Four of us, all family, breakfasted at Flapjacks on Monday morning and aren’t we glad we did. The breakfast was perfect with thick white hot buttered toast, runny eggs, lovely crispy bacon and, in fact, everything was lovely. Our Cousins hope to move to Freckleton and if they do we look forward to visiting regularly.

Great food and service as always. I can honestly say we’ve never had a disappointing experience here, the staff are friendly and attentive and it’s always great value and quality.

The lady serving was extremely rude, slouched on counter with her back to us and said "What do we want!" I started to order and my autistic son changed his mind to which she tutted and shook her head. The other staff luckily were lovely especially the lady wearing glasses. The food and drink were also nice, shame this one lady let them down.

I can recommend the Lasagne with a side salad. Delicious. Michelle and Joellen are always courteous and helpful. The sandwiches are very good as well, all fresh ingredients. They do a good breakfast too.

After visiting Gabriella's (same business owners) across the road and being informed that they had no breakfasts available at midday (wtf) we decided to visit Black Sheep and regretfully I won't be returning. Order placed relatively simply but this is when it went wrong. Waitress took our drinks to wrong table. Waited overly long for breakfast which was also taken to the wrong table. Then no cutlery. No offer of sauces or salt and pepper. I had to go and collect cutlery from another table. Food was cold, poached egg overcooked, bacon undercooked, toast buttered (I'd like to choose whether I have my toast buttered). Honestly was incredibly poor and we chose a local business over Wetherspoons up the way. AVOID!

Great little bar in Lytham. Cosy in winter and a fabulous place to sit and sip wine outside in summer. Excellent service.
