Food greasy, cold, grey. Very poor in every way.

Food is always delivered hot. The kebabs are amazing with a lovely salad. They serve the best chips!

Eesh, very poor. Undercooked, brown coloured chips with a really unpleasant old oily taste. Some of them were cold inside. Cicken shish kebab seemed like it was out of a packet. Looked like carved roast chicken, coated in a processed tasting sauce and reheated. Pitta and salad was nice though. Disappointing and best avoided I'd say.

Very disappointed. Easy to order but when I ordered a small amount of food on top of paying a service charge and delivery they forgot the jumbo sausage and then took another 30 mins for it to be replaced. Won’t be using them again. Chips looked like the had been refryed

Ordered Fish and Chips tonight what a waste of time. Chips were cold and soggy and the fish was swimming in grease which was unpleasant to look at and was not eaten. Quite a few of the chips were over cooked bordering on nearly being dark brown. My son’s food was missing garlic sauce. That is the last three meals ordered which had something wrong with them so will not be using them again

All of our chips were overcooked and dry. The chip wrap was soggy and and the ketchup had soaked into everything. My daughter couldnt eat it, so it was wasted. The cod however was lovely.

Great portions, had a delivery numerous times now, never dissatisfied, mixed kebab , chicken kebab all lovely, fish and chips never oily like some place, great sizes on curry sauce and mussy peas. (Although forgot one portion this time) overall very good! 👍

Decently priced and fills the hole when you are hungry with decent and quick food. Plenty of nice meat in the Shish Kebabs and Fish & Chips generously sized for a regular! Now the Staff are even better than the food: Lost my wallet in the shop, one of the employee's Mahdi went out of his way to return it. Wouldn't accept any money for it's return being a very humble man, lovely to see they are still some great people out there! Top bloke and takeaway! Will definitely be going back many more times! 5 x Stars!

Delivery was hot and very speedy with uber eats. Unfortunately chips were horrible. Keebab was 'OK' and lots of it which was good. Burgers looked nice but tasted yukky so we threw most of it away especially the chips. Sorry won't be ordering again.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being told my delivery was made, I went into the shop over 2hrs from the point I ordered, just so happens the "delivery woman" was there and lied to my face saying she delivered it to me, she also lied to her bosses at the same time. She knows she didn't deliver the food, she was definitely built for comfort and not speed. To be fair the manager did sort it out after the rest of his staff were rude to me and told me to leave the shop, for that I thank him, however it was a terrible experience and I'd never recommend anyone to order food via them for delivery, the delivery driver would probably eat it. If you are passing by have a look through the window, she's probably drinking the chip fat oil

It doesn't matter if you phone an order. The girl gets confused easily and so does the bloke working next to her. I phoned and got the return call to pick up. When i arrived they all looked confused when i told them i was there to collect and pay for my order. I was made to wait half an hour for the damn food because evidently it wasn't ready. On arrival at home i got another phone call asking why i hadn't come to collect. Really?????? Not the best i'm afraid. Tried flippers again on 5/9/23 the lamb kebab meat tasted like a reheat and the chips were inedible. I don't just mean they were disgusting but they were actually VILE. White and hard as if dropped in bleach, i'm undecided whether this place is conciously ignoring food standards. I work as a food hygiene professional and believe me this is going to go further. Flippers are in serious danger of killing someone and that's not an overstatement. They need to take a serious look at their standards .

Worst takeaway ever,if you are on holiday in the area like I am with my family then avoid this place.The food is so greasy and tasteless,mine and my sons burger were that greasy even the bun was covered in it.My wife had mixed kebab meat and chips and my other son a doner wrap,the meat on both was swimming in grease and my daughter had a garlic pizza bread and chips.I don't know how this place is still in business serving up junk like the five meals we had

BEST FISH AND CHIPS IN WESTON! I Ordered a large lamb donner meat and a large cod and chips, it is honestly the best I have ever had in weston this is our new takeaway for fish and kebab. 1 million times better than papas can ever do and better than any kebab house in weston, I would 100% recommend to anyone even the curry sauce that came with it was phenomenal honestly best I've ever had and will be coming back very regularly.

Disgusting food! Chicken wings were so hard I couldn't cut them with a butchers knife! All overcooked. I ordered donner and chips and it came with no donner meat and the chips were undercooked and raw. It was all inedible. Don't waste your money here.

Always order here. Nice fat chunky chips, lovely kebabs, portion sizes great. Very fast delivery, staff always smile and nice on delivery. Very accommodating. Didnt have drink i ordered ordered, phoned me and explained and received extra can as a bonus. 10/10 from me.

Alas this once great place has gone from the 5 stars I gave it 2 months ago to very poor, underwhelming shadow of former itself. The once great food is now either over cooked, burnt or lacking. Chip portions have now become a disgrace and the bun for burger was pretty disgusting and had half the normal servings of kebab in it. Have given them their third chance tonight before changing this review but as a business they have clearly given up, and in return I’ve had my last meal here. Sorry guys you need to think about your good customers as you lost a loyal regular one tonight with the junk you just served me - 40 minutes after the latest expected delivery I might add! I’ll be walking 3 doors up to your competitors

I have tried this place several times and I was happy with the quality and portion sizes. The pizza was tasty and not greasy.

4 full meals and sides plus drinks and a free bottle for £24 plus quality was excellent and no big wait more established well known businesses best take note !!!

Ordered a pizza from here which was quite disappointing. It arrived barely warm and the cheese had either been cooked longer than it should have been or had been left out. It was like a piece of pizza for the next day with the cheese on the topping going hard. Not somewhere I'll be ordering from again
