Flame and frappe in Kingston upon Thames

This is always my go to place for a burger and a shake. The food is always great and the milkshake is amazing quality! Never had a single issue at this place

I ordered uber eats from the industrial park location for this franchise. Ended up with a stomach bug that's still affecting me 4 days later

We found this place on Deliveroo whilst on a family trip to Chessington - realising the kids were in bed by 7pm and we needed to eat dinner we came across Flame & Frappe whilst looking for something to be delivered to us at the hotel. They are available on a few different delivery sites - and the menu choice is extensive! They had a meal deal for 2 that we went for and it did not disappoint! Firstly, the delivery was quick and the food was still piping hot when we received it. Secondly, the portion sizes were impressive! And we couldn’t believe the amount of food we got! And lastly, it all tasted amazing. We ordered the triple philly burger with peri peri wedges, and a southern fried chicken and Halloumi wrap with fries…and we enjoyed every last bit!! We also tried a shake which was tasty, and completely forgot that included in the meal deal was half a chicken!!! Really impressed & glad we stumbled upon Flame & Frappe

As the title suggests these guys cook the best chicken burger in the area. Super friendly and quick orders. Get the peri fries on the side of anything

I ordered through Uber Eats. It stated a 45 minute wait to arrive, which we were happy to wait for. After and hour of waiting and tracking saying it's 1 minute away, the other was cancelled and said unable to deliver. We had guests at 8.30pm with no food to serve. I won't be ordering from them again.

After working in the area for about 4 weeks I kept looking on my maps on my phone for somewhere close to get some food and flame and frappe kept coming up but having realised that it only opened at 5 pm , so one evening when we stayed at work late it was my opportunity to get some dinner from there. After looking online at the menu I saw some gorgeous looking chops so decided to get them but when the order turned up. I was extremely disappointed with the order I got, they looked nothing like the picture, they were dry and shrivelled with a little spice, (pic1) not juicy and succulent like the picture.(pic2) the milk shake was the only decent thing about the meal although I had an Oreo and my husband had a snickers and they did not taste much different to each other.

I been to the shop to order takeaway and been shocked and can't believe my eyes what I saw. First of all the customer service was really bad, the guy didn't even welcome me and he was talking to other staff in other languages same time while he was taking my order, it was so discomfortable. There was 5 people working inside the restaurant but no even one of them was using masks, Gloves and neither there was any shield on tills area. The guys take my order very rudely, touch money, cards whatever and then start preparing the food without even wash his hands. They don't have lid of their milkshake machine, imagine if the fly go inside of it(Milkshake with cherry-fly on top). I don't know how they pass food alert visit! I didn't even eat my food and I will recommend other to must visit first and see before order anything.

This place never, ever disappoints. The sauce they put on their chicken is just perfection and the portion sizes are massive. The wings say there will be 6 but I have never got less than 8 and then peri peri wedges are HUGE! Would recommend this place to anyone and encourage people to support this small business. The guys in their are also so friendly and the kitchen is spotless.

Ordered a take away this evening and was blown away at how good it was as well as value for money. Got a chicken wrap which I couldn’t finish and a side of peri peri wedges which are hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely order again!

Not long of a wait for delivery never let me down when purchasing online. Chips are amazing and not soggy, burger is on point and shakes damn deffoo beat creams and shakeaway worth the price

I don't know what happened to this place but the last couple of times we've been the food has been poor. We went yesterday and I ordered a half pounder meal without tomato and a halloumi burger meal. Got it and went home. Upon opening the bag we noticed there was a side of halloumi in there. They had given us a quarter pounder meal with a side of halloumi. His half pounder had tomato on it. I ordered 2 diet cokes, we got 2 regular cokes. And the fries were lukewarm (we live a minute away). No giving this place a miss for the foreseeable future.

As with most of these places it started great. These days the food is poor and the delivery is worse. We ordered 4 burgers. Pretty simple right? Only 3 turned up. After calling to complain the 4th one was sent but didn’t turn up for another hour avd when it did it was completely cold.

Great place.Not your typical burger take away. Delicious freshly made burgers,steaks and American style food. Convenient collection or home delivery. The milkshakes are to die for. Our first choice of comfort food take away.
