We have been using Flavours for many years both for delivery and eating in their restaurant and over all those years we have never been disappointed. Tonight’s delivery meal was lovely and more than we could devour so thank you Flavours both for the quality of your meal and its content. You achieve such a high standard so keep up the good work.

We went here this evening for the first time. We had been when the restaurant was under previous ownership and it was not very good so we had avoided going there. This evening we decided to try it. We are so glad we did. The staff are great, friendly, efficient and easy to chat to. The menu is amazing...it took me ages to decide what to have. The food was excellent, different and extremely tasty! We will certainly go again...thanks to the staff and cooks for a great meal!

The food is excellent every time we go and the staff are really friendly and polite. We go here regularly, every dish you order is a different texture and colour and so flavoursome. It’s the best Indian food for miles, anyone passing through Bromsgove for business or pleasure must give it a visit you won’t be disappointed.

We are regulars at this restaurant and it has the most amazing food in Bromsgrove. There is a wide variety of unique and unusual dishes, the quality is exceptional and the portion size is generous. The staff are fabulous, always have time for us and our family with nothing being too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

We had another take a way from our favoured curry restaurant. The food it great and plenty of it. It is difficult for us to get out to eat so their take a way service is excellent, lovely people, nothing to much trouble for them.

Extremely poor excuses for what they serve as curry. More like watered down stew. Every dish taste the same and all taste like gravy without the spice. Poor food and i know my currys are better. Cant wait to open my place and take away all your trade.

Ordered in Just Eat and added some special instructions. Total cost was over £40 and it instructions were ignored. Eat in the restaurant from time to time and always good service. Almost seems they don’t care about delivery orders as this is not the first time

I don't know how these places still get away with serving base gravy as curries! I have bought several different flavours and all are the same. Als Kitchen on you tube shows how to make curry properly and after making hundreds of curries from Als kitchen and everyone raving about how delicious they are...I have to say save your money and make your own. Or buy Asda ones as they taste the same as Flavours curries.

Only recently tried Flavours. Amazing food. Great service, the staff are always super friendly. This is now our go to place if out in Bromsgrove.

Visted the restaurant in December last year for a family birthday party, omg waited 2 hours for main meal, when it arrived it was cold,one member of the party left, with food to reheat when he returned home, has had children with him, service just absolutely awful,

Good food served here. Was recommended to try the chicken tower and the salmon tikka by a friend who's been here before. The only drawback and I wasn't imoreseed at all, was the waiter who served me and my family. His whole demeanour was sub-standard. His uniform was not clean, cuffs were dirty, and trousers were stained and were noticeable to other customers who made comments about this.

Decent curry and cobra for a catch up with mates. Food was tasty and spice levels were good. Was busy and service was not pushy

Excellent take away food. Have sat in before but on this occasion we were celebrating the new year with family so wanted to eat at home. The food was really tasty and the staff very friendly. Good value for money. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Second time going and both times service was awful even though there were a lot of staff on. Thought we’d give it a second chance as sometimes things don’t go to plan. This time waited half an hour for drinks to arrive and over an hour for starters to arrive meanwhile large bags of takeaway food was continuously going out for delivery. Ordered other drinks and had to ask several times where our drinks were. It’s a treat to go out for a meal with the cost for of everything at the moment and this night was not a treat. Once we had the food it was very good but will not be going back.

I’m a frequent customer and the food is always great but on this occasion my server was filthy, his clothes were dirty and it’s not a very good look for the restaurant. Doesn’t do the restaurant justice as everything else was great

Went a group of friends, never been here before, but glad we did. The service was very good, they were keen to interact with us, and recommend dishes that would suit all tastes The portions were generous and very tasty. There so many Indian restaurants, but to us this is one of the best around

Shocking service! Booked up for Christmas lunch, two months before. Service on the day was shocking. We and others were left waiting! Even food wasn’t up to standard. Very disappointed!

We where considering visiting this restaurant but thought we would try a takeaway first. What a mistake. Phoned at 5pm to order the meal. Delivery promise 6pm. We waited. 6. 20 I telephoned, left message, rung again at 6.30 a finally got someone, they apologised and blamed chef lateness, 7pm promised, another returned call apologising and said it would be 7pm, 7pm came and went, constantly looking for the Delivery, finally arrived 7 15, no apology, food was lukewarm, not brilliant, needless to say we won't be revisiting this restaurant. Very poor

The food we ordered was excellent - the papadums were crisp and fresh, the parathas beautiful and buttery and the main meals and sides wonderfully flavoursome. The portions were also plentiful! The staff are friendly and conversational, plus we received a free brandy each, although I’m not sure if that’s because it was a Sunday and we were the only diners (their main trade that night seemed to be takeaway deliveries and collections judging by the phone calls and customers coming in to get their food). I would certainly go there again if I’m ever in the Bromsgrove area.

Always enjoyed the food here, but last evening very poor. Waited 50 mins for meal to arrive! Its obvious that the preference is being given to the takeout collection service, which had a string of people in and out all evening! Wont be going back...

This has to be the best indian food i have eaten, and as a brummie i have eaten lots of indian food. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. You must go there and try because i promise you you will not go...

Went with family and was shocked at how packed it was. There was no difference in seating than before coronavirus. There were just the same amount of people packed in as before the pandemic. We had people either side of us less than 2 feet away and that's unacceptable with the covid situation. There was no track and trace, no distancing between tables, no screens between tables, salt,pepper pots etc not sanatized. There was a waiter that wore his mask on his chin, coughed into his hand before serving the food plates. Even though we all like coming here we will not be returning. If you are vulnerable or old please don't go as this environment is the exact reason why this virus is spreading so quickly and causing businesses into lock down

Food was very good and handy to have the licensed bar. Service was pretty decent too and friendly. Decor is ok but could be uplifted a bit. Minor thing.

Me and my partner had no issues booking a Saturday night table. Although the location is not in Birmingham, I was surprised at the lack of COVID measures in place. No staff were wearing masks, some staff were wearing gloves but not others, it didn’t fill us with confidence so unfortunately we decided to leave before ordering a main. When asking about track and trace measures we were told this is optional, which is pointless. Also no sign of hand gel on arrival. I will say the seating was very spaced out which was ideal. I’d consider returning if the restaurant would put more measures in place to ease people like myself who have been affected during this pandemic.

Always excellent food whether eating in, take-away or home delivery! Very popular, so Friday & Saturday nights you need to boork or expect a worthwhile wait for take-aways!!

Managed to get a last minute booking here for Saturday night. So glad we did! The food was gorgeous, the staff were attentive and the restaurant was modern and clean. Would definitely return. Excellent food and excellent value for money. We’ve found a gem here!

Visited 8.30 pm Friday evening when we realised our first choice restaurant was not licenced. The staff were happy to find a table, we instantly felt comfortable and the aromatic smells really got the taste buds going. The menu was varied with all the usual dishes & a lot we hadn't heard of before. We tried something different & were not disappointed. Excellent standard of food. Waiters were pleasant & not intrusive. Restaurant was bright & comfortable with a good atmosphere. I would recommend.

It is the first time we have visited this restaurant and we enjoyed the food very much - it is definitely a cut above the typical balti house in terms of food quality. We were just slightly disappointed at the waiting times for food and, in particular, for the bill at the end of the meal. It was quite busy but when we were waiting for the bill the delay was due to staff standing talking. We will definitely return but hope the service is a bit better!

We ordered several dishes and from the starters through to the mains it was evident that most of the dishes were made with the same sauces and not a true reflection of what was written on the menu!

Staying at the nearby HI, ventured here for my dinner, staff throughout were friendly and helpful, started with a nice cold bottle of Indian lager and some spicy hot popadoms whilst choosing from the interesting menu. The place had a great atmosphere and was pretty busy.My starter of scallops was extremely tasty and a good sized portion, my main of mixed meat kebabs, which they changed a bit for me as I do not eat lamb, was served with a nan bread and I added some rice, again really tasty, a another beer and a lovely glass of dry house wine, was just under £35,00 very good value and will certainly return when next in bromsgrove.

We were advised to try this restaurant. So so glad we did great service food was fabulous tried a range of meals all were well cooked and prepared. We ordered ectra later on and the sevice was quick and piping hot. Go give it a whirl you won't be disappointed.

We visited last weekend party of 12 We were refused an itemised bill and told that we could tot it up ourselves if we wanted a breakdown ! When we explained this was unacceptable the staff got quite rude and mildly aggressive , end of story we threatened trading standards as things had clearly been added to our bill !One of our party had said she had had this with them before.Eventually after some hassle from management they knocked £100 off a £300 bill to not take this further , it’s not that we didn’t want to pay they simply refused itemised bill as couldn’t explain where the ‘’extras ‘’ had come from ! Be wary and ask for an itemised bill

Delicious food, great service and atmosphere. We turned up on speck one Friday evening and couldn't get in. This is a popular place and with the great choice and tasty food, make sure you book if you decide to go.

Excellent and value for money, our second visit and will return. Portions a little to big for us do went home with Doggie Bag !!

Food is always top quality. There had been plenty of meat or seafood in every dish I have tried. Great portion sizes and discounted menu for takeaway orders.

Booked for 15 of us for Christmas party very quick on getting for food ready and out too us for a large group. Waiters were brilliant and food was excellent!!!

Last week we went for a meal with work collegues and had a great laugh with a slim long hair waiter who was absolute entertainer.. food was late waited for long time but was kept entertained... excellent service by him (aj) --- well recommended

I love the food from flavours, it is hands down the best Indian in Bromsgrove HOWEVER they have yet to get a takeaway right and I think we’ve ordered about 8 in the last few years. There is always at least 1-2 items missing! If you’re going out to eat I would recommend going. If you’re ordering a takeaway don’t bother as only half your meal will turn up and they aren’t great at rectifying.

Been to Flavours a number of times, Although not the cheapest of restaurants the food has always been very good ! Unfortunately they were struggling to cope. It was a very busy night for the whole town but having waited for an hour for our starter you could see takeaways still flying out of the door !!! It would (you would have thought) been better to look after their seated patrons and told those on the phone that they`d have to wait ......

Great restaurant - good selection of both not seen before dishes and the traditional favourites - asked the waiter about some of the specials and he explained them all to me - had an excellent meal, service was good, food came promptly and the bill was very reasonable.

This place is very good, but it's a letdown if what you really want to order is not on the menu,and the next option, is not up to scratch,the Yorkshire pudding would be better with a bit of veg, pudding is nice.

Have visited the Indian for many months now and the food is always up to a high standard, has the right mix of flavours and good portion to fill me up. Have not found many places in the area that have such a good standard of food. As i mentioned in other reviews i was brought up in the Indian food industry and can always tell when corners are cut but here the meat tastes fresh not pre-made, the sauces are balanced and taste how they should and the portions and price fits well. Obviously not Michelin level but well above the quality of nearly all Indian restaurants in the area I have tried which would be all in Droitwich and several in Worcester, another in Bromsgrove and many in Birmingham. Highly recommend!

Best Indian I’ve ever had, tried the wife’s too and it was amazing. Not life changingly new or different but hands-down, tastiest version of both curries ever. Eaten in Indian restaurants in countless places and they all taste slightly different but for my tastes, everything was spot on. Service was great, already left a tip and the server was still chatting away nice and friendly and just felt dead genuine. All I’m saying is.....never lose your Chef coz that guy/gal is what makes this place absolutely stand-out! Thank you!!!!!

We rang on same day to book a table for a large group. We were 19 and the service was excellent. All dishes we ordered were delicious and food served as a group. It was very reasonable. Excellent choice for an Indian.

We were staying in Droitwich down the road and had read the great reviews of this restaurant. Cooking time was not quick, but good Indian cooking never is. Jingha pathia was superb as was all the other meals our party of four had. (two minor gripes, the onion pickle served with the poppadoms did not taste very fresh and our soft drinks could have been served colder) All in all a very good meal was enjoyed by all.

We were squeezed in at 8pm on a Saturday night even though we hadn’t booked.

Food was devine and all staff was very friendly and helpful, food came out piping hot and drinks were served quick

We came here after a night out in bromsgrove and thought we would come to here as last time we tried there was no tables available and I am glad we came back the food was fantastic we both had starters and main they where brilent staff was realy freindly and will definitely be returning soon

A large group of us went here last evening and the food was lovely the only thing that put us off was a thin waiter who i think may be fairly new kept sniffing and coughing into his hands then picking our food up. I wouldnt mind if it was just little sniffs but they were those awful deep sniffs ( you know exactly what i mean without putting it into words) it kept making my wife heave. This NEEDS to be sorted as it is spoiling the whole dining experience for people. Yuk. I would like to say i would go again but i dont know if i could with the back ground noise as it was almost constant. Its a shame because he was a really pleasant man

Paid a visit here on Saturday night, 6 people in our party. No complaints with the food which was very nice, but the service left a bit too be desired. Miserable looking staff, no manners when at the table, leaning across with no "excuse me". Also trying to refuse to take order for drinks before last orders were called. I don't think we will be returning.

Visited here as had often driven passed to so thought we would give it a try. The service is quiet passive and unobtrusive which is really nice. The food was excellent, I had the salmon Tikka starter which was delicious and he lamb shank main for the quality I would say these offered excellent value for money, the only comment would be make the portions a little smaller. Been to flavours countless times now for a variety of different occasions from work night outs to couples dates.

I used to swear by Flavours, have been going to the Chennai as my first choice curry house but thought id give Flavours a chance again for eat in and thought it might just be a one off bad one on the night, had a take out last night and it was terrible again. To top it off i have been ill all today so wont be going back unfortunately.Maybe they changed the chef? Also what i believe to be the manager there was fairly rude and abrupt. Its a no from me

We have used this restaurant regularly and it is very popular so you do need to book. You are reminded that you only get 2 hours but it is morte than enough time. The food is very good , but some of tyhe staff not all just need to imporve their customer service, not in trems of speed but valuing customers.

Flavours is our local for takeaways. Food is delicious but comes at the price of poor customer service. Calling through is difficult and drivers expect tips (have been hostile). Have had one issue with food in the past which was sorted straight away.

Our new favourite Indian restaurant - food absolutely delicious! Staff are very polite and friendly and service is very efficient. It's always a lovely treat to dine here. Also they have a good selection of drinks including cocktails.

I usually use a different Indian restaurant in Bromsgrove but decided to give this one a try following some positive recommendations. The food was very good and prices reasonably. The staff member taking the order pointed out that if I spent a little more then 25% would be taken off the order.The other great thing about the meal was the portion sizes which far exceed any other takeaway in the area. Looking forward to finishing my meal midweek!

had a delivery takeaway from here while visiting Bromsgrove.used this place on a Saturday night. popped in around 2000 while having a few beers in pubs around the town. said we wanted a delivery for later back top our hotel. they were happy to do our order and then deliver it for the time we wanted (2230). we said we would only need a quick look at the menu as we know what we order. for a new place we always order chicken vindaloo and king prawn Dansak. our waiter had a fairly good grasp of English. we paid in advance to save messing with money when it was delivered.move forward to us being back in hotel. had call to say driver was on his way. so that i could meet him in hotel reception. nice driver who handed over the food and left.thanks to Premier Inn we had plates, spoons and forks in our room. my chicken vindaloo was tasty, spicy and lovely tender chicken. spot on for a vindaloo and for once i ate most of it. rice was usual pileau so not much can wrong with this.king prawn Dansak had plenty of prawns which were cooked well, soft and moist. in fact more than the wife could eat so i helped her with a few!!!we were very surprised that they didn't do spicy poppadoms. when ordering we were told they didn't do any. we asked why and he said not much call for them in Bromsgrove, well i never some weird people must live there lol.food was great, service in the restaurant great and we both enjoyed it thoroughly.when we are back in Bromsgrove we will en-devour to try a sit down meal in there.

Got take away from here It was delivered to my daughter house they charged me 10 pound over the cost My daughter rang to say we where over charged No apology rude manger only short of saying we where liars Half hour later the bloke that deliver it gave the 10 pound back with out a reason no sorry nothing We rang the shop to ask if we where not over charged why did the delivery bloke bring 10 pound back So before you give the money check the prices As you be treated as your the liar would not ever buy from here again rude

So glad my husband and I tried this place. Easily the best Indian restaurant in the Bromsgrove area - we've visited the majority. My husband had the shoulder of lamb in balti (meat was so well cooked it was falling off the bone -delicious) and I had the Flavours special chicken tikka. Really great quality food. We definitely plan to visit again.

Normally go to another Indian restaurant in Bromsgrove but for a change we tried another restaurant.I can honestly say the food was amazing and beautifully presented. Service was efficient and friendly. Although I did feel a little rushed at the beginning as the starter came as we were still eating poppadoms. But not a major issue. The food though was wonderful and a large selection of dishes.Will definitely be back.
