Firstly, the food was 35 minutes late so arrived freezing cold. When I called to find out where the delivery was, the man on the phone was extremely rude - basically telling me to be patient. (Why are you telling people delivery times if you are incapable of sticking to them!) When we finally got the food, the pizza was burnt and tasteless. The garlic bread tasted like a frozen one from Aldi.. the dough was uncooked and powdery. The chips were soggy and the colour of some of them was questionable to say the least. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked and hard as a rock. I had a very upset 9 year old that was looking forward to this as a treat…. And she ate nothing. I certainly won’t be ordering from you again… how you even think sending out food in this state is acceptable is beyond me.

We often use this fast food place as it WAS amazing Well tonight I placed an order at 6:15 and they never told me a time or how much.. 7:15 they said it had left the shop .. after 60+ calls. by 8pm I still haven’t had it.. By the time It came it’s wasn’t the best, the chips had black things in, there was no apology at the door:P Won’t be going back anytime soon

Usually ok food. Don’t order that often and definitely won’t be again. We found 4 grey hairs in our chips, really hope we didn’t miss any. Yuk

This used to be our favourite takeaway. The last few orders have been a let down in quality. You keep ordering hoping it’ll be as good as previously. But tonight, they forgot half the order, so I had to phone and ask where it was. 45 minutes later it arrived. Not good enough.

I have had takeaways from here many times and always found them to be great. I don't know what's gone wrong but I wouldn't use them again. Only half my order was delivered on the last two occasions and to be told that the remainder was forgotten and will be with me half an hour later is unacceptable i'm afraid. Delivery drivers are excellent and very polite but whoever puts the orders out, needs to be fired !!

Meal for 2 takeaway. Prawn puree, extremely hot spice wise. 2 x curries asked for mild and medium were again extremely hot spiced. Excessive oil in all food including the rice. The nan was stodgy. Asked for no salad and extra mango and onion for popadoms. Totally ignored. Shame really as previous meals were fine but just lately really poor. Might be our last meal with them especially after lockdown is over. Buck your ideas up gentlemen or you'll have no customers.The only reviews on their website are 8 months old. Says a lot.

A last minute takeaway - ordered online - wasn’t sure what to expect! We ordered a curry meal deal and chips in masala sauce and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in ages - really tasty and very generous portions - I would highly recommend!!

Disgustingly rude staff who have conversations about your order and when you confront them about why it’s so odd to have beans with chips and cheese, they say “I wasn’t talking to you”! Customer service is not their strong point... if, indeed, they have any strong points. A dive of a takeaway that I wouldn’t visit again if I was starving to death.

Ordered food for delivery in Barlaston. Food arrived cold, the chips were soggy and the chicken was pink. Vile. Do not order from here. Complete waste of money

Had a number of takeaways now from Flames and all have been really good. The Kofteh in Nan with Chilli sauce is an absolute favourite. The menu is vast, so much to choose from. Wouldn't hesitate having something from here again.

Went here as a last minute late night meal after checking into hotel. Got a family bucket that was ideally for 4 people. There were only two of us and we barely ate half. Good quick polite serve x also very tasty xx

I visited flames last night and picked up a takeaway for my girlfriend and I. i had a value box and she had a small pizza. we both woke up this morning with upset stomachs and throwing up every 30 minutes.

I entered flames kebab house stone , and couldn't believe how dirty and greasy it was inside , the ceiling , the ovens and light fittings .6 Asian males standing around handling food with no gloves on , disgusting shop .I ordered a large kebab and salad and a burger it came to 13 pounds ! When l got home it was cold , no salad and the burger was rank .Its needs food standards to visit the place , I will contact them shortly !!Please avoid !!

Had a Mixed Kebab, The Chicken was burnt and the Donner Meat a bit anaemic. The bits of Chicken that weren't burnt were nice.

I did order from here at least twice a week spending £240 plus per month not a y.for its gone crap cold food don't get what you ask for 2 hr wait for delivery

17/2/2018 asked for a mild chicken dansak came and it was so hot the guy from man verses food wouldn’t eat it! We have had this problem with them about a year ago avoid using them 2/10 rating that’s being nice! There are lots of takeaways in stone try them first. I hope this helps people

I went and had a kebab here and asked for salad on it but without saying anything, when I got home, no salad. Ok so they may have run out but still, why didn’t they say. It just went down hill from here, the meat looked half cooked, sauces were cheap and nasty and the pitta bread wasn’t much better. Seriously awful food, so do yourself a favour and try somewhere, anywhere for that matter, else as it will be better than this place.... avoid!
