FLAME PERI PERI CHICKEN in South Somerset

Not the easiest place to get to but only a minute walk from several car parks. Diner seating layout. Good selection on the menu. I went for Chicken burger and chips (rice offered as an alternative) meal deal with a drink. Cooked while I waited so it was fresh before the drive home. Couldn't fault the burger and the chips were tasty and stayed crisp.

Chicken did not taste right, just blunt, binned it . Very disappointed as this is not the first Time its happened. Really wanted to support but uuumm

It's really nice, chicken. I have not tried much else from here because the chicken is always lush. Service is good, very friendly staff and always service with a smile. Definitely go here for your peri peri chicken!

Their food is always tasty every single time. Delivery is fast aswell even on busy nights.

We went yesterday night, even though it was near to closing time. They had served every thing quickly. All the dishes were great. I will definitelygive 10 out of 10.

Left my 2 year old at home and got back just in time for his graduation. Don't think I've ever waited so long for a food order. The fries were good, drinks were nice and cold. The chicken could have done with more flavour. Overall, okay, they just need to speed up service!

A real gem, great friendly service, great menu and really generous portions. This place is spot on if you’re a chicken fan plus ample room inside to sit down. Much better than the places at the bottom of town.

Piping hot & delicious chicken punctual delivery to our swim at Pavyotts Mill Fishery. Not had a poor experience yet.

Paid £8 for a burger came with no cheese or salad and looks disgusting. They said I didn’t select salad even though there was a no salad option I didn’t even click it. The options were EXTRA salad. They didn’t offer me a refund

First time ever we have tried Flame PP. We were not disappointed. It arrived on time and hot . Ordered the mild half chicken meal. Chicken was tender moist and very very tasty. Plenty of chips and loads of meat. The chicken wasnt one of those scrawny chickens you sometimes get , this was full flavour meaty chicken. Will be ordering again and spreading the good word about this place

I have used peri peri twice in early 2021 and on both occasions have found the food to exceed expectations. Its good quality, hot, generous portions, fresh, and well presented / packaged for delivery. They have also won over the kids, who inform me they don't want Maccy D's any more!!... My only slight quibble is that both of our orders were requested for delivery 'in 1 hour' when placed, and both times the food turned up within 30minits!. Luckily I was in to take receipt and was not pre ordering dinner whilst still traveling home myself as I sometimes do!...

Came here with a group of friends to eat in and it was very impressive. Great prices, short wait and great tasting food. Only thing that could improve Flame in the future would be maybe some more interior design and restaurant space, as it felt more like a takeaway than we had expected.

Well after living in and around London and being used to Peri Peri up-rise and now it has come to Yeovil which is great break from Nandos. The chicken is to a quiet dry chicken but heavy enough on the sauce to cover that. The extra hot sauce we bought seperate is more sweet based than a Peri style chilli sauce with seeds and oil with not much showing of garlic this is a franchise sold hot sauce clearly and not something home made with prices like that. the passion from the staff was amazing especially in such times but with the other issues we felt it wasn't 5 star due to other factors mentioned Would i eat here again, only if im craving Peri Chicken, although we really felt it was over priced by about 10 percent across the board.

I´ve been ordering food from here quite often and after a few trials i can finally say something about it. Top quality food, always hot and very very tasty. Chicken is always cooked to perfection - not dry, even the chicken breast. Curry rice it´s delicious! Quality has been consistent in all my orders. Highly recommended.

Ate here just twice as of now. But I really fell in love with their Mango Lime. The chicken wings are also juicy and tender. This is my go to place for peri peri chicken in Yeovil's town center ❤️❤️❤️

It's alright but lots of room for improvement

First visit to Flame piri piri tonight, wasnt expecting much but was suitably impressed. Chicken wings were the bomb! Really nice flame grilled char on the outside.. real deal. I will certainly go back!
