young blonde girl that works there is lovely and smiley however the older woman (maybe the owner) is very rude and unpleasant. Other people I know have said the same. Place could be great but she ruins it and makes the atmosphere of the place horrible.Food is normal cafe food.

The sun is shining, a pint of moretti, and a cheese and ham baguette with chips. All served with a smile. The baguette was fresh and still warm. 😀 recommend popping in.

- Sells nice drinks including milkshakes and frappes. They have a nice variety of drinks.- Food is average at best, best to just get a drink from there rather then to eat there as it is a small business.- Staff is welcoming and friendly.- Comfortable seats to enjoy a drink.-Not enough staff working at Coffee Licious, and that can cause a bit of fuss

Our 3rd consecutive visit here. The food is freshly prepared, fish and seafood dishes are the best we've experienced. The tiramisu is to die for! Service was excellent, chef even prepared dish without garlic for my mum - quite difficult when eating Italian!

Typical Wetherspoons, like a TARDIS, small on the outside but large on the inside, with lots of space and tables scattered around the building. Only popped in for breakfast as I was visiting the area. Service good and fast.
