Flame Grilled Kebabish in Welwyn Hatfield

Terrible customer service and poor food hygiene. Last time rang up to order, was put on hold for 15 minutes and had to disconnect the call.

Good food as usual but too early !!

Mixed kebab too spicy. Salad old stock. Trying to contact restaurant is impossible. Chips are not to bad.

Never again will I order from them. Food was over an hour late and then they stopped answering my calls

A bit early but apart from that AMAZING. Each time I order from here the quality gets better and better. The food was great, the person who delivered it gave me all the change for once. Will order many more times. Very happy

The food was COLD!! The delivery was LATE. I wasted a lot of money for a rubbish service and rubbish food. I am not impressed. £13 for one tiny pizza that was cold and didn't taste good at all. Cold sloppy chips. Warm coke. Seriously? I should ask for a refund!!!

Ordered mango rubicons, got passion fruit ones. Ordered a lamb shish wrap, got a chicken shish one.

Chicken shish wrap meal was missing Called them , they said get it to me soon as put phone down on me and didn't turn up with it

Kebab was in a naan bread instead of a pita bread, sauce was seperate in pots same as the salad, I asked for no chillies and they put one in the middle of the salad. Lamb curry mild could not be eaten as it was cold, very greasy an spicy. Never going to order from kebabish again waste of money

Have brought food from Kebabish before and has always been good but have noticed recently that their 'free salad is not so nice.

First time (and the last) we had a delivery from here...never again!. we ordered two kebabs , both arrived with absolutely no salad!!,...they were both wraps rather than Kebabs..and the meat was old, dry and pretty horrible to be honest, and the "wrap" bread was dry and stale...all in all a very poor experience and total waste of £15.37. I should have read the general recent reviews prior. Save your self the hassle and order elsewhere in Hatfield, there are many ( much better) alternatives.

Ordred a large mixed donner, had like no chicken in there at all just four piceces.The salad was not fresh and discoloured.We ordered large chips also and well that was dissapointing too.. never ordering here again

Very late delivery. The order arrived at 10.20pm when it was supposed to arrive at 9.35pm. However the food still tasted great.

1st time ordering here and certainly will be the last!. Ordered a large and medium chicken shish kebab, both were the same size so paid extra for a large and got medium. The chicken was cremated to say the least it was black to be honest dust would of had more moisture. The salad had been there for a few days/weeks. Cheesy chips were ok tiny portion. Overall very disappointed certainly will not be ordering from the again as food was very overpriced and very rubbish.

i ordered 2 meals and only one meal came. Since the order was delivered, I haven't been able to get in contact with the store and this issue still hasn't been resolved. it is now the next day and there has been no response online or when i try to phone the store

All the food ordered today were good except for onion rings. I have ordered two portion of onion rings which should be 24 pieces but I only got 20 pieces. The restaurant should make sure they have given the right portion based on what the customer paid for.

The taste was bad, not what I expected.

Asked for order to be delivered at 4:40pm, order arrived at 3:40pm. Receipt said clearly on the top 16:40. Luckily somebody was home, but I had to reheat the food. Also requested extra chillies but no extra supplies.

As the title says, we ordered a pizza from here for the 1st time, hard, chewy, raw crust and old dough was used because the bottom was cooked but under the cheese the dough was cooked but was totally different colour. 2* because the grill chicken is always good, just avoid the pizza.

The milkshake had melted, the kebab had no salad and was barely warm. I'm not one to complain as I order from here often however today was the worst experience I had received unfortunately.

I had a lamb 1/4 pounder and it was succulent. It wasn't dry like a lot of places, I was pleasantly surprised. However, they did not put in burger sauce which was something I expected. So... make sure you clarify these particulars.

Food arrived luke warm. Got a wrap with my shish instead of the ordered naan. All sauces & salad were on the kebab leading to a sloppy mess, this is not how I am used to my order. Ordered Margherita pizza, received Pepperoni!! Order was only earlier than the revised time updated after the order was placed. Just Eat live chat were unhelpful. I rang kebabish to be dealt with quite argumentatively. Replacement food was offered which I refused and requested a refund. This was brought to my house. I will not be using Kebabish again

Food was not nice and when I asked for chips they brought me chips from the chicken shop next door to them and there chips was dryed up and cold im never ordering from these guys again

So food arrived late, was the wrong order. When I called the restuarant the guy gets aggressive and hangs up, says the food will take an extra 2 hours when I had just been given the wrong order after having already waited 1 hour. Luckily the delivery driver was nice enough to find where he'd delivered my food and switch the orders. If the takeaway assistants had dealt with me in a more curtious manner as the delivery driver did I would have maybe ordered again even though the food wasn't that great. This place has gone downhill. Not only the customer service but also the food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Turned up late then got part of the order wrong. So phoned them back and they said it would be resent in 10mins. After 20mins it still wasn't here so phoned again for then to tell us it was on way. Another 20mins later we called again they said it would be 2mins. It still took another 15mins. Really not happy at all. Food was awful, doner meat was cold, chicken shish was overcooked and tough, chicken doner was all fatty and chips was meant to be large but only had about 20 mampy chips. Will never order again.

I am usually really satisfied with all the food from Kebabish. However, I am really dissappointed with the food that I ordered today! The lamb biryani taste and looks like a porridge, the meat feast pizza is totally undercooked! I am totally dissatisfied with all the food for today!

Delivery was very fast but the food portions seemed small especially when compared with other kebab shops here in Hatfield. Also got my order wrong but all the items I ordered were very similar. I ordered a "large" mixed donner kebab but the size was smaller than a "regular" from other shops. I liked how they gave the sauces and salad separately.

I ordered 3 meals for £20. And the lamb sheesh was burnt! Smelt and tasted awful. Grilled chicken was supposed to be hot. But it was tasteless. I called to say I threw the lamb sheesh out to feed the kids with my own curry from home as the only thing naan was decent and the salad was off. They said they would give another delivery with chips which they did. However there was no chips! So my kids didn't really get the dinner they anticipated. I am disappointed. Awful food. Tastes off too.

Had a delivery to stanley drive hatfield my first order milkshake was missed off my order and the food was stone cold I rang up and they sent me a new order and ended up leaving out the massala chips could of been a better service tonight

The pizzas are generally luke warm, the rest is hot most of the time.

I've ordered from here a few times before and its been gorgeous but today I can say it was poor the chicken wasn't cooked otherwise it wouldn't of tasted like rubber and the chips were cold, not to mention order extra sauce and payed for only to receive less then actually comes with the kebab/wrap, won't order again!!

Was looking forward to a kebab so ordered one from here, was completely burnt,dry, stone cold and got a pinch of salad which was dry! Very disappointed as was looking forward to a most kebab and fresh cold salad won't ever order from here again!

Lamb shish tasted quite nice although the meat was over cooked and the bread burnt and hard in places and it was Stone cold- the garlic mayo (which was not nice at all) was warmer than the 'hot' food. The salad was not at all what I expected, mainly just lettuce with 2 slices of cucumber and a tiny amount of onion. Chips would have been fine if they were even warm. Overall really unimpressed and will not order again.

When I eventually got it it was cold They didn't have wedges or mozzerella sticks not the first time they have run out of things! No attempt to apologise or compensate me in any way!

They are surely the best in kababs and stuff . Probably best in town . Just don't order pizza from them . My pizza was not properly done . The base was sticky and gooey .

Utterly fab. The naan with kebab meat was a pleasant surprise. The chilli sauce was sublime. The old fault was the small portion of salad, but this can be forgiven!

Appalled. Stone cold food. Over an hour wait. I live less than 5 mins drive. Milkshake spilled all over bag. Asked for replacement for everything, manager calls me love after I said not to, very patronising, lied about sending delivery out. Still wasn't 10 mins later. Replacement food sent after 40 mins. Not even BBQ peri peri chicken, second time which is what I ordered. Driver helped himself to tip. Never gave change. Never will order from again. Especially as they seem to prioritize customers via ones that buy from them directly over ordering from this app.

I have placed the order around half past 2, and it was promised to delivered the order at 3:45 PM, At 3:30 PM when I called them they told me they are going to call me that they can not take my order. There were 5 people waiting for food and hungry. Kindly I would expect to have an advance notification to avoid this kind of situation again.

Ordered a nixed kebab, meat smelt funny and was uncooked. Naan was also slightly undercooked. Shame vecause ive had some lively meals from here previously

the restaurant is not deserve any star. the pizza was not cook.in the night what i was order my pizza i call just eat. and speak with the restaurant.the restaurant told them them will call me.but them didn't call me. i call the restaurant personal and they close my phone.then i dont get my money back the food i try in the bin. and what else.horibble. really băd.i will not order again but i will make sure all my friends will find out and you will louse more then 20pounts.why monastice came in the same night to take the pizza.why???i hope all off you read this before you orther.

I have been ordering from kebabish for a few years now and it is now by far the worst takeaway in Hatfield!! I ordered a chicken shish kebab and when is came it had what looked like a fried cockroach on top of it, after close inspection it was a fried chicken spine, Absolutely disgusting!!!! We will never be ordering from them ever again!

Delivered exactly on time that was advised. Food was great quality and super tasty! Prices very good for the amount of food we got! Never ordered from here before but my husband is now obsessed with this restaurant so will no doubt be ordering again soon! 10/10 thanks!

Delicious food in the kebabish that I be ever eaten in my life. Everyone is alright the staff and service cuz these are the core principles of that shop :)
