Lovely little five guys. All good as you’d expect and very tasty.

I don't go often but when I do I've had nothing but excellent service. The staff are lovely and friendly and you see the food cooked freshly in front of you.

My food hasn’t been delivered at all!!!

Burgers are absolutely beautiful milkshakes are gorj new favourite fast food restaurant.

Delivery was on time however, I only received my burger and no milkshake which is unacceptable with the price I paid for it, tried to call the driver he had already gone and no response from the restaurant, this meant it paid £17 for one burger (burger was delicious however)

As stated on ticket it was due to a interaction i had recently as of writing the review on said day i had visited that made me say choose to order from this restaurant not just cause of say good food but generally more so due to how i was treated first time as a person at said establishment again i don’t know the name of the gentleman who served me around 11am-12pm ish roughly as it was sparsely empty but i was greeted with say open arms when i stated first time at a five guys establishment

Wife and I have been several times. Always friendly, speedy service and tasty food. We love that you can pick and choose the toppings. My preferred burger is a little burger (single patty) with onions, jalapeños, mustard and ketchup. Now our favourite place to get a burger with chips and the occasionally a milkshake. We also love the chips portion size and complimentary monkey nuts which are far better than any other nuts we can find in supermarkets. The burger is usually cooked before we have had a chance to eat our fill of monkey nuts!

Absolutely awful experience. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. When it did, it was cold. Spent £34 on 2 burgers and 2 fries. Could have saved 20 quid and bought a McDonald’s which would have been a hot meal

Food was cold and seemed not to be fresh and I wouldn’t put that on the delivery driver. I think the restaurant just serves for delivery their worst food. Milkshake was perfect and also .. fries a part of them were cold and a part warm .

fries were slightly over salted so they should ask if want salt or not just an option otherwise food was fantastic 😊

Served a raw burger. Staff resolved the problem and the team was friendly but it’s a grill issue apparently. Don’t think i have ever been served something that was completely raw and has left me sick with worry after eating a few bites.

My delivery time was 30-45 minutes but arrived just before the 30 minutes was up

Over priced, under sized cold meals, poor hygiene and average taste.....seems like many other people are having the same issues after reading the reviews.... .the question is.... are doing anything about the Pricing, quality and hygiene ? These are the main issues for many people .... This unit won't survive unless you resolve your issues

The quality of the good was nice unfortunately it arrived cold.

Never a had a bad meal from here and you always get plenty. Parking is the worst part about the place and it does get busy.

Salty. It's expensive for what you get. Salty chips. Salty nuts.🤣🤣🤣.. How they get so much salt inside a sealed peanut shell I don't know. Also, the nuts smelt a bit fusty in the basket as if a few of the shells had started to go mouldy. Did I mention the 🧂 The staff are great and professional, and the service is prompt. As a disabled person, having just eat drivers filling all the disabled bays isn't optimal, causing me to struggle to get there. Downstairs is a hub of drivers sitting about waiting for deliveries. You get salty fries and extra in the bag, which may sound good, but for the price, a little cup isn't a portion, so the extra is actually extra just making it a full portion. The cup may just be to hold.all the salt to stop it getting everywhere.

Order was missing over half of the items. Delivery driver wasn’t bothered. Told to contact the restaurant. Missing one burger and two milkshakes.

Horrible never eat there again ordered all beef hotdog the bun was soggy and flat don't know what the meat was I was literally heaving on the bun and they forgot the onions just revolting go to Macdonald's better value better quality to be fair the gave me a voucher for a free burger after I wrote to them to put things right so will try again at some point if I am brave enough.

We were a family of 4, and we had a good experience at this restaurant. The taste of the fries as well as the meat in my burger were a little "bland".... it may not be as tasty as other burgers and fries which would be tastier and juicier, but I was nevertheless happy with the food and felt it was "healthier" like this. I also tried the new Pistachio Milk shake, and this was really very nice! The complimentary peanuts they offered were fresh, tasty, yet a tad too salty. Overall, Highly recommended. Keep up the good work and aim for 5*... You're almost there.

I'll say indeed the order was late however I can say when the order did arrive I was given an apology by the driver from the store plus how they remade my order so I'd have the best quality of order, which I can say didn't dissappoint.

Had the cheeseburger without the bun but with all the toppings it was epic!! Freshly prepared, amazingly presented in a foil tray with knife & fork and napkins the only thing I was missing was a nice rich roast cup of coffee which went to Mcdonalds for lol otherwise 10/10

Took my son, as he wanted to go, the food was nice, but overpriced for a takeaway burger, chips and drink, £35 for both of us. Would rather sit in,in a proper restaurant for similar money.

The food is good but the prices are way over the top. I can make better and tastier at home for a quarter of the cost. I would not go back.

Lovely burgers but fries were too salty. Upstairs area is too small. Floor and some empty tables weren't clean. Nearly £60 for 2 x large fries, 2 x drinks, a hot dog and 3 x burgers.

The burger was not very nice, not up to the usual Five Guys standard. Might has well gone to macdonalds

Only recently discovered this place! Really friendly staff, quick cook times and burgers were out of this world! You get what you pay for, both quality and quantity wise. Will be there again very soon!

Food is usually good at five guys, but do not use Just Eat as they cannot be trusted to deliver and they do not make refunds in reasonable period of time.

1st time having five guys, and the chips and burger are lovely 🤩

The upstairs dining area was filthy, food all over the floor, dirty sticky tables. The soap dispenser in the toilets was on the floor washed out, obviously awaiting repair but no other soap was provided for people to be able to wash their hands after using the toilet (that's gross in a food establishment!) The sink was also dirty. There was no onions available and no peanut butter milkshake. For my two kids to have a burger, fries and a drink and just a drink for myself it cost £42.45!... To sit and eat in filth! Very disappointed with our experience and even more disappointed that the customer service team don't seem to care and make their customers feel like they're being called a liar!

I’ve had Five Guys in the past and it’s been ok but tonight’s delivery was PERFECT! The food was hot, delicious and on time. Delivery driver was very pleasant. 5 stars for Five Guys on this occasion.

Cheese was different from the picture

Again I ordered a large portion of fries and i got a regular one. This is the 3rd time now so I’m quite disappointed

Came in last night with my kids around 9pm, the store looked very busy and quite full. We had to wait a couple of minutes until we got served by the gentlemen in the black polo. He was very kind and polite and even explained to us how long the wait would be due to having a rush of customers. We ordered our food and he was kind enough to give us 2 free soda cups whilst we waited and he apologised as he mentioned the wait would be a little longer than usual. We received our order after 13mins and the food was great and tasted fantastic, a bit expensive however very well worth it. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and was very clean as one members of the team was cleaning tables upstairs where we sat down.

Paid for large fries, I reckon the ones I’ve got weren’t even small. Not even a quarter as what you get when ordering in.

One grilled cheese missing. One portion of fries were half the size of the others and were cold. Shakes were in much smaller and unbranded containers than usual. Awful.

I don't normally eat fast food. But some friends suggested I try the Cheese Burger, so I ordered on line and collected... First off they had no cheese (A cheese burger joint had no cheese for their cheese burger) which I found astounding, however the burger was very nice, the salad was fresh and the chips were tasty and hot, however the food was not worth the £13.00 I paid for it, and I'll be steering clear of fast food for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic service. The staff on last night were informative about the vegetarian menu options and were so friendly, serving with a smile. The food was tasty and hot and good portion sizes. Really pleased we ate there.

Twice now I have prefer from Five guys, no problem with the delivery but the five guys staff clearly do not read the orders! Order 2 bacon cheese burgers and got cheeseburgers, chips tasted reheated and nasty and order 3 shakes on a different occasion and only received 2! Paid £20 for 2 shakes! Staff need retraining clearly! Avoid!!!!
