i've only had one takeaway from here so far; Highway Kukkar. Absolutely delicious flavour, especially with chicken on the bone! Will be back to try more dishes in future.

Have had a few takeaways from here. India Takeaway hasn’t disappointed us. You can taste the fresh ingredients and every curry looks and tastes different. Karahi, Balti and Highway Kukkar a firm favourite! If you like a good Indian curry, this is a must try.

I ordered for the first time last night. The food arrived within 45 minutes of ordering online. I live about 10-15 minutes away by car from the restaurant. The delivery driver was friendly and shook my hand. When I opened the bag, all the food I ordered was there. When I tasted the food, WOW. I've eaten a lot of curries in my time but this one was the best by miles. I ordered the Coconut Lamb Curry, Mushroom Rice and Aloo Palak. Normally I can't really detect any distinct spices or flavours in a curry or the. It's quite a monotonous taste. But this one was different. I could taste all sorts of different spices and flavours in every bite and it was absolutely delicious. My friend upstairs remarked that he could smell the pleasant aromas from upstairs and that he wanted to order as a result. The rice and Aloo Palak were also so good that I felt I could eat them on their own if I ordered them. There was nothing bland about them, and there was no sense of the chef trying to cover up blandness by making it overly spicy that you often get with curries. This was not one of those curries you have to drink anything with to cool down a burning mouth. The only negative I have to say is the level of oil used was too much. Don't get me wrong, the entire order was delicious but the curry was swimming in orange oil, which cannot be good for the cardiovascular system, and it's a shame because I really felt like the many different ingredients are great for health benefits. That said, I will only ever order curry from here in future. It's second to none.

Don't think I have seen this place open for ages. And the last place that was there was noted and arrested for food poisoning so that says it all I reckon! 😝👎👎
