I came with my family and was served by Alicia . She was so professional and helped me with my needs . Went above and beyond to make me feel at ease . Food was amazing and the soft drink option was really good . Thank you for a pleasant visit

What a lovely friendly environment. Was seen by a girl called Alicia . Who not only was very professional when I had a problem with my order she was very prompt to get this resolved for me . Absolute credit to the team . Food was incredible. Was a little sad my favorite doughnut wasn’t there but had a delightful replacement desert. Definitely be coming back here again . Came here with a a group of friends and was astounded by the service it was the best out of any pub I’ve visited in Southampton the staff had a brilliant attitude and were super friendly Very pleased

We stopping by the Fleming Arms on our way home and had two great meals. The mixed grill was great value with generous portions of chicken, gammon and steak. The Hungry Horse deserved 5* for friendly staff and great value for money quality meals. Please see the photo. Us two hungry horses left well satisfied.

First time trying the steak sizzler meal came out hot and tasted delicious, Great service from a waitress named Alicia she was so friendly and ensured we were all happy with our meals and checked a few times if there was anything else we needed. Very happy with the meal and service will go again :)

We received excellent service this evening, the staff were very friendly and the food came out really fast and was Devine.

Family meal of 7, good service and food. Advised as we ordered maybe a wait for food and told how long. But food arrived all together and in half the time we were advised. All in all good service and well cooked food.

Why is it a wine Wednesday £7.99 a bottle on selected wine the red and white wines are often unavailable? We as a group go to the Flemings on a Wednesday for a meal and drinks. Also on the last 3 visits no wine glasses! If l drink wine l don’t expect to drink it in a gin glass. This is happening too often and needs to be addressed. To top it all we waited to order food and was told there would be a 30 minute wait which was fine but just as we were about to order the chef had walked out !! We left and had a nice meal at the White Swan. The staff at the Flemings are generally good . The management need to look into the issues raised.

I go to Fleming Arms reasonably regularly with friends and family. The staff members are really friendly and it's offers decent VFM. The food isn't the best in the world, but it isn't claiming to be (and the prices don't reflect that either)! Instead, it is comfortable and friendly with a good selection of no/low alcoholic beers and decent food. I always ask before sitting down in case there is anything on the menu not currently available, just in case, but that's a personal preference.

Great friendly staff and scrumptious food at really good prices. We’ve been coming a while, every meal has been super and served with a smile.

Terrible time tonight, order food at 7.00, stater came out which really nice, the restaurant wasn't busy at all, we waited a further 55 mins for our main to come, so we asked for a refund, the poor staff had to search for the manager for the refund, I don't believe in food waste, whilst the refund was being processed the food came out, but unfortunately to late! The server was going to check hoe long it was going to be 10mins earlier, but he failed to come back. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

I went with friends and family ages 4-60 and it catered for us all. Great food and service. Lovely staff - Kacey and Jamie. Highly recommend for all.

I would love to give this pub a 5* review as it’s a great venue however every time I visit, they either do not have half of the food available on the menu or the drinks are out of stock. The manager should really try and keep ontop of this. There is however one guy who works there that is great ( I don’t know his name) but he will go out of his way to ensure you have the best experience whilst constantly apologising which he shouldn’t have to do, we know it’s not his fault and he should not be put in this situation. The staff turnover always seems a high turnover which probably does not help

Kacey is brilliant always there like a tasmanian devil. Friendly and fun making for a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend The Fleming.

Came here last week for a couple of pints with the lads. Have to say I have nothing bad to say, splendid service especially from one of the waiters, Jose. Would 100% recommend this pub for drinks on a night out.

I dined here with my other half on the 4th of march and the food and service was spectacular. I was served by Jose, he was polite and quick to answer any of my queries. Well trained staff!!!

Found our experience today really good as had WiFi issues today logging into an app I generally use and the bar person Curtis was really helpful at sorting out the issues I was having in gaining access to this particular app so I could my discount.

I visited a Hungry Horse restaurant in Swindon a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. So I thought I would treat my daughter and 3 grandchildren to lunch. That was a mistake. I had exactly the same meal as previously but the steak and ale pie was very disappointing. The pastry was very soggy and possibly not even fully cooked. The peas were cold. One of my granddaughters saw that I hadn’t eaten my peas and asked if she could have them. She had already had some peas with her meal and said they were lovely. She took half a mouthful of mine and almost spat them out and said they were totally different to what she had eaten. The chips were just about passable. The restaurant was quite busy and they seemed to not have enough staff available. My youngest grandchild had a children’s meal which included a dessert. It was over 40 minutes after we had all finished our mains, and two requests to staff before her dessert arrived. Next time we visit Southampton it will be lunch at Ikea. At least theirs are consistent.

The staff were amazing and the food was out of this world. Very quick and friendly. Will definitely be revisiting. My steak was cooked to perfection and was extremely tasty.
